Yeah... Sasaengs can be sorta dangerous. But usually, they just do these kind of things to be noticed and remembered. It's sad how they do such things just to be remembered, when we all know they won't be remembered in a good way...
By the way (sorry if I sound a bit rude, it's not my intention...) saesang means world. The correct term is sasaeng. And don't worry for making that mistake, it's a very common one among people who aren't native speakers or know the language. :)
