Chapter 3
Taemin (POV)
I'm going through some pictures of Luna, when a friend more like a brother's photo came into view. I took the picture, I looked at it for sometime before retrieving my phone on top of my bed drawer to call him and tell him that I'm coming over.
When I got to his place, he welcomed me with a wide smile and embraced me.
Taemin! It's been a while and I missed you! He said in a high peach voice.
I miss you too you know! I replied before relaxing into his couch.
Is Big Sister Dara around? I asked him.
Nope, she traveled but she'll be back this evening! He replied.
What would you like to eat? He asked me.
My Favorite, Steaks! You know what I'm talking about! I told him.
Sure! He replied with a chuckle. He went into the kitchen to prepare it.
After eating, we were chatting and that's when Big Sister Dara walked in. Upon seeing me, she dropped her bag and hugged me.
I missed you so much Tae! She said.
Missed you too Big Sis! I replied.
So Tae what brings you here because you wouldn't come here just to see us, except you're bothered! She said, while sitting down.
Well, yeah! I came here to seek your advice on something really important! I told her.
What's bothering you? She asked.
Ravi wants me to buy a slave so that I can feed from her and come out of my loneliness! I said, going straight to the point.
Oh! That's Fantastic! Brilliant idea! Go for it Bro! Kibum replied.
Do you wanna do it? Dara asked.
No! I don't wanna! I replied, feeling stressed about the whole thing.
Is it because of Luna? She suddenly asked.
I couldn't answer it because it's because of her.
Taemin I'll advice you to go check it out and whatever you decide will be the right choice. Make sure you follow your heart, you never know what good stuff lies ahead of you! She said, patting my cheek.
Don't baby me! I said with a calm smile, followed by a giggle.
But you're my baby! She replied with a wide grin.
Tomorrow! I suddenly spoke up after sometime of debating on what to do.
What's gonna happen tomorrow? Kibum asked me, confused.
I'm gonna go check the place out! I mean to go pick a slave! I replied.
That's good news Tae! He said with a grin.

When I got to the place, it was underground, a man asked me to fill a file, after filling it, I handed it back to him.
Please sit! While I inform my Boss that someone is here to see him! He said before walking away.
Please come in! He said and then went back to his position. I guess he is the secretary.
I worked in and a young man whom I presume is the Boss, asked me to please sit.
My name is Xiumin! I'm the Boss here, I heard you've come here to buy a slave! I'm I correct? He asked me.
To which I chuckled before replying
Then why am I here? I asked.
Alright! Please come with me! He said to which I obeyed.
When we got to the place where the Slaves are being showcased to buyers, the hall was long and spacious.
The girls were more than 200 and they all bow their heads with hands tied up to the ceiling. They looked like animals to the slaughter. I chucked thinking about it.
Sir! Please make your selection! Mr. Xiumin said.
I walked past number 1 to 20 but couldn't find anyone that looked different from the other, they all looked the same. No one caught my eye.
I think getting a slave was a bad idea! I thought.
But then as I scanned all the slaves in the room, one of them caught my eye. When I looked at the number, it was 68.
While the others bow their heads, scared and fidgety, she raised up her head and her looks were bold and fierce, she looked at me intently.
I walked up to her still her eyes were fixed on me, our eyes never left each other. When I got to her, I touched her hand, felt her pulse and then moved my hand to her back, caressing it down to her waist, she took a deep breath and I could feel her heartbeat. I could feel her Fragility, her weakness, her mortality and of it all, the blood running through her veins.
In her eyes I saw “Please Take Me!”.
What's the amount! I'm taking her home with me! I said.
