True Love Never Dies

[3:30PM]

Jana’s POV.
After the ziplining, our driver drove us back to the cruise ship port. When we made it, we said our goodbyes to the driver and gave him a nice tip for everything that he has done for us. Then we walked around the shops to look at some souvenirs again and headed back to the cruise ship. When we got back to the cruise ship, we went straight to the buffet and grabbed something to eat. We were very hungry from the day out in Mahogany Bay. Once we filled our stomachs, Bailee went back to the stateroom to unpack and rest. Caroline went to the gym to work out a little. Me and Payton went to this cooking demonstration as one of the activities on the sheet we got from the room. We wanted to learn how to cook a little.

[6:00PM]

The cruise ship had sailed away from Mahogany Bay and onto the next destination. Me, Payton, and Caroline had gotten back to the stateroom to rest a little. We all took mini naps before starting our night again.

Payton’s POV.
Since i could nap, i decided to get ready for dinner tonight. I took a little longer than usual because there wasn't anyone waiting for the bathroom. I came out wearing a white style shirt, black slacks shorts, black leather jacket, and black strappy heels, with a natural makeup look. When i got out of the bathroom, i see Bailee getting up from laying down and walked towards the bathroom to get ready. After 10 minutes of being in there, she came out wearing something very professional. She wore this pink cold shoulder halter top, high waisted black slacks, pink strappy heels, with natural makeup as well. She looked very business like. When Bailee came out, Caroline got up and went towards the bathroom. She wore this black bralette, leather skirt that had a zipper down the middle, black blazer, and black strappy heels. She looked hot for someone whose getting married in a week or so. And lastly was Jana’s turn. She wore this black short sleeve shirt, black with gold stripes pants, beige pointy heels, and natural makeup too, and her black clutch purse.

We were all going for that casual black phase tonight.

[7:00PM - 9:00PM]

Caroline’s POV.
After getting dressed, we went to play bingo in the atrium. There were so many people playing bingo and winning awesome prizes. Once the bingo game was over, we headed on over to the restaurant for dinner for our appointment. During dinner time, we talked about the day and how much we loved hanging out together as the four of us. We always have a great time together and we loved it. Once we were done with dinner, the four of us headed to the main auditorium to watch a game show that the cruise ship hosts every night.

Back in LA.
Ryan’s POV.
Once i got home work, i went straight to my room and rested for a little while. Then i went out for dinner in the dining room to eat with mom and Joon. Shaun wasn't there because he doesn't come home to eat with us anymore ever since he moved out with Jana. While eating, mom asks us about how our day went.

Miyoung asks, “how were your day today?”

Joon says, “me and Jaelynn found a small house a few blocks from Shaun’s place. We signed the papers and are currently waiting for the manager to make copies of the keys.”

“When are you two moving in together?” Miyoung asks.

“Possibly the end of next month”, Joon says.

Miyoung says, “that's good. I’m proud of you and Jaelynn son.”

Ryan says, “there’s something i've been wanting to tell you guys and i couldn't think of any other way to do so.”

“What's on your mind sweetheart?” Miyoung asks.

“I've been thinking lately and i feel like i can’t stay here anymore”, Ryan takes a deep breath & says.

Joon asks trying to get a better understanding, “what are you trying to say?”

Ryan says, “i'm already 30 years old. I want to be free from this place. I wouldn't know what the world is like if i was stuck in this house. It’s time i move out.”

“Shaun had already left and now the both of you are leaving me. Why?” Miyoung says & asks in Korean.

“It's something i have to do. If i don't, i feel like i would never get married and i don't want that.” Ryan says.

Miyoung says in frustration, “you can't move. Im making you stay here with me.”

Ryan says, “you can't make the decisions for me. I had already put down payments for a really nice apartment nearby. I’ll get it once someone moves out.”

“You’ve been doing this behind my back? Without talking to me about it?” Miyoung asks.

“I'm an adult now and i can do whatever i want. I have a steady job and a nice car. You should be proud of me.” Ryan says.

Miyoung says, “i am proud of you but you can't just leave me.”

Ryan says, “i’ll visit whenever i can and i’ll come back on the holidays. I wouldn't forget you or my siblings.”

“I knew i shouldn't let that girl (Jana) into our lives. She has ruin everything!” Miyoung says in frustration.

“Jana has nothing to do with all of this. You leave her out of it.” Ryan says defending Jana who isn't there.

Joon says, “we’re doing this for us, mom.”

Miyoung says calming down, “okay, do whatever you want.”

[10:00PM]

Jana’s POV.
After the game show was over, Payton, Bailee, and Caroline were all tired so they went back to the stateroom to sleep. I wanted to stay and watch the stars again on the open deck where the pool was. As i was looking out in the sky full of stars, i hear a man calling my name as he came to stand next to me. I turned and saw Sam Vince standing next to me. It has been what 5 years since i’d seen him again. The last time i saw him was when we were in NYC walking together at night. We hugged each other like old friends so and caught up with each other all night.

“How have you been Jana?” Sam Vince asks.

“I've been busy with the girls academy and opening up my own private school in LA. What about you?” Jana says & asks.

Sam Vince smiles & says, “well. A few months after i saw you in NYC, i moved back to LA where i met my girlfriend. We dated for a year and we got married. And now we have two daughters together.”

Jana asks, “two daughters? Wow.”

“Haylie who is 3 years old and Eviee who is 1 years old. I'm actually here with my wife and Haylie. Eviee is with my parents in LA.” Sam Vince says.

“It seems like everything is going really well for you”, Jana says.

Sam Vince asks, “what about you? Are you married? Have any kids?”

Jana shakes her head & says, “im engaged but we’re currently having problems right now so we’re working it out.”

“Is he here with you on this cruise?” Sam Vince asks curiously.

“No. i'm actually here with Payton, Bailee, and Caroline. Its Caroline’s bachelorette vacation and party. She’s getting married next week.” Jana explains.

Sam Vince says, “wow. Congratulations to her.”

I took a deep breath out loud and looked at the sky. Sam Vince always knew what was wrong by the tone in my voice and so he asks…

Sam Vince asks, “everything alright?”

“How did you know your wife was the one for you? Like how did you know you wanted to spend the rest of your life with her?” Jana asks curiously.

“She always looks at me like the first time we met. It’s very daring and lovely. she has the sweetest voice and she cares for people around her. I knew that she was the one for me.” Sam Vince says.

Jana asks, “and you could see yourself spending the rest of your life with her?”

Sam Vince smiles & says, “of course.”

“It seems so easy for other people but when it comes to me and Shaun, there is always an argument over the smallest things”, Jana says.

“Some things are not worth arguing. You just have to learn to let go and move on. If you really love this Shaun person then i think you should marry him.” Sam Vince says.

Jana asks, “why do you think that?”

Sam Vince says, “because i know you Jana. you really love them when you talk about them so much. And besides, your eyes says it all. Your in love with him but the problem is killing you both deeply.”

“Deep under”, Jana says.

“There is always time to fix things. Take time to do so and if you can't, walk away from it all. But you have to give it a try somehow.” Sam Vince says.

Jana smiles & says, “thanks.”

Sam Vince smiles & says, “good night Jana.”

“Night Sam”, Jana says.

Sam Vince walked away after i said goodnight to him. Maybe everyone is right about our problems. I truly and deeply love Shaun with all of my heart. I feel like without him, i can't be myself. He is seriously my other half.
