Chapter 2 : Pain & Tears
She couldn't handle the pain and tears after hearing all the rumors being spread about her. She wanted to scream saying it wasn't true but no words would escape her mouth, tears fell from her eyes as it dropped on her legs. Why was life so rude to her, she thought. Ayionna grabbed her bag ignoring everyone's whispering and ran to the rooftop. She ran past Youngjae bumping into his shoulder, she ignored it as more tears fell from her eyes uncontrollably. All the pain made her heart want to explode into pieces, everything was going horrible for her. She opened the door to rooftop, dropping her bag, walking to the edge as she wiped away the tears. Even if she did wipe her tears new ones would appear in seconds, she hated her life.. nobody could see how she was feeling. She climbed over the railing, whenever she felt as if she was falling her grip on the railing tightened. She blocked out all the noises around her until all that she could just hear the beating of her heart which was beating pretty fast and her breathing which was heavy. All she wanted to do was release her grip on the railings and fall, she loosened her grip and suddenly she heard a faint shout, "WAIT!! STOP!!!" She brushed it off as she slowly started to fall off the school roof, a pair of arms wrapped around her stopping her fall and pulling her away from the edge. They both collapsed, Ayionna on top of the unknown boy. She turned around, their lips being just centimeters apart, the boy was Youngjae.. What was he doing here she thought as she finally noticed the way they were positioned she got up fixing her skirt looking down at him. Great, now he thinks I'm crazy... exactly what I needed, she thought as she just grabbed her bag wanting to run away and just cry. "Why were you going to jump?" He asked with concern in his voice while trying to meet her eyes.
"It's none of your business." She replied coldly averted her eyes away from his as she just opened the door and headed down the stairs. She could hear his footsteps behind her.
Youngjae's P.O.V
I can't believe she was going to jump! Why would she do that in the first place.. she wont tell me. Should I force it out or leave it? I don't know anymore.. I picked up my bag and quickly started to follow her before she could do any more reckless actions costing her life. Sure, I don't know her a lot but seeing her crying and in pain hurts me. When she bumped into me on her way to the roof, she was in so much pain and sadness and just her face showed that, tears were falling from her face.. I don't want anything to happen to her. Seeing her makes me smile everyday.. I want to make sure that she is okay for today. She went home safely without hurting herself, and tomorrow I'll ask her in class if she's okay..
Ayionna's P.O.V
Why was he there? Why did he save me? Why is everything bad happening to me and only me? As I was walking home, I could feel someone watching me and following me, I kept looking back but seeing nobody. Once I reached the house, I opened the door and locked it, dropping my bags on the couch and laying down. My mind kept flashing back to the moment where me and his lips were centimeters apart. My heart beats faster just thinking about it, getting butterflies. I really do love him.. but the pain and tears is so much to deal with.. I can't take it much longer.. Someone send help..
"It's none of your business." She replied coldly averted her eyes away from his as she just opened the door and headed down the stairs. She could hear his footsteps behind her.
Youngjae's P.O.V
