prologue
I threw the pillow over my head as I heard music went off for 5 times, from my Samsung phone. I tossed around moaning out curses "2 more hours please," I cried out as I threw the blanket over my head. I've never been the early type. but after my father grew old and weak I had no choice but to start working. I dropped out of school 4 years ago but kept up with studying just in case I'm forced to go back. after a few minutes, my eyes opened as I stared at my clock, I sniffed and gulped before recognising the time 9:00. "9:00......it's 9......eotteohke," I quickly jumped out of bed and did my usual morning routine, made hot chicken soup for my dad and left a note on the table 'if the food is cold warm it up' i made a little sandwich and ran out of the house. as i walked towards the bus, I was nearly strangled by someone's arm. Rena smiled on the otherside as she had her arm around my neck. she lowered it down to her shoulders. Yi won came from the other side grabbing my sandwhich and eating as she linked her arm with mine "unni, your running late, to work." we walked onto the bus. I giggled and nodded "I slept in," yiwon high fived me smiling widely "ya same we are practically made for each other," Yi won giggled "ya how is it funny," Rena flicked both of us in the head, she was very tough and strong. she was the oldest and was more mature one of the three of us "aish yesterday we did push up and the bridge for an hour. because of you," I giggled as I looked towards their clothes, which was exactly the same, school uniform I wore. I sighed as they noticed "ya! are you planning on every coming back you, know classes is empty without you," I smiled and forced smile "Bian Hae, I can't my dads still very sick," they sighed looking at there figures the bus stopped infront of them and they stood up of the bus stop chairs moving towards the bus "don't worry about it, and if you want to come back call me okay," Rena picked up her bag and walked towards the door "unni saranghae, annyeong, just remember your are the best and you are," they both turned to me as we each strike a pose "swag," we giggled together as they got of the bus, that stopped at the closet bus stop to their school towards school.
I rushed to the cafe and stared at the workers outside of the door. to check if my boss or if irene was there. I crawled bent towards the height of tables when suddenly I accidentally bumped into some, his phone dropped and instantly, I picked it up and started apologising

"are you okay,"
his soft deep voice spoke as my eyes widened at him glaring down at me. he picked me up off the ground, his hands were very warm and muscular. he jumped a bit at the touch of my cold small hands, I felt my face heat up as his eyes narrowed down focused into mine. his brown hair dropped in front of his face perfectly, as he smiled a cheeky smirk. I gulped as my heart started beating hard. he turned his head and even looked handsome from the side, I sat admiring each feature that made him look perfect, a man with no flaws was what I saw.
"v are you okay," I heard a familiar female voice, as I looked onto his side I saw irene, link hands with him and give him a little cheek peck, my heart dropped and I was punched back into reality again. he smiled as he shook his head waiting for me to reply to his question "ne, I'm okay." I walked away a bit annoyed at the sight of irene. I noticed her follow me into the locker room "ya! aren't you something, you come late and try to steal my boyfriend as well," she pinned me roughly to the locker "if you ever talk to him again your dead okay," she changed into her school uniform as I changed into my work uniform following her out the locker room door. I went to my usual spot and started making the coffee for the customers when irene and Kim Tae Hyung caught my attention, he smiled down at her and complained about her, sweet talking with the boys. they had a little argument before she stormed out, I sighed leaning over the resting my elbow on the counter, and my chin was hovering over my palm. "Kim Tae Hyung, don't you remember me, you're too good for her, next time I'll really confess," I sighed and started working again.
v's p.o.v
I was mad at irene, she kept sweet-talking with her male workmates, and I know most are her ex's. every time I pick her up she pulls her skirt down, wae. after confronting her she got angry and left me. I heard a sound of a mental dropping I noticed y/n drop down instantly and pick it up. I smiled and walked off following irene "aish, y/n you haven't changed at all." suddenly my phone rang and it was my manager "v where are you, Jung kook is coming back from America,"I eyes widened with happiness "does this mean we don't have to go school," I heard PD-nim giggle

"yeah you won't have to are you with jimin," I shook my head totally forgetting he can't see me, I giggled out words feeling a bit embarrassed even if no one saw me "ani, I think he might have gone to school already," pd nim giggled "okay but why are you laughing,"I giggled a bit again "I just happen to have another me moment, but I'm at Cheonggye Garo cafe," i walked back into the cafe and waited, my tummy grumbled and I asked waiter for an ice cream cheesecake and a Honeydewbubble tea "okay can you call jimin and tell him that we'll meet there," the PD-nim said his goodbyes before hanging up. "jimin Hyung, come to Cheong gyne garo cafe were waiting, PD-nim is here with Jung kook," he spoke loudly as if he was out of breath, running "what are you doing there?never mind I already know" he was giggling evilly as I looked up towards the girl with dark brown straight long hair, feeling a bit uncomfortable ÿa!! just hurry up were waiting," I yelled annoyed "okay, okay I'm coming, Jung kookie!!!" he hangs up after yelling. I just glanced over at her admiring every feature of her, her smile towards her customers was so welcoming and innocent, her pale skin glowed. her eyes were big and sweet. she had her hair tied in a ponytail from the back her transparent fridge rolled over her eyes, she had long-lashed that made her almost grey eyes stand out, she is the only girl who makes me feel weak like this and shy. why can't I tell her, I want her to see me as a man, not a boy. I noticed jimin walk in and call out for 2 coffees. she walked over after noticing no waiters were available to serve. I want to tell her "jo a hae yo," i want to tell her that badly, she turned towards me, while walking over instantly our eyes meet, it was like time was slowing down trying to keep her away, she was still far away when I said "I like you," softly focused on her "annyeong Kim Tae Hyung and park jimin,". after mine and irene's scandal i was forced to date irene. now i have never got the chance to tell her that, i like her.
