After reading the letter from Suga, I took the ring.

It was so beautiful in the light, but did I deserve it?
After thinking, I put the ring where I felt it belonged.
Then I started to wonder, when could I see Suga again?

I felt a part of me was missing without him.

I hid the letter in one of my favorite books before going to bed, thinking about Suga.
-Next day-
I woke up by the morning sun.

Today was the day of the engagement party.

Where I meet my fiance for the first time...

"Who the heck arrange a married without meeting the person before the engagement party?"

I said out loud.
I heard a knock on my door.
"Come in" I said

"Excuse me" a voice said.

A maid opened the door.
"You are..."

"Long time no see Miss (Y/N).

"Sumi..."
Sumi is Nari's personal maid. They are good friends, like me and Suzu, but Sumi dosen't like me at all. She is not very old, around 30 maybe.

"I think you made a mistake" Sumi said closing the door.
"Mistake?"
"For returning back"
She walked towards me. The way her cold brown eyes looked at me was not a good feeling at all.
"If you were just gone, Nari would be engaged to the young master."

"Young master?"
"He is the son of worldwide company TSP, which means, if Nari married him, she would be successful no matter what."

"How could I let Nari do something horrible like that? Marry a stranger, after taking my place?!"

"If you cared about her, you would let her marry him!"
I was shocked. Sumi never raised her voice at me.

"I do this because I care about her!" I responded.

"You are already successful because of your parents, but Nari is not. I mean look at her.

She don't even dress properly. Her jeans has holes in it, and always wears head skulls. And we both know she isn't the smartest person in the world. And how does it make me look, a failure"
"So thats the reason... you want Nari to get married..." I said quietly.

Sumi looked at me with an odd expression.

"You wanted her to get married so you could be successful as a maid?"

"N-no I didn't mean it like that... I..."

"YAH! SUMI! THOSE JEANS ARE SUPPOSE TO HAVE HOLES IN IT!!" Nari screamed across my room.

She had climbed into my room from the window.... again.....

She walked toward Sumi.

"Nari, I didn't mean it like that, I mean... How long have you been there?"
"Not long..." Nari said scratching her head.

I looked at Sumi, wondering what she would say to Nari.

"Nari, what are you doing? We don't have time to be here!! You have classes today and later you have to get dressed up for tonight!" Sumi said, avoiding the problem.
"Oh! Look at the time! Gotta fly!!" Nari said before storming out the window again, running away from Sumi.

Sumi turned around and ran out of my room screaming "Miss Nari!! Come back again!!".

I sighted and turned around, looking outside my window. The sun was shining bright into my room. But nothing could be brighter than Suga's smile. Then, out of nowhere, a phone landed in my hands. I looked at it and saw a picture of Suga.



I started to get panic for just looking at his face. Then I looked down my window. I saw a Nari waving to me with a smile. I looked at the phone again, and looked down to Nari again, but she was gone.

"Nari is like a ninja.... A scary one..." I said before closing my window.
I took one last glance at the picture before putting the phone down on my desk.

"Time to get ready I guess" I said before walking out of my room.

I walked downstairs to find my father, smiling upon me.
"Oh! My dearest (Y/N)! Today is the big day!!"
"Yes Father"

He walked towards me, putting a hand on my head.

"What's wrong Honey?"
"Nothing Father, I am fine." I said trying to put on a smile.

Suzu came over to us.
"I am sorry Sir, but Miss (Y/N) has to get ready"
"Oh! Of course! Well I leave my precious (Y/N) into your hands then"

Father walked away, humming a happy tone.
The sight of father so happy made my heart hurt.
I didn't want to disappoint him, never again, but I knew, I could never do that.

"I am sorry Father" I whispered.
