Suho's P.O.V
It's been a week since Baekhyun told us all about the plan that he came up with. Everything was in place now, Sunny is back, Taeyeon is out of the hospital but Baekhyun still has to stay in there for 3 more days. We're planning to do it tonight, to meet Sunny's uncle without them knowing. Right now, we were in Baekhyun's hospital room going through everything since we have about 2 hours left and then we have to leave.
"Hey, do the girls over there know the plan?" Chanyeol pointed out.
"Oh yeah...." Baekhyun trailed off.
"You didn't tell them yet?" Kai asked.
"No, I kind of forgot about them," Baekhyun replied.
"I can call them right now if you want," I suggested.
"Okay, put them on speakerphone," Xiumin said. He looked sad, I mean, we haven't heard from the girls in about a week and with all of the planning, they didn't slip into our minds.
"Hello?" Amber picked up.
"Where are you?" I asked.
"I'm in Luna's room. Jessica is out on a stroll with Victoria and Krystal is at home, most likely sleeping," she replied.
"How is Luna?" Xiumin asked in a sad tone.
"The doctor said that she's showing signs of waking up in the next few days. By the way, who is there with you?"
"Sorry, I forgot to mention it. The rest of the guys are here and you're on speakerphone," I answered.
"Good to know. So, why did you call?" she questioned.
"We're planning to take them down, tonight," I answered.
"WHAT? How? Do you need any help? Who else knows about this?" Amber sounded like she was freaking out but also excited at the same time.
"We have it all planned out, you don't need to worry. Just tell the others, but I already told Jessica," I heard Xiumin say.
"You told Jessica? When?" I asked him.
"When we began planning. She also sent me some evidence to help us out," Xiumin replied.
"Ohh...Anyways Amber, we just wanted to give you guys a head up over there," I ended.
"Thanks, I'll tell the others and also ask Jessica what you are planning to do IN DETAIL," she emphasized. After that, I heard her hang up.
"So, what evidence did Jessica give to us?" we all asked Xiumin at once.
"Victoria's and Luna's medical record, at least from the accident."
"Why?" I asked, knowing that I might not like the outcome.
"They had the doctors feed everyone false information but thankfully Jessica had some connections and was able to find out the truth," Xiumin answered, still avoiding our glazes.
"What 'false information'?" Baekhyun spoke up.
"Well, Luna wasn't originally in a coma or anywhere near but they had the doctors drug her or something..." he trailed off.
"Really?" D.O. said in shock.
"That's not the end of it, there's something else that the girls have been keeping from us. Especially Suho," Xiumin stated.
"Is it related to Victoria?" I asked.
"Yes. The doctors told everyone that Victoria forgot her memories on certain topics. I think that she knew and was playing along but everyone was really convinced. The medical examination said that her memories were perfectly fine though," Xiumin answered.
"What information did the girls thought Victoria forgot about?" I heard Chanyeol asked.
"Well, all the bad stuff about SM. And also her relationship with Suho."
"What, she acted like she thought that we were just friends?" I double checked.
"Yes, at least Krystal and Amber thought so. I think that they still don't know the truth yet." I heard Xiumin lower his voice.
"I see. By the way, I've been meaning to ask you about Krystal." I changed the subject.
"About that....." Kai said nervously.
"Let's talk in the hallway," Xiumin suggested so that the other members won't find out about SM's lie regarding Kaistal. Kai, Xiumin, and I left the room to let the other members finish discussing about the plan. Once we were in the hallways where no one can hear, we sat down.
1 WEEK LATER
In China
Krystal's P.O.V
I woke up to my phone ringing.
"Hello?" I answered, still half asleep.
"Hey, what are you doing?" I heard the voice on the other line ask me.
"Excuse me, but, who are you?" I asked since I was too lazy to check who it was before I picked my phone up.
"You really can't tell who it is?" I heard the person ask me in an annoyed tone.
"Just tell me!" I shouted. "Listen, I just woke up so I'm not in a good mood right now. If you would be helpful and say who you are-" I continued but was interrupted when Amber opened the door so I just hung up.
"Hurry and get ready, we have to leave in 45 minutes," she said.
"Okay. But even if we're late, they would still wait for us," I pointed out.
"True," she said before closing the door to let me go and get ready. It was 9:15 right now and today is the day. We're going back to Korea. I mean, Luna woke up 4 days ago and misses home so we decided to arrange the trip with our new managers. Actually, they aren't new. We have known our current managers for a long time since they were our managers back then when you-know-who didn't take over but we were later assigned new managers after they came. I wasn't sure what the boys did last week but they pulled it off, they restored our freedom. In fact, today we'll be returning with Tao. I heard that Kris and Luhan are going to visit soon since their schedules are packed this week. We'll also be going on a private jet since Victoria and Luna are still injured.
Once we got on the jet, Luna sat down with Tao to her side and Victoria was with Amber since Jessica was also coming back with us.
"Unnie?" I asked once we got situated.
"Yes?" she said in reply.
"When we get back, I need to tell you something." I stated while trying to avoid her eyes.
"Have you told anyone else about what you're going to fess up to me later?" she asked, half jokingly and half seriously.
"No. I actually was going to tell Taeyeon first since you were in China on that day but I never got a chance to. To be honest, I feel like you should be the first one to hear this," I say.
"Then why were you about to tell Taeyeon?" she questioned.
"I wanted to see how she would react to get a sense of how you would take it," I answered her.
"I see. You can tell me first thing when we get back," she said as she closed her eyes for a quick nap. I couldn't sleep at all during the who-knows-how-long flight back to Seoul.
After we arrived, all 6 of us were in the van which was starting to move
"Where are we going?" I heard Tao ask.
"To EXO's dorm!" I heard Amber answer enthusiastically.
"Why EXO's?" I heard Victoria mumbled. I know that Jessica told her everything about what happened last week, which she didn't tell to the rest of us.
"There's going to be a few adjustments made in our dorm so we can't come back until tomorrow," Amber stated.
"I'll be staying there with you guys since reportedly, TaeTiSeo is also going to be staying over so it'll be lonely back at our dorm," Jessica said.
"So like a sleepover, with disregard of gender. Nice!" I heard Tao say which earned him a slap on the back of the head from Luna and Victoria. Later on, without knowing it, I dozed off.
"We're here," I heard Amber shake me. I opened my eyes to notice that everyone was out of the van so I immediately rushed out causing me to bang my head on the roof since I always overestimate the height of the van.
"Ouch!" I yelped and saw Amber staring at my clumsiness. She quickly helped me into the dorm so that I could quickly get ice to put on it.
Once we were in the dorm, I saw everyone gathered in the living room but hurried up into the kitchen to get my ice. When I got to the kitchen, I saw Kai standing there with a glass of water in his right hand and an unamused look on his face. 'Crap! What's up with him....' I thought since I knew what that look meant.
"Hi..." I said awkwardly. I noticed that he then took a slow sip of water and was still staring at me so I decided to walked closer to him.
"So how ha-" I continued but he cut me off. "Excuse me, but, who are you?" I heard him ask.
I looked at him with a confused expression on my face. 'Uh-oh! I'm screwed' I thought, finally realizing what was happening.
"I'm sorry!" I quickly say after examining the situation that I was in.
"Why are you saying 'sorry' when I still don't know who you are?" he fired back.
"You should know better!" I started to scold him and then moved my eyes toward the floor. "I mean, you know how I'm like when I just wake up or am disturbed during sleep especially these few weeks after what happened and-" I took a halt from my rant to take a deep breath but before I could continue, I felt my chin getting lifted up and something pressing onto my lips. I felt a shock run through me as I closed my eyes. After a few seconds, I pulled back and hit his chest playfully.
"That was a nice way to say shut up," I said as I felt him pull me into a hug.
"Welcome back," he said as he sat his glass of water down on the counter. Remembering what I came here for, I made my way past him and went to the cabinet that the plastic bags were in from the last time that I had to use them and pulled one out.
"What are you doing?" I heard him ask from behind me.
"I need ice," I said.
"I'll get it for you," I heard him state before grabbing the bag out of my grasp and starting to grab some ice from the freezer. "Here you go," he handed it to me after he got enough ice.
Not knowing how much time I wasted talking to him, I immediately place the ice bag onto my forehead. I can never afford a bump on my head.
"What happened this time?" he asked, giving me his full attention.
"I just bumped my head onto the roof of the van," I said in embarrassment.
"Again? How many times have this happened before? There was that time when-"
"Stop! I don't need to hear all of this. You already lectured me on my clumsiness multiple times so let's just let it go," I interrupted.
"But this was going to be my first time as your boyfriend and not as a normal friend," he stated.
"Hey! What's taking you so long to-ohh!" I heard Amber say as she walked into the kitchen and saw Kai.
"I'm sorry, I'll go out now," she said.
"I'll come with you." I quickly trailed behind her and out into the living room. I saw an empty spot next to Jessica so I went over there and sat down.
"Really?" she pointed at the ice.
"Yeah~~" I said through giggles. I felt someone sit down next to me and knew that it was Kai immediately from his scent so I didn't bother turning around to see who it was.
"About earlier, what you wanted to say to me..." Jessica trailed off.
"Let's go somewhere private," I suggested as I sat my ice bag down. We ended up being deep into the backyard garden. Before I said anything, I looked around to make sure that no one was nearby.
"Is this bad news?" Jessica asked, looking worried.
"Depends on how you view it..." I trailed off.
"Don't worry, no matter how bad it is, I'll always be by your side." I felt her pull me into a hug after seeing tears starting to form around my eyes.
"I don't know what to do," I admitted.
"Just tell me and we'll figure this out. Together," she said trying to comfort me. I knew that it was time to drop the bomb. So I did.
"I'm sorry that I've been keeping this from you," I said through my tears.
"I'm sorry that you had to deal with it alone. I'm not mad you know?" she said as we pulled each other into a full-on hug.
We both lost track of time, I guess, staying there in an embrace with tears flowing down our cheeks.
"I do have a question," I heard her state after we finally separated.
'I saw this coming' I thought.
