Cave of Wonders
In a dark alleyway in the middle of Seoul a mysterious figure was leaning against the brick wall waiting impatiently. His tall figure was shourded by the dark night and the shadows of the near by buildings casted in the moonlight. Dressed in a black hoodie, the hood hiding his face from view, his piercing dark eyes watched. A red macaw sat on a dumpster near by waiting for orders from his master.
A short pudgy man scurried into the alley stopping at the mysterious figure.
"You are late." A deep voice escaped the mysterious figure
"A thousand apologies oh patient one." Come the rough voice of the short man as he bowed
"You have it then?" The mysterious figured asked
"I had to shoot a few people but I got it." Said the short man pulling out a half gold bug
The mysterious figure reached out for it but the shorter man hid it behind his back, out of reach.
"Uh uh uh. The money." He said holding out his hand
The macaw flew over grabbing the half before landing on the mysterious man's shoulder. He dropped it into his master's hand.
"Don't worry my friend. You will get what's coming to you." Tje man grinned
"What's coming to you." Squaked the parrot. "Awk."
The mysterious man clicked the two bug pieces back together. They began to glow. It flapped it's wings flying to the end of the alley.
Both men followed quickly watching as the two pieces split apart creating eyes in a tiger head that appeared out of the wall opening it's mouth wide. A firey glow was seen within it's mouth.
The mysterious man stared in excitement and awe. "After many years of searching I have finally found the cave of wonders."
"Awk. Cave of wonders."
The mysterious man turned to his shorter companion. "Now remember bring me the lamp. The rest is yours but that lamp is mine! Do you understand?"
"Awk. The lamp. Awk. The lamp. Where did you find this idiot." Whispered the parrot to his master
The man placed a finger to his lips as the watch the shorter man approach the tiger.
"Who dares to disturb my slumber?" Came the roaring voice of the tiger, it's mouth moved as it spoke
"My name is Han Minho." Said the shorter man
"Only one may enter. One whose worth lies far within. A diamond in the rough." Said the tiger
Mingo took slow careful steps entering the mouth of the tiger. The second he enter the tiger shut it's jaws trapping Minho within. The bug pieces hit the ground as the tiger disappeared.
"It looks like we must find this diamond in the rough." Said the man
