Remember Me?
Past
We're waiting for the rain to stop pouring. Jungkook and I are on the way to my house after dinner at his mother's restaurant, holding hands. We had to scurry to protect our school uniforms from getting wet by hiding under a random building. The moon is still shining.
Suddenly, he put his hands on my shoulders and starts to cry out loud. I cup his face with my hands, using my thumbs to wipe his tears away. He smiles through his pain and pulls me into a hug. Startled, I ask what's wrong.
"I... I will never forget you." Jungkook stammered, ignoring my question completely, "You know how much I love you." He paused to let go of his embrace.
You tilt your head to the side, confused and worried. "Are you okay? Did something happen at home?"
"Just remember... I will find you no matter what happens. Promise you'll find me, too? Even if the world ends, promise me that you'll find me and love me."
"What's the matter?"
"Promise me!"
"Okay! Okay. I'll love you no matter what. Jungkook... what's going on?"
"MINJI!" yelled my father from the living room. My eyes flashed open. I sit up from my bed after hearing another bottle crash into the wall. "I'M TIRED OF THIS BULL! IT'S ALREADY MORNING! MY HEAD HURTS! DAMN!" My tears start to swell up. After a few minutes, I calm myself and walk out to start cooking his breakfast.
Jungkook, I wondered, where are you now? Why do you only appear in dreams? My father is struggling with his alcoholic obsession once again. Oh poop, it's 7! I'm late for work. Oh poop, poop, poop. I really wish I could meet my fairy godmother right now.
Jungkook. I miss you. If you can hear me right now, I hope you'll find me soon.

This is the prologue, by the way, so it's shorter than the following chapters.
Obviously, she'll find Jungkook soon...
I want to improve my writing and plot so you can comment some ideas and my mistakes below.
Also, I am trying to refrain myself from swearing in my writing so bear with me~
