Chanyeol? What is he doing here? He continued laughing, until I began to talk.
“what are you doing here?” I asked confused.
How did he even know where I live?
“nice to see you too” he said smiling widely.
I returned the smile.
“Can you help me with something?” I asked.
“What is it?” he gave me a suspicious look.
I gave him a sign to follow me. I walked upstairs, with him just behind me. I knew it’s weird to ask him to kill a spider, when I’ve just seen him, after a long time. But come on, that spider was gigantic. We stood in front of my bedroom door. I turned to look at him, my expression turning serious. He gulped, scared of what I was going to say.
“Okay. There is a gigantic, demonic spider inside. can you please kill it” I said, making puppy face.
He rolled his eyes, and nodded. I handed him a slipper, and pushed him inside. I heard a scream, from the room. My mom came rushing upstairs, and was about to open the room door.
“Not now mom” I said holding onto her arm.
Chanyeol came out, his hair messed up, and his hand holding onto the edge of the slipper. He handed my mom the slipper, and I tried my hardest not to laugh. He looks so done with everything.
“you know, that was a spider from hell” he said.
We went inside the room, and sat down on my bed. We sat in front of each other, legs crossed. I gave him a look, signaling him to speak.
“Oh, uhm I came because I wanted to tell you something” he said.
I slowly nodded, in respond.
“I missed you, and the others so much, like to old days when we would always fool around, and stuff like that… so I came here to bring us together” he finished with a proud smile.
I couldn’t help but smile back, he really didn’t change at all.
“I like your idea, but how are we gonna find the others?”
“I live with Kyungsoo, and he still have some of their phone numbers”
“ahh- You live with Kyungsoo?! Are you two a thing?” I asked covering my mouth, to hid my grin.
He turned red in the face, and quickly started violently shaking his head.
“We are roommates! And we are both attracted to girls, don’t get any thoughts” he said fast.
I nodded with a laugh. He’s so funny sometimes. I remember how much, we used to tease him in college.
