arranged marriage

We just sat there in silence, looking at each other eyes. It wasn’t awkward, but rather a nice silence. My heart began to beat faster and faster, it could jump out of my chest anytime or that was what it felt like. I couldn’t stop looking at him, it was like I was in a trance. I couldn’t escape his eyes. He stood up and began to take slow steps towards me, keeping the eye contact. He leaned down so, we were face to face, he broke the eye contact and looked down at my lips, then back to my eyes. I could feel his breath, on my lips. He drove me crazy, I couldn’t take it anymore. I leaned closer, our lips almost touching.
“Nari aren’t you going to eat breakfast” Mrs. Kim asked knocking on the door.
I opened my eyes, and so did Taehyung. I pushed him away, and ran over to the door. I went downstairs to the dinner table and saw Mr. and Mrs. Kim waiting for me. I took a seat beside Mrs. Kim.
“where’s Taehyung?” Mr. Kim asked.
“I think he’s coming now” I said.
And as if he heard what I said, he came down. Eyes fixed on me the entire time, I gulped and looked down at my plate. This is so awkward. He sat beside his father, facing me and Mr. Kim facing Mrs. Kim. I began eating my toast in silence, while the parents began chatting, nonstop. I looked up, and met eyes with Taehyung. Aish, this boy! Why does he have to look at me like that! I looked down again and began eating faster, wanting to be done as fast as possible. I speed walked to the kitchen and washed my plate. I dried my hands, on a towel that were beside me. before I got the chance to turn around, someone trapped me from behind. I tried to see who it was, but I couldn’t but by the actions of this person I already knew who it was. Taehyung was hugging me from behind, hands on my hips and lips close to my ear. Once again, I could feel his warm breath on my ear, tickling a bit.
“what do you want” I asked.
“a kiss” he whispered in my ear.
To be honest I shivered a bit, but only a bit. I shook my head, I’m not going to kiss him, if that’s what he thinks.
“no” I said.
“Okay, then I’m going to kiss you”
He turned me around, and we were close. Too close. He leaned closer and closer, lips only inches away from touching.
“Nari, Kris is here!” Mrs. Kim said.
Taehyung sighed in disappointment. I giggled a bit, poor Taehyung. I gave him a smile, and bumped my shoulder into his. Before I fully left I turned around, seeing he was looking at me, I flashed a big smile and give him a wink. I walked over to Kris and gave him a hug.
“it’s been one day; did you already miss that much?”
I nodded into his chest. I removed my face from his chest and stood beside him. he looked down at me, then over to Mr. and Mrs. Kim.
“can I borrow her for a second?” he asked.
They both nodded and we left. He opened the car door for me, and I gladly went inside. he went inside too, and began driving. I wonder where he’s taking me.
“Kris where are we going?”
“shopping” he said and turned to me with a smile.
We talked the entire way over to the mall, and back again. Almost every girl was drooling over Kris and was sending glares to me, but it was normal though. It was late now and Kris was taking me home, in my hands were three shopping bags. Kris insisted in buying more for me but I said it was fine. We said our goodbyes in front of the big mansion, we went our separate ways. Went I got inside it was dark, I guess they’re all sleeping. I tiptoed to my room and slowly closed the door. When I turned around again I dropped my bags.
“Taehyung what are you doing?” I asked in a yell whisper.
He walked over to me trapping me again, I knew I couldn’t escape this time. He looked really annoyed, is it because I didn’t want to kiss him?
“w-what?” I asked as he kept staring.
Then he did again, but every time he did, my heart kept beating faster. I looked him in the eye, his beautiful dark brown eyes. My eyes slowly scanned his face, until it landed on his lips. His beautiful soft, pinkish lips. He noticed me staring at his lips. He held my chin, and made me look into his eyes. His thumb brushed my lips, and before I knew it he leaned down and kissed me. it wasn’t a rough kiss, but more a passionate kiss. He meant is, you know some people kisses to please them self, but his kiss was different. His hand found its way to my hips, closing the distance between us fully. I smiled into the kiss, and he did to. We finally parted, I gave him a quick kiss and left to the bathroom. I washed my face, braided my hair, and changed to my shorts and oversized t shirt. When I came out of the bathroom, I saw Taehyung laying on my bed.
