Your POV
After school, I accompany Sehun to visit Tao. I heard that it was Minseok’s fault that Tao is in this condition. And after visiting both Tao and Jongin, we will visit Wu Fan and wish him a safe trip. Tao is conscious when we arrive. “Hey.” He says sleepily. “Hi Tao.” Sehun and I say in unison. He explains that he’s got some cuts and gashes here and there. Bruises too. He also has some internal bruises as well. A few stitches on his chin and arm too. Nothing too serious. “At least I know I can take a few blows.” He chuckles. “How could you let a guy beat you Tao?” laughs Sehun. “You’re better than that.” Tao shakes his head. “It wasn’t just one guy. It was three guys.” My eyes almost pop out of my head. “Thee guys?!” I blurt. “Better me than Minseok sitting here right now.” Says Tao. “No. Minseok was the one getting involved. He should be the one sitting here.” Says Sehun in a harsh tone. “Sehun…don’t say that.” I nudge him slightly. “Yeah. I know. I’m sorry. But thinking about it makes me so mad.”

Tao is allowed out of the hospital now. We go to Jongin’s room to see how he is doing. “It is predicted, that he will wake up in a week. His comatose state isn’t as serious as some others, so we are thankful.” Says the doctor. We make our way to Wu Fan’s house by bus. “Why didn’t he tell us earlier about his heart condition?” mutters Sehun. I hold his hand. “He has his reasons. Let him be.” I say.

All the other Exo members are already waiting at Wu Fan’s house. “Tao!” they shout. Minseok, stands in the back with his head down. “I’m really sorry Tao.” He says quietly. “I won’t get involved with those types of people again. I’m really really sorry.” Tao pats him on the back. “As long as we’re all safe.” He smiles. “You can repay me by buying me another Gucci bag thanks.” We laugh. It’s nice to laugh freely.

Sehun’s POV
We all sit down. I stare at Wu Fan as he tells us his situation. “As I said, I don’t know what’s happening. All I know is that I need to go to America to learn more about my heart condition.” He says and runs his finger through his hair. “When will you come back?” I ask quietly. “I’m not sure. When I get better I guess.” Wu Fan says, staring at the ground. Everyone goes quiet. Thinking of different possibilities of life from now on. Everyone is being plucked out of place, into different paths. Chanyeol is gone, Jongin is between death and life, Minseok is involved with thugs and Wu Fan is going to America. “We wish you well Wu Fan.” I say. “When are you leaving?” everyone looks at me at the sound of my voice. They’re surprised to see me to be the first to speak, to break the silence. Wu Fan smiles thankfully. “I’ll be leaving in three days.” He says. I stand up. “Well, we have three days left to spend with him until who-knows-when, so where do you want to go, Wu Fan?” He too stands up, and I see a shine in his eyes. “Let’s go go-karting.” He says with a smile. The boys cheer and jump up. I feel someone grab hold of my hand; I turn to see (Y/N) looking up at me. “Have fun.” She says. “Aren’t you coming?” I ask. She shakes her head, and almost seems sad. “No, it’s OK, have a boys night out. Besides, I’m always stealing you away from your friends, it’s hardly fair.” She gives me a kiss on the cheek. “I’ll find my way home.” With that, she leaves. I stand there wondering. She seemed so sad, but I couldn’t put my finger on why. Maybe it was just my imagination…
