“What’s up with you and VIXX?” asks Julie. I shrug. “What do you mean?” “First Hyuk taking you home, and now Leo?” “How did you know?” Julie gets picked up on the other side of the school to where I get picked up. “Sally told me.” She says. “Speaking of Sally, where is she?” I look around the room, shrugging when I don’t see her. “Maybe she’s just late.” I say. Tanya suddenly nudges my elbow and gives me a look. “So, what’s happening with you and VIXX? Are you dating like all the members or something?” My face flushes red and I shout gibberish. “I am not going out with anybody! I am single! VIXX and I are just friends!” I manage to say. “Calm down.” Laughs Tanya. “We still don’t believe you by the way.” Chirps Julie. “What why?” “Because first Hyuk takes you home, and now Leo takes you home? What is happening you little player? Also, Jessica Tan saw you and Leo holding hands at the library.” Says Tanya. Tanya is the typical popular girl, knows everyone in the whole school despite gender or age group. “Jessica Tan…? Cindy’s friend?” I gasp. Tanya nods. This is not good at all. I doubt Cindy wants Jessica to know that she studies with Nathan… What am I thinking? I’m making it sound like she’s embarrassed of him! I brush the thought under the rug and continue with my classes.

“Hey you never answered my question!” says Tanya as the school bell indicating the end of the day rings. “What question?” I ask. “About you and Leo. Why were you guys holding hands if you’re not going out?” “You never asked me that question…” “Whatever. I’m asking it now.” “Sorry. I have to go now!” I laugh. “Need to hurry and get home.” And I pace off.

I spot Leo straight away. Even though he is wearing a long stylish black coat and sunglasses to conceal his eyes, I can still tell that he is the handsome VIXX idol. Not as many girls crowd around him today, they probably remember what he said yesterday. I approach him with a giddy smile on my face. “Time for cake!” I say happily. He smiles and holds out his hand. “Pass me your phone for a moment, I’ll put my number into it.” I gladly hand him my phone and watch him input his number into the contacts list. “So where are we going?” I ask when he gives me back my phone. “We’ll be going to a place that I personally like called ‘LuxBite café’. Have you heard of it?” “I’ve heard of it, but I have never been.” I reply. “Well, there’s a first for everything.” He says and holds out his hand. This time he doesn’t ask for my phone, but I know what he wants. I fill his big hand with my small hand and we make our way to LuxBite café.

“The bus driver is sick today so we’ll be taking a taxi. Is that OK with you?” asks Leo. “Of course it is.” We hail a taxi and hop inside. We don’t speak, and it gives me some time to process my thoughts. I feel so bad for always being in my school uniform when I am around VIXX, especially now with Leo. This is technically a d…da…da….date and he is dressed so stylishly, and I’m here like ‘HEY I’M A SCHOOL GIRL AND I GO EVERYWHERE IN MY UNIFORM AND BACKPACK!” Its pretty embarrassing if you ask me. “I’ve reserved a seat for us upstairs. Let’s go.” He says and leads me up into a double story building will a classy imprint at the front saying “LUXBITE” in fancy writing. Leo says some stuff to the lady at the counter before leading me up the stairs. We trot up the wooden stairs to the café upstairs. We take a table for two and look at the dessert menu. “Pick whatever you want. It’s my treat.” Leo says. Whilst looking through the menu, something particular catches my eye. “Would it be OK if I got the ‘Lolly bag cake’?” I ask. Leo gives a slight chuckle. “I told you to pick whatever you want. You could eat everything and I wouldn’t mind. Its my treat.” Leo orders the ‘Lolly bag cake’ and something else, which I didn’t quite catch. “I have a bit of a sweet tooth.” I say with a smile. “That’s good, because I also ordered something else for you which I thought you should try.” Our order comes quickly and I instantly tuck in to the ‘Lolly bag cake’. The flavours dance on my tongue and I can’t help but smile when I eat. “I want you to try this afterwards, or you can take it home to enjoy.” Says Leo as he points to another cake on our table. “It’s called ‘Be My Love’.” I look up at him. “What are you going to eat?” “I’ll buy some macrons to eat at home with VIXX.” I nod and scoff down the delicious food. Leo is so nice.
