Soo’s POV

New school= new friends, new position in school, new people, new life style.

My old school was mostly made up of kumihos and other lower ranked creatures. In my old school everyone was treated equally no matter what you were. My sister, my other friends and i were “popular” in our old school. But we weren’t those mean popular girls, we were the nice ones that help everyone out. But i heard the new school i'm going to is different and that there were mostly wolves there.

“Are you excited soo?” Eun screamed in my ear while i was dressing into a white crop top with skinny jeans and Nikes.

“Yea sure” i said rolling my eyes at Eun.
Eun stopped jumping around and looked at me “ do you think Sehun will be in any of my classes” she says.

“I don’t know there is a chance you will have some classes with him. Also when did you start liking Sehun?” i asked as if i was surprised she had liked Sehun. “He is a very handsome guy and is also the youngest one but we can’t date wolves eun. Who knows what would happen if wolves started dating a kumiho you could even die.” I said trying to scare her but she didn’t buy it instead she was daydreaming (probably about Sehun).
“Eun?” i said waving my hand in her face, but she still didn’t respond.” “EUN” i screamed.

“Stop yelling in my face, anger issues much” said Eun
I just rolled my eyes and went downstairs into the kitchen to get breakfast. “Eun, what do you want” i yelled up stairs.

“Sehun?” Eun yelled from upstairs

“Haha funny Eun but really what…”

“No Sehun is outside with the rest of exo is out there waiting for someone”. Eun says rushing down stairs to the front door.

I was wondering why they would be outside but as soon as i went outside i saw Kai and Baekhyun fighting. I wonder what they were fighting about.

Exo’s POV

“Why did you bring me here Baekhyun you know that kumihos and wolf don’t hang out with each other. We can’t have the risk of them falling in love with us. It’s the law we can’t marry or date anyone other than wolves.” said Kai

“Well they are my friends okay. Plus why would they fall in love with us if they know the law” said Baekhyun.

“Ugh just don’t bring me next time then” Kai said while rolling his eyes.

Soo’s POV

“Hey guys!” Eun screamed excitedly hugging everyone but Kai. Then i came out and also hugged everyone and attempted to hug Kai but failed.

Kai’s POV

I don’t trust them. They're not wolves like us and they bring back bad memories. I also don’t want my brothers to get hurt. But if i can’t stop the kumihos then how will i be able to trust them?

Soo’s POV

“Why are all you guys here, school starts in an hour?” i asked politely.

“We came here early so we can show you around the school and where your classes are” said Suho.

“Okay just give me a minute to go grab something to eat im starving.” i said licking my lips. “Do you guys want something to eat” everyone said yes except for Kai who still looked mad.

After eating we started to head for school. I was walking by Suho and my sister because Suho was the one showing us everything.

Am i nervous? I asked myself. Yes i am very nervous i have no idea what this school will be like since i'm a kuhimo and the wolves are the popular ones. While we were walking there i heard everyone behind us in exo talking about the students, and teachers. I felt like they weren’t telling us something.

“ How are the people in the school? Are they nice? Does everyone get treated equally?” Eun Asked

“Well they are…” Kai started saying “ very nice and um…” and we are treated equally.” Lay said ending the sentence giving Kai a mad look .

“ You have nothing to worry about as long as you guys are with us. Also if anything happens just let one of us know” D.O. said and the rest nodded but Kai.

Soo’s POV

The school was huge! There were multiple buildings . Some for high ranked students like wolves, birds and even other creatures too. Then the rest were for middle ranked students and low ranked students. There was one last building that we were going to. It was the office. We went there to see my schedule and what building i was in.

“ Why hello there you must be the new kuhimos of this school. Welcome to university of Linghwa i hope you like it here” the lady at the desk said but stopping once she got to our schedules.

“ Umm whats wrong mam?” Eun asked worried.

“Oh um nothing here you go, I hope you have fun” she said nervously and smiled.
I looked at my schedule and saw that me and Eun were in the highest ranked building.

“Wow, you guys got in the with the high ranked students. Awesome” said Sehun while standing by Eun and holding her schedule.

“ It’s really hard for lower ranked students to get in with the high ranked students.” Chen said surprised.

“Let me see your schedule” Chanyeol said taking it out of my hands and slightly touching my finger with his. I blushed…

Kai was shocked. As he was looking over Chanyeol’s shoulder he said “that's impossible they are much lower then wolves and birds. They can’t be in higher ranked classes.” Kai took the paper out of Chanyeol’s hands. Chanyeol looked disgusted at kai.

“ Do you guys have any powers that only one kuhimo controls?” asked Xuimin

“Ya i guess. I control the sun and eun controls the moon”

“ That explains why you guys are in the higher ranked classes” Sehun said looking in Eun’s direction.
Ugh i see that Eun likes sehun i already warned her she can’t date wolves. I thought to myself

“Give me it back i wanna see what classes we have together” said Chanyeol while ripping it out of Kai’s hands.

“ We have classes together!” said Chanyeol very excitedly.

“Awesome” said Baekhyun

“ We both have the same schedule Eun!” i told Eun while taking Chanyeol by his arms and twisting them so i could show Eun.
I saw him blushing in the corner of my eye. I was blushing too and my heart was racing.

Chanyeol’s POV

“Soo grabbed my hands while i was trying to see if we had classes together. I hesitated for a second but let her control my hands. Her hands were slim and cold. I wonder why they were so cold since she controls the sun shouldn’t they be warm? (Kuhimos hands are cold when they still haven’t found true love)
Why is my heart racing? Stop it Park Chanyeol you can’t like a kuhimo if you do she can die and so might you.

Soo’s POV

So we started school about like 10 minutes ago but the only reason we were late to class was because exo was showing us around. Mine and eun’s first class was art which was fun because we got to paint whatever we wanted but it was also a competition of whose painting was the best. The person that won first place was a wolf her name was Taeyeon. I heard she had a younger stepsister my age and that her name was ChaeRyung. I didn’t really know Taeyeon but she seems nice. After dance,music and math which i had with exo (by the way the people at dance and music were really mean but i don’t really mind it) We headed towards the lunch room with exo.

“Yay food finally” i said exhausted after all the classes we had.

“How about you guys sit and wait here, we will go get your lunch” Suho said.

“ I’ll stay with them so umm… so they have some company.” said Baekhyun

“Me too” said Chanyeol and Sehun

Eun’s POV

Exo is acting weird. We would be fine by ourselves at the table. I thought to myself plus were kuhimos were not really social anyway.
But why would they do that are they hiding something from us i thought to myself.

Exo’s POV

That was too obvious of us. We knew they would be fine waiting alone. But all the girls are obsessed with us who know what they would do to soo and Eun. Plus we don’t want to risk them getting hurt.


Soo’s POV

While we were waiting for the rest to get food i saw all the girls staring at me and eun. It felt uncomfortable

“Umm… Eun do you feel like all the girls are looking at us or is it just me?” i whispered to Eun. As i looked over at Baekhyun, Chanyeol, and Sehun. They seemed worried for some reason.

“ You're not alone” Eun whispered back.
Taeyeon from art approached us

“Ugh” she said looking at us up and down
“Why the hell are you sitting here. You’re not allowed to sit here.”

“Well we have known exo for quit some time now and they told us to sit here. Why?” I said calmly.

“ Sure you lier. Now move you don’t belong here.” said Taeyeon.

“ Taeyeon! Leave her alone!” Baekhyun said

“ But bae i told you not to hang out with girls anymore” Taeyeon said whining.
Wait Baekhyun had a girlfriend? I asked myself

*flashback*

But bae little taeyeon said to childhood baekhyun at the swings

*flashback gone*

Omg its Taeyeon. That taeyeon? Baekhyun is still dating her? Wow they dated for a while. I seemed jealous but i shook it off.

“ Taeyeon how many times do i have to tell you! We are over. Done there is no we! Now please go back to your minions and leave all my friends and family alone” Baekhyun said to Taeyeon
So i guess there not dating after all...

Taeyeon aggressively walked away but saying really quick. “You will pay for this”
What did i do?

Anyways 5 minutes passes and the rest came over with our lunches.

“Here you go.” Suho said setting my lunch in front of me and sitting down.

“Thanks!” i said back

Baekhyuns pov

I looked over at Eun and then at Soo. They looked uncomfortable. Was it because of Taeyeon. I know she can be rude sometimes but. I looked back to look at Taeyeon she looked like she was trying to drill a hole through soo.

“Hey guys its nice outside. How about we eat outside today. What do you think?” I said
Everyone nodded and we headed for the door.
Soo walked next to me and seemed relieved to be out of the lunch room.

“Your welcome” I whispered to Soo

“For what?” She asked

“For getting you out of there. You guys seemed so uncomfortable back there.”

“Oh...umm… ya…i did...but... it wasn't because of Taeyeon i promise.”

“Don't lie i know it was because of her. It's ok she is annoying. Why do you think i broke up with her.”

“Lol. Baekhyun thank you.” I said bowing slightly

I was on my way to 6th period after lunch. We had “The study of magic” . In that class we practice our magic to get better at it.
When we got in the classroom i noticed that i had D.O, Kai, Chen, Baekhyun, and Chanyeol with me in 6th Period. The rest of exo were in chemistry. When we got to our seats i noticed most of the boys staring at a girl.She had long blonde almost brown wavy hair with bright brown eyes that really stood out. She was dressed in a white shirt with a black skater skirt and a burgundy cardigan, with black skinny ripped jeans. She also seemed shy. Now i know why everyone was looking at her it was because she was really pretty. My 6th period teacher made all of us introduce ourselves. When it came to the girl that everyone was staring at it got all quiet.

She said “hi um…It’s my first day here at this school and i'm a wolf… I used to be a princess in my other kingdom,i control the stars and have healing power. I am also really good with animals. Oh and my name is Chae-Ryung, Chae for short.You guys might recognize me because of my step sister Taeyeon.”

After Chae-Ryung said she was the stepsister of Taeyeon i knew automatically that i couldn’t like her because who knows what she will do to me. As 6th period goes on and we start learning i look over to D.O and i see him smiling (which is unusual because usually he is sad). I look over at what he is looking at and its Chae-Ryung. Kai was staring at her and smiling too. What is up with all these boys.

ChaeRyung’s POV

It’s my first day here and i’m really nervous especially since i’m not very social and im really shy. Once i got in the classroom it felt like everyone was looking at me but i didn’t wanna turn around because i was to nervous to look behind me. So i just waited for my turn to introduce myself. A couple minutes after i introduced myself it was this girl named Soo’s turn. I really wanted to hear hers because i heard that she new too and she seemed really nice.

“ Hi my name is Soo. Me and my sister Eun are the only kuhimos in the high ranked classroom. I also control the sun and find true love for people. Which is a really important job and only one kuhimo can have it. I also enjoy horseback riding”

D.O.’s POV

What is up with you today Do Kyungsoo. Why is your heart racing. Why are you smiling? Why is your face turning red? Seriously what is wrong with me. Is it all because of Chae? You need to stop blushing. I thought to myself.

Kai’s POV

ChaeRyung was the prettiest wolf i have seen in years. I thought to
myself as i blushed a little I really wanna get close with her especially since she is new and doesn’t have any friends nor experience with this school.

ChaeRyungs POV

At the end of class i really wanted to say hi to Soo. But i wasn’t sure if i had enough courage too. I just had to do it.

I went up to Soo and said “hi Umm… Im ChaeRyung but people call me chae…” She didn’t respond i wasn’t even sure if she heard me since my voice is so soft. I was upset because i still didn’t have any friends and most of the day had already past by. I was really sad. As i was leaving 6th period onto 7th period a guy came up to me.

“Hi im Kai. I’m the 8th prince in my exo pack. I heard you were new here and wanted to meet you because of all the rumors.”

“ Rumors? There are already rumors about me i knew i didn't belong in this school” i said sadly.

“No the rumors aren't bad Chae the rumors are that you're the prettiest girl in this school and i am pretty sure they're true” kai said blushing.

“Thank you so much kai but i am sure those rumors are not true how could anyone think i'm pretty. Well i have to go to 7th period But thanks anyway” i said nicely.

“ Believe me they are true oh and what’s your next period. Mine is chemistry” said kai

“ So is mine” i said as i blushed a little

“Great we can walk there together and sit next to each other.”

“Sure” i said.

Kai’s POV

After i went up to Chae i felt so relieved because she was so nice to me and that everything went well. At the end of Chemistry i was going to ask her if she wanted to walk home with me, but i wasn’t sure if she would want to since i walk home with the rest of my pack and she is really shy. But for her i would even walk alone but with her.

“ Hi chae um… i was wondering if you wanted to walk home with me and the rest of the pack. If you're too nervous to meet the rest of my pack we can walk home alone? I asked nervously.

“Ya sure,and i’ll walk with the pack too. I'm happy you asked because i did not want to walk home with Taeyeon” said Chae really happily.

D.O’s POV

I had an kinda an issue and i wanted to find the answer for it but i needed soo’s help with it. So i went up to her and asked her.

“ Um hi soo i kinda need your help?”

“ Ya sure what do you need help with D.O.?” she asked
Well you see i kinda like this girl and i wanted to see if she liked me back and since you have love powers i was wondering if you could see if she likes me? I asked

“ Ya sure who is this girl that you like?”
Her name is….
Oh that’s her right there i said
Soo turns around.

ChaeRyung’s POV

As me and kai left 7th period he told me he would meet me at my locker so i got my stuff and closed my locker and there was kai just like he said. We started talking and walking towards the exit of the school. Right when we got out of the building the rest of kai’s pack was there. I was really nervous to meet them but i knew i had to do it. As i got out they were all surprised. I didn’t know why until i heard someone say “ooo kai has a new girlfriend” I blushed. Then the rest of exo started to say “ooo”.

Then kai said “guys chill she’s just my friend” Then he whispered to his pack “at least for now”

“Kai remember i'm a wolf i have good hearing” i said while laughing. Then everyone started to laugh. But i didn’t just hear men laughing i also heard 2 girls i looked around and it was soo and her younger sister eun.
I introduced myself to the pack by saying “hi im chaeryung”. Then everyone in exo said “hi chae” at the same time. We all started laughing. Well everyone said it except for soo. Even eun said hi. I wasn’t sure why soo didn’t say hi i guess she just didn’t like me i thought to myself sadly. Then everyone in the exo pack introduced themselves they were all handsome, tall and seemed really nice.

Soo’s POV

I can’t believe Kai and D.O fell for Chae. But im going to help D.O and tell him the truth.

“D.O.” i called as we started to walk.

“Yeah?” said D.O.

“Well do you wanna know?” i asked
Then he ran right next to me we stayed behind everyone so we could talk privately.

“So does she like me ?” he asked while blushing.

“Well at the moment she doesn’t even know you but in the future i see that she is in love with 2 men you and someone else but i can’t see who it’s to far ahead.”

Then i hear someone running behind us screaming “ Chae Ryung!!!”
As i turn around i see that it’s taeyeon. I was no longer talking to D.O. instead i was talking to Baekhyun.

Taeyeon was mad at ChaeRyung because she didn’t have anyone to walk with but as soon as she saw that i was talking to Baekhyun she started running towards me because she was jealous of me talking to Baekhyun. It looked like she was about to murder me.
She came next to me and was about to slap me. But instead Chae Ryung came and got slapped instead of me. But since Taeyeon was so powerful her slap made Chae fall to the ground and faint.

“ Oh my gosh are you okay” i asked chae but she obviously didn’t hear me since she fainted. Kai and D.O rushed to chae as fast as they could.
“Whats wrong with you, why would you slap your god damn step sister! RUDE!” I literally screamed in her face almost punching her but Baekhyun held me back.
As everyone gathered around Chae

“Chill soo, she has healing powers she is probably healing herself right now so it doesn’t even matter.”

“Your so STUPID you can’t heal yourself only another person can heal you. Have you ever even payed attention in ‘The Studies Of Magic’”

*Taeyeon runs away*

“What’s gonna happen now?” Everyone asked.
D.O. said “how about we take her home and one of us could watch over her until she wakes up.”

“How are we going to take her home if she most likely lives with taeyeon” said Baekhyun.

“It’s fine i’ll take her.” said D.O. As Kai rolled his eyes.

We all walked home to exo’s house. Once we got there all of our phones rang at the same time. We all looked at them it was a message from school saying

“Next week is the dance hope you guys are ready!”
