Remember

I woke up and found myself lying on the couch with blankets on top of me.

I got up and looked into each room, seeing everyone sleeping in the same room which was unusual to see since they always slept separately.

I sat down, looking at each one of them.

"I make you guys suffer so much because of me..." I said as I wiped the tears that were rolling down my cheeks. I smiled and ruffled their hair.

I stood up and went into my room and decided to clean the closet since I destroyed it when I was trying to find my uniform in the morning.

A box fell from the top and hit the floor.

I picked it up and opened the box and found a picture of a little girl laughing as she was holding an umbrella.

Under the picture, there was a piece of paper, something that looked like a certificate. When I flipped it over and read the words that was inscribed on it, I dropped the box.

Congratulations! Kim Yoona has been adopted by Kim Song Joon and Kim Minah

I heard the boys wake up from the sound and walk into the room.

"Was I adopted?" I turned and asked as I realized that I was tearing up again.

The boys were silent again, looking at the floor, thinking what to say.

"Kim Song Joon, Kim Minah. They were my foster parents?" My voice was cracking.

"Yoona," Jungkook was walking towards me but I stopped him.

"Why didn't you tell me? Finding the truth this way is worst than someone telling me," I yelled as tears were uncontrollably falling down.

"And now their gone?" I wanted to stop, but my anger was winning.

"Yoona, stop it," J Hope said as he hugged me as I collapsed on the floor and cried until I was too tired to.

They carried me to the dining table with the box.

"We'll tell you," V spoke up as he stared into my eyes.

"The truth," Rapmon continued.

"Your dad, your real dad, he wants you killed. " Suga said the last words that hit me hard.

Knowing the truth can be a painful thing.
