SACRIFICE

AERUM POV

We stopped talking when we stood in front of pd-nim's door. We waited for Jungkook to enter and then waited a few seconds.

"Remember we are undercover. They don't know about us being agents." I whispered towards Minho as I knocked on the door. Jungkook opened the door and everyone stood and bowed and we bowed in return.

"Nice to see you all again." I said walking towards pd-nim.

"Am I interrupting something?" I asked.

"Indeed you are Aerum and whoever you guest is." Lee Soo Man said standing up. "Isn't it rude not to introduce your guest." he said.

"Ah well...it was supposed to be a short visit but if you insists." I replied.

"Hello, I'm Minho." Minho introduced himself and bowed.

Mr. Lee Soo Man opened the door motioning for us and pd-nim to follow him. He closed the door and faced us.

"What are you doing here?" Lee Soo Man asked not happy.

"I told you already. I'm here to pay a visit." I said looking at pd-nim for approval.

"Yeah, you did. But why in the middle of our meeting?" Pd-nim asked.

"We didn't know you were in a meeting." Minho said, speaking up.

"What's the meeting about?" I asked.

"The scandal." pd-nim stated.

"'We;; have a nice day, Your visit was short indeed." Lee Soo Man said trying to make us leave.

"We'll stay for the meeting, thank you for asking." I said opening the door. Minho chuckled as Lee Soo Man's reaction.

"She can't do that can she?" Lee Soo Man whispered at pd-nim.

"She doesn't follow rules." he told him.

Me and Minho walked towards the wall and stood there. We preferred to stand when there was two.

"Would you like seats?" pd-nim asked.

"No, we're fine." I replied. He nodded and continued with the meeting. Minho nudge me and pointed towards Mr. Song. He looked nervous but played it off well. We made eye contact with Mr. Song and he looked down after a few seconds.

"From now on we need both groups to stay away from each other. No interactions at all. When each group is performing show no emotions please." pd-nim said as both groups nodded.

I chuckled at their result to the situation.

"You don't need to worry about sasaengs. I have people on the job for it as well as SM." pd-nim said and SM nodded as well. I raised an eyebrow curious to see if Lee Soo Man actually got a person on the job.

"Yes, Mr. Song has gotten one of the top security for Seulgi and the rest." Mr. Lee said catching Minho's and my attention.

"He's up to something if he picked the security." Mino whispered.

We turned around having our backs facing them.

"Yeah I know. We just need to figure out who he put on the job." I said.

"Well we could ask." he suggested. I rolled eyes to his sarcastic answer.

"Uhm Mr. Song," I said catching everybody's attention. Mr. Lee looked at me threatening me with his stare. "May I ask who you got to protect Seulgi?" I asked walking towards him as Minho stood on the other side of the table behind BTS.

"Uhm well," he said shifting in his seat. "He's one of the top security in the nation." he said staring at Minho.

"What's his name?" Minho stated having the attention on him, since he hasn't spoken at all.

"Park Jinwoo." he stated.

"Park Jinwoo?" Me and Minho said in unison.

Park Jinwoo? There's no agent named Park Jinwoo. He's obviously lying. I looked at Minho who was thinking the same thing as me.

"Yes, Park Jinwoo. He's the number one agent in Korea." he said smiling.

Number one agent? The number one agent in the nation is me, then Minho.

"Oh really?" Minho said looking at me.

"Well, thank you. That's all we needed to know." I said walking over to pd-nim.

"Can you make sure to get more information on Park Jinwoo and make sure Mr. Song doesn't leave early. So end this meeting fast, so we don't make a scene." I whispered to him then followed Minho out the door. We sat in the couch outside his office.

"Do we even have a guy named Park Jinwoo?" I asked unsure again.

"I don't know. Let me check." he said pulling out his phone. Searching up Park Jinwoo in the database.

"Well we do have a guy name Park Jinwoo who was kicked out of the FBI because he was going against the FBI and trying to take over the building two years ago." he said.

"We just need to know if that's the same Jinwoo from what SM is talking about." I said frustrated.

"What's wrong?" Minho asked.

"I'm tired, I need to sleep. I haven't slept in the last 72 hours due to this scandal." I said as I put my head on his shoulder, taking a five minute nap.

"Wake me up when its over." I said half mumbling.

"Wake up Aerum." Minho said poking my side.

"I'm up," I said stopping his hand from poking me. " Is it over already?" I asked stretching.

"Nope, it's only been two minutes." he said scrolling through his phone.

"Yah! Are you serious!" I said as I hit his head.

"Nope, its three minutes now." he said laughing.

"Why you!" I glared as I slapped his head.

The door opened and we stood up serious again. Red Velvet was out first, we bowed and smiled. The it was BTS we did the same ting. I glanced at Taehyung who was looking at Minho. Then SM and pd-nim with the managers.

Pd-nim told SM something and SM looked at us before leaving and telling Mr. Song to stay here for the meantime until the press left. We bowed in response of a thank you. Mr. Song was talking with the other managers. I looked at Minho signaling him to go. Minho nodded and walked towards Mr. Song and started a conversation with him.

I left with pd-nim inside his office.

"Here is the information about Park Jinwoo." he said handing me a folder.

"Thank you." I replied.

"I hope you know what you're doing." he said opening the door.

"Don't I always?" I said smiling.

I walked towards Minho until somebody stopped me. Taehyung grabbed me and led me to a recording studio.

"Why didn't you tell me you had a boyfriend!" he asked mad as he forced me to sit down next to him.

"Look Taehyung, I really don't have time right now. I need to go" I said standing up heading for the door.

"Not until you tell me who that Minho guy is." he said, grabbing my arm and pulling me back.

"It's none of your business to know who he is or if I have a boyfriend or not. But no he is not my boyfriend okay? Happy?" I said facing him.

"Oh thank goodness! Yes, I'm happy!" he said hugging me. I stood shocked but lightly patted his back to tell him that was enough.

"Now will you excuse me, I have to go." I said leaving with him behind me.
