HELP! how to contact k-pop admin? I found a copyright infringement on exo fanfiction

I found someone on exo fanfiction copying the same story I found on another website. It's the same exact story and words. Where do I report this so the administrator can contact the person and remove the story?

I would make sure it isn't the same writer, using a different name on another site. I am posting my stories on about 6 different fan fiction websites. I use the same name everywhere I go, unless it is taken then I have to add a 01 at the end. Contact both writers first then try to contact an admin if needed. Trust me if someone is coping another person's work they will do something about it themselves.
