DIFFERENT WORLDS

It's been three weeks since my grandparents died. Since I was underage and I now had nobody to look after me, I stayed with officer chanyeol. We did a small funeral for them and everyone I knew was there even the people from Busan. I didn't go to school for a week because I was to depressed. I finally got out of bed and I was going to start school again today. Since I had classes with some of the guys, they would bring me the homework and notes so that I wouldn't miss out on anything. I got ready for school and I went out to eat breakfast with officer chanyeol. I asked him if I could go by my house later but he said that it wasn't safe. We finished and he gave me a ride to school. I asked him if it was okay for me to hang out with some friends after school and he said yes. I got out of the car and made my way inside the school. Once I stepped foot inside the building I was welcomed by hongbin and some of the bangtan boys.
"eunbin I'm glad you're back"

"hi hongbin"

"is everything okay"

"ne...everything is fine"

"do you need anything?" asked jimin

"ani I'm okay...umm have you guys seen the girls"

"umm I think they're at the rooftop of the art building" said namjoon and I thanked him and walked away without saying anything else. I got there and for sure there they were. I walked over to where they were at without making a sound. As I was getting closer to them, Cl turned around and greeted me with a smile. I looked at her and smiled back. Cl and the girls have been with me this whole time. The week that I missed they would go visit me and bring me food. I was really thankful for all of that and I told them every time they went over. I wanted to get things of my mind and so I asked the girls if they wanted to do something after school. They agreed and we decided to hang out at the mall. The bell rung soon after that and we all walked to class together, well not really because I had a different class from them. As I was making my way to class I felt a tap on my shoulder, I turned to see who it was and it was no other then Yongguk.
"hi eunbin"

"hi"

"I heaard about your grandparents....I'm so sorry"

"why didn't you go see me?"

"I was out...my parents took us to the states for something very important"

"ohh" I kept on walking until I got to my class. I was still a little bit off because I really wasn't paying much attention in class. Every once in awhile Youngjae had to wave his hand to get me to focus. I really don't know why I came, officer chanyeol had already talked with the principale and all my teachers and he said that I could take two weeks off. I wanted to stay home but I was feeling as if I was being somewhat mean to all my friends. The day seemed to go by so slow and I just wanted to get out of there. It was the last class of the day and I had it with jin and leo, we had english class. Class was going fine and I was wide awake and paying attention to what the teacher was saying. I looked up and then just suddenly I felt sleepy. I looked over at leo but he looked blurry. I tried my hardest to stay awake but I guess I failed.
(Dream)
I was in a red evening gown and my hair was up, I was in an unknown room. I make my way to the door and open it only to realize that I was in a mansion that I've never seen before. Something seemed to be pulling me out of the room and into what seemed to a library. For some reason I walked in further, it was really dark inside but I kept on to walking. My vesion then became clear as if I had night vesion or something. I looked around the room and I noticed my parents and grandparents standing together. I made my way towards them but all of a sudden a black figure come out from behind them and I stop in my tracks. I could feel my tears start running down my face when papa baekhyun speaks.
"don't cry baby girl....everything is fine"

"ani papa, I miss all of you"

"Please don't forget about the box"

"I won't...I promise"

"we love you eunbin" that was the last thing they said all together. The figure raised its hand and made it go through all of them and then they were gone. Now it was just me and the figure and what he said next confussed me.
"you'll remember soon and things will make scences...eunbin I'll see you soon" that figure then dissappered and I was left dumbfounded.

(end of dream)

I woke up and I noticed that leo was looking at me all confuessed. I looked up and the teacher had noticed and called me outside the classroom. I got up from my chair and made my way outside the classroom and I waited there until the teacher walked out. She told me that I was off the hook today because she knew what I was going through. I told her that it wouldn't happen again and I bowed in apology to her and then we both made our way back inside that classroom. I took my seat and then jin asked if I was okay, I told him that everything was fine. After that I couldn't stop thinking about the box that papa Baekhyun was talking about. The bell rung and it was time to go home, I remembered that I had told officer chanyeol that I was going to be out late. I went to the main gate and there the girls were waiting for me.
"cl is it okay if we leave this for another time?"

"umm sure but why all of a sudden a change of plans?"

"umm I have to go do something very important"

"ohh okay, see you tomorrow then"

"sure...take care" I had decided to go to my house without officer chanyeol finding out. My house wasn't that far so I walked over there without anyone knowing. I was soon there and I noticed that the yellow police tape was still there. I lefted it up a little and then I made my way inside the house. Before I went to the basement, I went to my room and grabbed some stuff. I made my way downstairs and then I went to the livingroom and sat where I had found my grandparents. I started crying once a flashmob of memories ran though my mind. I stayed like that for a good while and then I got up to go to the basement. I got to the door to the basement and I tried to turn on the lights but it just wouldn't turn on. I got my phone out and used the flash light that I had. I was kinda scared because it was to dark down there. I finally made it down the stairs and started looking around for the box. I looked around and I finally found it next to some of my old stuff. I put my phone down and I just examined the box. As I was looking at the box I heard as if someone was walking right behind me. I looked back and there was no one there, I picked up my phone to light the way as to were the footsteps came from but suddenly the flashlight stopped working. I looked up and I saw a pair of eyes looking at me. For some reason I wasn't scared, it wasn't the figure from last time because this one had two different colors in it's eyes. It was strange becasue half was orange and the other half was red.
"hi eunbin...nice to see you again"

"do I know you?"

"you could say that....are you not scared of me?"

"you know for some reason I'm just not scared"

"that's good to know"

"who are you?"

"you'll find out soon" and just like that he was gone and the flashlight to my phone was working again. I grabbed the box and made my way upstairs. I opened the door and I got scared right away. Officer chanyeol was standing there with his arms crossed. I yelled and I almost fell backwards but he grabbed me before I did. I looked at him and then just smiled.
"what did I tell you?"

"mianhae I won't do it again...how did you know I was here?"

"I called your friends and they said that you told them that you had something to do.....I remember that you asked to come here and well here I am and so are you"

"I'm really sorry" I told him that papa baekhyun had told me about the box and that I have been having some kind of nightmare with it as well. He looked at me and just smiled. He told me that if I wanted to I could go get some stuff. I looked at him and I did go but I went into my grandparents room. I looked around and I grabbed a few photos of us together and some of mama taeyeon things that she said I could have when she wasn't here anymore. I finish and I made my way downstairs. Officer chanyeol took my box and loaded it onto the car and we drove back to his apartment. When we got there I grabbed my box and headed inside and without saying anything I went to my room. I left the box on my bedside and I went to get ready for bed.
