You get to the shop by taking the subway and you see someone struggle with a couple of boxes.

-Let me help- You say while taking one of the boxes.
-Thanks- The person says while peeping up.
-Where do you need it placed?-
-No its okay, my friend is helping, he’s there- He moves his head to point behind you.
-Jimin?- You say as you see him walk down the stairs on the outside of the shop.
-K!-
-Who’s this?- The guy holding the boxes asks as Jimin takes the box away from you.
-Its K, and K this is Jungkook- Jimin walks up the stairs again.
-Nice to meet you-

You bow and Jungkook bows back. With the corner of your eye you see Akiko coming with some bags, quickly you run to her and help her out.

-Is there anything else I can help with?- You ask.
-No, Jimin and Jungkook took care of everything-

You both walk up to the apartment, Jimin and Jungkook are pushing the boxes into the empty room, you put the bags down and lean on Akiko.

-Do you have any plans today?-
-Yeah, Jimin invited me out with his friends-
-Oh? Why-
-Its his birthday-
-WHAT!?-
-Eonni! You forgot!?- You quickly put your hands on her mouth as Jimin and Jongkook come out of the room.
-Yo! Do you have any plans later?- Jimin asks
-Me?-
-No, the wall, yes you-

-Done, then you’re coming with us-
-What? Where? Wait I just remembered I have something I have to do really quick-

Before he finishes his sentence you get out of the house and keep running, Jimin always runs after you when he wants you to go somewhere with him.
You go to one of you favorite shops, you forgot to buy a gift for that cute dumb ass and if you don’t give him one, he’ll bother you for months about it. You walk around looking at the items they have in the shop but one necklace sparks your curiosity.

-You have a good eye miss-
-Oh, really, thanks-
-Yes, that necklace is made of pure silver, pretty isn’t it-
-Indeed-
-Do you want to take a look at it?-
-If you don’t mind-
-Not at all-

The employee takes the necklace out and hands it to you. Its really pretty, a pair of angel wings wrapped around a black quartz crystal.

-How much is it?-
-Its..- You wont let him finish.
-Actually, don’t tell me, just wrap it up for me-
-Sure-

You come out of the shop and your phone starts ringing.

Eonni.
Ah, Akiko, what’s wrong?
Eonni, do you know what flavor Jimin likes?
What do you mean?
I’m buying a cake but I don’t know what he likes.
Where are you?
Magnolia Bakery.
Oh, I’m close by, do you want me to come over and help you chose?
Please!

You hang up and quickly cross the street to the bakery.

-Told you I was close- You tap Akiko’s shoulder
-Eonni! I really don’t know what to choose-
-Just get him chocolate, everyone loves chocolate-
-Are you sure?-
-Not really, last time we had his birthday party there was no cake-
-Oh- Akiko sighs sadly
-Why the sad face?-

-Let me look around- You start looking around the shop to find a cake you think Jimin would like -Ah! Look this one looks really good!-

-Excuse me- You ask the employee -What’s this cake?
-Red velvet chocolate-
-Perfect! We’ll take it place-

-I remember he was looking at a cooking TV show at my apartment one day and he started salivating when a cake like this was shown-
-Okay, and also, he said to meet here- Akiko hands you her phone and you look at the address.
-I have no idea where this is-

You take your wallet out to pay for the cake.

-Eonni! I’ll pay for it!-
-No, you keep your money and buy him a gift with it-
-But this was going to be my gift for him-
-In that case-

You put your wallet back letting her pay for it, you walk out of the bakery. Akiko searches for the address on her phone.

-Eonni, we can get there , its just two bus stops away-
-Good, lets go-

You get down from the bus at the stop and you start to walk towards the place, you walk in, but see no one of the guys is there.

-Hey Akiko I have an idea, give me the cake-
-Why?-
-Just give me the cake, do you want to keep it on your lap ? It will melt, i’ll ask the owner of the restaurant if they can keep it in the fridge for us-
-Oh! Didn’t think of that, thanks eonni-

Akiko gives your the cake and you walk to one of the employees. After a few minutes you come back to look for Akiko.

-K!- You turn around and see J-Hope
-Hey-
-Hi, where is Jimin-
-Don’t ask me, last time I saw him he was with Jungkook-
-Oh, I’ll go call them, they are the only ones left-
-Only ones?-
-Everyone is sitting upstairs-
-Have you seen Akiko?-
-Who?-
-Never mind-

You walk away and keep looking for her. She’s sitting at the back of the restaurant.

-I just saw J-Hope, I think he said the rest are sitting upstairs-
-J-Hope?- She asks
-One of Jimin’s friends, you’ll meet them soon, don’t worry-


You walk upstairs with Akiko looking for the crazy bunch. And there they are, arguing about something from what it looks like.

-Yo!-
-K!?- They all say at the same time.
-I missed you too?-
-We thought you where with Jimin-
-Why would I be with him?- They shrug
-Who’s that- Jin points out at Akiko who was hiding behind you for some reason.
-This is- You pull her to the front -This is Akiko-

They bow to each other and you quickly sit down and start to talk and have fun. Suddenly you feel someone blowing on your ear.

-Da fuck!?- You quickly turn around and you see Suga smiling.
-Hello!-
-Can you not blow on my ear please, its weird af-
-Oh come on, its not like I bit it-
-You’re fucking weird dude- You move to let him sit.
-Oh, Akiko!- He says hi to her and sits next to you.

J-Hope comes back with Jungkook and another guy.

-Ya Jimin is not answering his phone- J-hope says.
-Weren’t you with him?- You ask Jungkook
-Was, we just separated a few minutes ago, he said he had something to do-
-He’ll come sooner or later, its his birthday anyways- Rapmon answers.
-True- You all nod in agreement.
-That’s Tae Hyung- Suga says in your ear.
-Dude stop getting close to my ear, its weird wtf-
-I thought you wanted to know, damn, you have such a bad temper- He laughs
-Don’t start with me-
-You must be K- Tae Hyung asks while flashing his bright smile. -I’m Kim Tae Hyung, you can just call me V-
-Hello, yeah, nice to meet you-

You all start to talk and laugh together again. Akiko is sitting between Jin and J-Hope, you’re between Suga and Rapmon who is next to J-Hope, V is in front of you with Jungkook next to him. After half an hour Jimin walks up the stairs and you look at his face, he doesn’t look that happy, he should be though, Its his birthday.

-Oh! Birthday boy is here!- Suga yells and everyone turns to look at Jimin now standing with a half smile on his face.
-What took you so long?- V grabs him by his hand and pulls him down to sit.
-Good thing you decided to show up, food is on its away-

You get up and slowly move your head telling Jimin to follow you, the rest go back to look at the menu and argue about what to order.
You go to the back and you ask Jimin

-Are you okay?-
-Yeah, i’m good, why are you asking?- He tries to smile.
-Really?-
-Kinda...not sure-
-What happened?-
-I went to see my parents-
-I’m so sorry- You slowly wrap your arms around him and pull him for a hug.

You truly don’t know much about Jimin’s parents, when Ra brought him to the shop he just told you to take care of him and that he lost his family, you never knew how to ask, so you didn’t.
You could feel Jimin’s arms tighten around you as his forehead leaned on your shoulder. You thought this would be a good moment so you slowly took the necklace out of your pocket and put it around his neck. He slowly moves up and holds the necklace between his fingers.

-I’m sorry, If you don’t like it I can always get you something else-
-No...I.. I like it, a lot- He squeezes you again -Thank you K-
-No problem, ya...wait a minute- He moves up again -When did you grow more!?-
-Really?-
-What do you mean really just answer me!-
-I thought you would notice sooner- He laughs
-Damn, you’re not my little dongsaeng anymore are you-
-Nope- He says with a big smile on his face this time -20’s, remember, I can drink now-
-Ugh, i’m ready to act like your bodyguard and take you home when you get drunk-
-You wont have to worry about that, I’ll never get drunk-
-We will see-
-YA! YOU TWO LOVEBIRDS! DON’T YOU WANT TO EAT- Suga yells from the table.
-Wtf do you mean lovebirds!?- You hit the back of his head and sit down next to him again.
-K just wanted to give me my gift- Jimin sits next to you pushing RapMon away.
-OOOHHH- The rest of the guys say
-It was just a necklace- You answer
-Woah let me see- Jungkook moves closer to Jimin and looks at the necklace. -That looks really dope-
-I know right, she has a really good taste- Jimin smiles again.

Food gets on the table and everyone digs in, you look at the server and move your head telling him to bring the cake, after a few minutes the food is gone and the cake is placed on the table.

-WOW! Who got this!?- Jimin asks looking around.
-Akiko- You point at her.
-I didn’t know what to get you so I just bought cake, though K eonni chose it-
-Oh really?- He looks at you
-Yeah, so if its not good, its my fault, not hers-
-I don’t think anything you chose would be bad-
-Shut up and blow the candles already, you’re taking so fucking long- Suga pushes Jimin

The candles get blown and you all take a piece of the cake.
