When 2 Stars Meet
Chapter 3
It was finally the end of the day and I was excited. Soonyoung invited me to watch his friends and him practice. I quickly gathered my stuff and walked out of the classroom trying to avoid Seolhyun, but at that moment I remembered what Seolhyun said to me after lunch.
-After Lunch-
"What did you do to me! You ruined my life!"
I don't have any memories of doing something bad to Seolhyun but I was frustrated, I didn't want her to tell me what to do anymore.
"What did I do! What did I do for you to bully me like this!" I didn't mean to yell but I did anyway.
Some people were looking at us.
"Because of you I have nothing!" You can see she was trying not to cry. "But why do you have more then me, I hate that about you the most."
After saying that she just walked away, leaving me feeling guilty.
-Back to the story-
I shook my head and thought positively. "Let's not keep Soonyoung waiting." I thought to myself and exited the room. I stopped at the room across from us to wait for Bora . Everyone loved Bora, she was sweet, positive, outgoing, and athletic. When I was getting bullied she was the only one who stood up for me and hanged out with me, usually the one who hangs out with the bullied person would get bullied too right but since everyone loved her they couldn't bullied her.
I wanted to be in her shoes at least once before I die. I waited at the door for Bora but she was taking too long so I leaned on the wall beside the door so I wouldn't be in the way for students who were coming out. I looked at my shoes and sigh. I should stop living like this. I was in a train of thoughts until someone covered my eyes.
"Guess who~"
"Bora, I know it's you." I chuckled
I moved her hands and turned towards her.
"What how!?"
"Your voice is like the easiest voice to tell."
"Sure~." She joked. "So what's up?"
"You free today." I asked hoping she'll say yes, When I'm around her I can be myself.
"Yeah, why."
You sigh, relieve you won't have to go alone to the practice room.
"Soonyoung invited me to go to the practice room to watch them dance."
"Who's Soonyoung? New kid? Plus we can't go to the practice room, it's only for SEVENTEEN."
I was done with her.
"Soonyoung as in Hoshi, popular kid, and he invited me you know."
"Byeol you know what you're saying right? You alright there?" She pointed at her head.
"I'm fine." I laughed. "He actually invited me."
"You're kidding."
"Nope." I grin
"Are you serious, I'm like their biggest fan!"
"Let's go then." I turned around and walked a couple steps until I realize I didn't know where the practice room was. "Hey Bora, where's the practice room?" I laugh nervously
"You're kidding, you want to go but you don't know where it is." She let out a small laugh. "Go up the stairs in front of you and it'll be the 5th room to your right, but why don't we just go together." She ran towards me and put her arm on my shoulders. "Ga-ja."
As we were walking I couldn't help but wondered who's SEVENTEEN.
"So umm Bora....Who's SEVENTEEN...."
She looked at me and sigh
"Please do your research when you ask me to do something with you please.” she sighed again. “Okay first of all..SEVENTEEN is our school idol, why you might ask because they entered this competition to create their own choreography and they had to write and composed their own songs and perform it like a idol group, eventually they got first and won the prize which is $1 million, and I'm pretty sure you knew the school was going to close right?” she looked at me
I nodded my head “I’m not stupid you-” I trip on a step almost falling on my face but Bora caught my arm. I stood up embarrassed. I cleared my throat. “Just clumsy.”
“Okay, if you say so.”
“Yah!”
“I didn't say anything wrong did I?”
“N-no…” It was true that I was clumsy but I wasn't stupid that's why I always placed 1st in school.
Bora chuckled. “Anyway, they donate half of the money to the school and since the school felt so thankful they built a recording and a practice room but at the same time people were watching their stage online and they quickly got popular and so that's why they're pretty popular at school.”
“Ohhhh, so you're a fan too?” I asked
“Of course!”
“Oh, then do you have a specific member you like?”
“Omg why would you ask me thaaaat! It was hard but….I chose Woozzzzzi!!!”
I laughed at how passionate Bora was until I heard someone approaching us from behind. “Are you looking for Woozi-hyung?”
Both of us turned around and were both surprised to see Soonyoung laughing while holding 2 bags of snacks.
“He’s in the practice room if you're looking him.” He teased Bora.
“H-how long have you been listening…?” she was flustered and embarrassed. “To the part where you were very passionate to say Woozi-hyung is your favorite member.”
“So basically the embarrassing part.” she facepalmed herself. “Please forget about that..”
“Alright since it's our first time meeting I'll forget.”
I smiled at how cute Soonyoung was. Soonyoung kept on teasing Bora even though he said he'll forget, then they introduced themselves to each other. “Lets hurry up everyone is waiting.”
I was excited to SEVENTEEN dance.
Soonyoung opened the door and entered the room. We also entered the room but to my surprise they were playing the mafia game. Soonyoung put the snacks on the floor and announced that they had guests.
Everyone turned their attention to us and stood up as fast as they can and bowed, we returned their bows by bowing 90°. After bowing one of the members told them to gather. Soonyoung also ran over to where the rest of the members were. Half of the boys were standing while the other half was taking a knee, they all shouted the same thing, SAY THE NAME SEVENTEEN and bowed one last time until Bora introduced herself. Everyone shifted their attention to Bora.
“Hello, I-I’m Bora, let's get along.”
I also introduced myself
“I’m Byeol, nice too meet you.”
Then there was awkward silence. Soonyoung broke that silence.
“ Lets introduce ourselves now, I’m Hoshi or Soonyoung, I'm the performance unit leader.” then he stared at a pink hair boy that was on his left.
“I’m Woozi or Jihoon, I'm the vocal unti leader.” Then he looked too the next member but while he was introducing himself I couldn't help but watch Bora smile, “Ahhh so this is Woozi.” I thought to myself. One by one everyone introduced themselves until the last one S.coups or Seungcheol introduce himself as the general leader and the Hip-Hop unit leader. Everyone was done and we quickly got along with each other thanks to Seungkwan, Seokmin, and Soonyoung. “Hey lets show her our song.” Soonyoung said, and everyone agreed.
