'Till I Met You

Everyone was happily eating chicken dinner. Mrs.Choi left as per my instructions. The team managed to pull out Kris from the bathroom. He got teased mercilessly by Baekhyun and Chen about Mrs. Choi's crush on him.

Chanyeol cleared his throat and asked Kris very awkwardly, "So hyung, how come you never touched your father's money?'"

Kris grimaced and simply replied. "I'm sorry but it's something that's not up for discussion. That's my private history and I would like to keep it that way." Everyone gave nods of acknowledgement. "Okay Kris."

Sehun plopped down beside Kris and asked the next question on everybody's mind. "So hyung, what have you been up to while you were not with the team? Wanna know what I did? I fell in love and marrying Ellie!" Sehun happily shared to Kris. It earned him a fond smile from the tall man.

Kris glanced around the room and asked "Anything else happened while I was gone?"

"I am dating Krystal." Kai replied.

"I got a new state of the art medical facility in the mountains." Lay replied. "Not anymore!" Everyone piped up.

"I got a new Harley-Davidson" Chen volunteered.

"Baekhyun is dating a Noona!" Tao blurted out. Baekhyun slapped a hand over his mouth. Everyone's head suddenly faced them.

"Sorry guys. Not ready to talk about it yet. She's not ready either. So a little space, huh?" Baekhyun pleaded.

"Someone's been calling me daddy." Xiumin stated in between bites. Heads whipped to looked at him wide eyed. "

"Bwo?"

Xiumin gave a shit eating grin. "I have a girlfriend." He clarified. "WHO????"

"Her name is Ga Yun. She's an actress. We don't often see each other because of our schedules and work."

"Tao and I are taking acting classes." D.O. Shared quietly. "WAE?"

"Because I am going to be a superstar someday!" Tao grinned at everyone. Eye rolls all around. Not the first time anybody heard that.

"We already know that Tao. We are actually more curious as to why D.O. Is doing it" Suho replied.

"Lana encouraged me to do it. She says I need more facial expressions" he replied softly.

Chanyeol smiled at his wife, stretched out his arms and draped it at the back of the couch. "Married the love of my life and have a baby on the way." Chanyeol bragged. He leaned over to kiss Lana's cheek.

Sehun made loud gagging noises. Chanyeol threw a piece of left over chicken at Sehun.

"Hyung, you still haven't answered my question." Sehun whined. Kris gave a tight smile and finally answered. "I have been hunting down Lana's stalker, Luhan. I first noticed him on the first attempt that week. It was the day after they had a dinner date. That's why I was often too far from Lana during those attempts on her life. He was baiting me. After Chanyeol and I had that fight, I thought it was for the best that I disappear. I couldn't hunt him down because I was too visible."

Chanyeol was frowning as Kris continued to talk. Lana reached over to clasp his hands in her tiny ones.

"Chanyeol, Lana really needs to be protected. There's something that's just not right about that guy. He is not just doing this for revenge. I'm almost a hundred percent sure that he is a serial rapist and killer." Kris bluntly told him.

"Do you know where Luhan is right now?" Baekhyun was the one who asked.

"I think he is in the other building across from us." Kai replied. "What?" Chanyeol and Kris suddenly stood up.

"I saw a flash of light on the opposite building, I'm pretty sure it's from a scope of a rifle." Kai was methodically assembling his sniper gun and scope. He looked through the viewfinder. "I don't see any movement but it's probably better if you guys stop twitching the drapes!!" Kai was shouting exasperatedly at Kris and Chanyeol. Shamefaced the two stepped back from the window.

Everyone was so focused at Kai and the Windows. Lana cleared her throat loudly to get some attention.

"Uh guys?" She tentatively spoke up. "Hmmm?" Chanyeol asked distractedly.

"CHANYEOL!!!!" Lana shouted. Chanyeol whipped around quickly his gun swinging around to find a mark. "What? Jagiya you nearly gave me a heart attack."

"My water broke" Lana replied.

Ten grown men were suddenly running around like chickens without a head.
