Dream(Joshua x Reader)

The people of the Island were gathering in the house, ready to watch the music battle I suggested.
The three familiar boys came to the gathering house, together with 10 other boys.
My eyes widen when I saw some of their hair.
Purple, pink, yellow and blue. How can they have this color in the hair?!
Is this how the city people is? I questioned myself.
The staff people set up their recording equipment around the gathering house.
I was standing in wonder when this boy called Seungkwan tapped my shoulder.
"Hello, thank you for giving us a chance" He thanked me.
"Oh ,no problem." I smiled.
"We would like to introduce us as a group, if that would be okay."
I nodded as I followed Seungkwan towards the large group of the boys.
"Say the name! Seventeen! Hello! We are Seventeen" They greeted me.
My eyes widen is surprised as I started to clap my hands.

"I am the Leader of Seventeen, S.coups" the guy with the red hat greeted me.

"Seventeen's angel, Jeonghan" the pretty one with long hair smiled.

"My name is Dino, I am the youngest in Seventeen."

"I am The8, Nice to meet you" The boy with pink hair greeted.

"I am Vernon, Nice to meetcha!" He gave a peace sign.

"Mingyu" the tall one bowed.

"I am Woozi, in charge of composing the songs." The guy with purple hair explained.

"What time is it?! 10:10! Hello! I am Hoshi, I make most of our dance routines" The guy with blue hair smiled.

"I am Wonwoo" he greeted me again.

"Hello! I am Seventeen's Chinese member, Jun" the guy waved to me.

"Hey there! I am Seventeen's happy virus DK!!" the guy smiled as he started jumping up and
down.

"You know, I am Joshua" he smiled.

"And I am Seventeens Main Vocal Seungkwan" he waved to me again.

"Nice to meet you, I am (Y/N)" I bowed my head.
"We are ready to record!" Chae yelled.
"Coming!" Seventeen answered and walked towards the gathering house.
I followed them, and we soon were ready to start the music battle.
Mr.Kang got ready and started to play his guitar. It was a calm melody that filled the room, everything went good, until he started singing his random words.
"Today it's raining, and the sun is out. The birds are tweeting and the turtle is named Dan"
The laughter spread out in the whole house as Dan, I mean Mr.Kang finished.

Seventeen gave him a applause as they went ready to do their show.
Seungkwan started to explain about the song they were about to perform for us.
"We are going to dance to one of our songs called Adore U!"
The staff people played the music and the guys started do dance.
My eyes widen when I saw how good they were.
They were shining, as they danced.
Their show ended with a cute pose, as Seventeen got their major applause, Mr.Kang started to complain.

"Hey! If dancing was allowed, then let (Y/N) do it!!" He demanded.
"What?" I asked shocked.
"Let her dance the same one you did!" he complained, crossing his arms in front of his chest.
"I am sorry, but Seventeen has used months to do this dance" One of the staff commented.
"Of course she can try!" Seungkwan smiled.
The other members agreed as they nodded.
My head started to spin around, I mean, I have danced many times in front of people, but now I have to copy another's dance?!
I looked worried at my grandmother, who was just smiling to me.
Then I felt a big impact on my back.
"Ow"
I looked behind me and saw Mr.Kang.
"Okay (Y/N), this is it, just do what they did"
"Easier said than done..." I commented as I walked towards the empty space.
I closed my eyes, trying to focus on their dancing. The dance that made them shine.
-I want to shine like that- I thought as the music started to play.
Even if my eyes were open, my mind was all on their dancing.
The dance was replaying in my head and I felt that my body was moving to the music.

As the music faded away, my eyes landed on the guy named Joshua.
He had big eyes, but yet a smile was on his face.
It was a long silence before someone started to clap.
"Hey!" Vernon got up and walked towards me.
"Have you practiced our dance?!" he asked me.
I shaked my head in shock, not knowing if he was mad or just offended of my dancing.
"It was my first time seeing your dance." I defended myself.
"Sounds suspicious" Wonwoo commented from his seat.
"How?" S.coups asked Wonwoo.
"Well, we do have practice video on the Internet, so she could easily learn it. And they knew that we would come right? We are Idols, so it is easy to find it too" Wonwoo explained his theory.

"Then let's dance another dance, to check." Hoshi suggested as The8, Dino and Jun walked up to me.
"We all dance a little part, and you are going to dance everything together." Jun explained.
"Sounds fair" Mr.Kang agreed.
"What is the difference?" Vernon asked with a angry tone.
"We will improvise, so she can't cheat in any way." The8 smiled to Vernon, who was still pouting.

As the boys danced their own dance, my eyes widen again.
Just how amazing they looked, they weren't shining, they were dazzling.
I-is this what an idol is? I thought in my head.
They finished their dancing, panting out.
"Your turn" Jun smiled to me.
I nodded as I walked up to the empty space.
Just as before, I closed my eyes, but this time, I didn't focus on their dance.
Just how dazzling they looked, but my body moved on it's own.
As I finished their dance routine, my body wouldn't stop.
I could feel an urge to dance again, which had never happened.
A smiled form my lips as I felt butterflies fly around in my stomach.
Vernon looked at me with this look.
It made me feel uncomfortable .
He walked up to me with the same look, as he looked down on me.
Well, he is taller than me so he had to.
"Teach me how do dance!" He suddenly begged me, like a dog.
"Huh?" I asked him, not knowing what to do.
Then the whole room filled with applause, and talk.
Seventeen ran up to me, asking me a bunch of questions.
"When did you learn to dance like that?" Joshua asked, which was the only one I could hear at the moment.

"I- i don't know. Just seeing how everyone danced replayed in my head and my body just moved on it's own" I explained unsure.
In the end, Seventeen won, which means...
They took my vegetables!!
Joshua and Dino was so kind to invite me and my grandmother for dinner.
Grandma gladly accepted their invitation, so now, I am going to eat dinner with Seventeen.
