Chapter One
Jisu's POV
I wake up to the alarm ringing. I shut off the alarm started to get out of bed. I could hear eomma walking up to stairs, trying not to wake me up. I pretended I was sleeping and rolled over in my bed. "Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you! Happy birthday, my Jisu! Happy birthday to you!" I rolled back over to face my mom. "Good morning, mom." "Aigoo, you're getting older and so much more prettier too." She squished my cheeks. "EOMMA. Stop it~" "What? Is it not true?" "Yes, yes, I'm getting older. I know that!" She let out a sigh. "It's going to be really soon that you'll be moving out of this house, leaving me and your dad all alone." "But I'm not doing that now am I?" "I know that." She thought for a bit. "You don't have to go to school today, you know? You can take the day off and go shopping with me. I'll pay for everything." "Eomma~ You know I can't skip school just for that." "Why not? I can just call the school and tell them that you're not coming in today." "No. I still need to go to school." "Aigoo, you've really grown up. Come on down, you're special birthday breakfast is ready." "Jinja?! Omo! You're the best!" Mom left to room to give me time and space to change for school. I slipped on my school uniform for Seoul International High School {this is made up}. I brushed my teeth and pulled my hair into a loose side fishtail braid. I ran down the stairs to see the table full of food. Mom had made my favorite breakfast. Chocolate chip pancakes with homemade whipped cream with a lot of eggs. I sat down immediately to start eating. After wolfing down my fifth pancake, I said, “Thanks mom.” “Slow down, you’re going to choke.” I wiped my mouth and grabbed my stuff before slipping on my shoes. “Bye mom!!” I shut the door.
The temperature was just right. The sun was out but there was a cool breeze blowing around as well. Perfect. I got to the school shortly. I grabbed my stuff for class and shut my locker. I got to my first-period early to get some studying done [it's study hall]. Someone took the seat behind me. "Well, if it isn't Kim Jisu." I turned around to find the school's most popular girl, Choi Hyeri, and if I may add, the most stuck up one too. I rolled my eyes and turned back at my work. "I said, look who it is." Her voice had a cold, sharp edge to it. I shifted my position in my chair and faced her. "I heard you the first time." I turned back. "Tsk. Tsk. Such an attitude. You should be thanking me. There are so many things I can say about you and so many people that would believe me. I could ruin your reputation, I'm so nice, aren't I?" Yeah, you’re a fucking angel.

Emm..short note to those who were reading "Turning Point"/ "Cinderella and the Seven Knights" , I had to delete that story due to certain issues that required me to get rid of the story immediately. But this one won't be. I hope you guys all enjoy it, I guess this counts as really, my first official official fanfic. Thank you and you guys are still being called squishies :)
