Kai's Cinderella

Your POV The guys are being stupid avoiding me like usual. Oh well I think it’s because only the 3 closest to me know who Kai’s Cinderella really is.
I’m sitting at the hospital again with my little brother but he’s supposed to come home in a few days.
“So Kwan are you ready to come home with your big sister?”
“You know the answer,” he says in a dead tone, “You know that woman poisoned me.”
I sit back as I look at him, “I know they claimed it was an accident but I saw what happened and when I told a policeman what I saw he didn’t believe me. I was young and I didn't know what I saw since our stepmother claimed she was trying to stop you.”I laugh, “I know what I saw. I saw her take that bottle and try to poison you, but I ran into the room and pulled her away, but it was too late. The doctor’s said you’re lucky nothing was damaged besides you kidney’s but they got you a transplant a few years ago. I gave blood for transfusions. It was a good thing we are family and a perfect match.”
He chuckles “You have done so much for me. Why?”
I hug him to my chest, “Because you are my baby brother. You are my only sibling that I have left. That woman killed our older sister and our mother for these crimes she will pay.”
“What do you mean killed our mother?”
“A while back I found a journal of her about her life. I was sick how she must read it whenever she can to get some sick thrills from it. I read it all and I read that she was our mother’s nurse in the hospital. She had seen how wealthy father was and how he had so much power so well she was in the hospital after giving birth to you. She had become our mother’s ‘friend’ and slowly poisoned her. She killed our mother. Then later on after our sister had found the truth out she had killed her by a simple swap of labels, because our sister had a dangerous allergic to peanuts.”
“She wrote all of this down,” I nod my head well he looks at me shocked then says, “Why haven’t you done anything about it?”
“Because of our father. He is so happy with her, but it’s because he does not wish to see the evil that she has done. I want to open his eyes before I do anything too drastic like showing the world the woman’s true colors. I want the father that we knew well mother was alive back, but we need to get the woman’s claws out of him.”
He nods his head, ‘“Of course I’ll help with what I can.”
I smile as I lean over and kiss his forehead, “For now I’m going to come up with a plan, but I’ll be back tomorrow.”
“Sis ,when does the brace come off?”
“Now, but I keep it on, because then stepmother won’t beat me.”
He nods his head, “What about me?”
“You have weekly checkups after you’re released so it should be fine. Also if she touches you I’ll protect you no matter what.”
My brother hugs me and I hug him to my chest as I whisper, “I’ll protect you from the evils in this world and this time I will not fail.”
My brother lets me hold him to his chest and I’m not sure how long we sit like we do, but soon I have to leave.
Kwan’s POV My sister is going to get herself killed if she keeps this shit up.
I have to find a way to protect her.
I’m sitting on my bed to see Dr. Kim talking with her son outside of my room.
“What do you mean?”
I see a small gold heart pendant that looks familiar and stand up from my bed and walk to him.
I grab at the necklace and yell, “Why do you have that?”
I fall down fainting not knowing why or how.
Kai’s POV Hwa Young’s brother tried to take the necklace from me and fainted when he tried to do so but not before he says, “Why do you have that?”
I look at my mother and then she looks at me more so the necklace.
“Let me hold that for you,” she says to me.
“I want to know who the dancer is.”
“Well look at this boy,” my mother orders me and I listen looking at him she says, “Do you think he knows? He knows and he was so appalled by you have the necklace that he had come to get it in his condition.”
I sigh and hand the necklace to my mother, “If you know can you give me a hint.”
“Not everyone is as they seem what you are looking for my son is right under your nose so stop looking up your nose at others.”
I nod my head as I carefully pick the young boy up in my arms, “Mom that makes it sound like I’m somewhat evil.”
“There’s all kinds of evil in that world. Everyone has a good side and evil side. It just matters which side was able to cage what side.”
I nod my head as I set the boy on the bed and as I leave I look back to see my mother hand the boy the necklace making it so he’s clutching it to his hand.
I smiled sadly and walk away.
