Xiumin’s POV

“Heyyyyy, guys. Wake up!!” I yelled, pulling the curtains open. I threw my pillow on Luhan, while I slightly hesitated before hitting Kris in the head as well.

“Yahhhhh!” Luhan opened his eyes slightly before closing them again and drifting back to sleep.
These guys…

Kris shoots me a glare before getting up to go the the washroom. I chuckled and stared out at the sun shining into the room.

What a great day…

We finally got some days off after our comeback and concerts ended. It was super tiring, but the fans that cheered us on, filled us with renewed energy.

A fansigning in Seoul was going great until a letter was given to Sehun by a fan at the end. We expected a fan’s rant of how they loved our song, which would always lift our spirits up. But when Sehun opened it, he shrieked and immediately dropped it. The letter was written with a dark brown liquid. It was menstrual blood.

Oppas,
Saranghae.

A few days later, at the end of our concert, smeared on the mirrors of our dressing room, in the same horrifying handwriting and liquid:

Oppas,
We will meet soon.

“Hurry up Sehun, Chanyeol!!” Suho called out. I sighed, what is taking them so long as I glanced at my watch? I looked at the other members, noticing Baekhyun fidgeting with his phone.

That’s odd.

“Baekhyun, is something wrong?” I questioned at his odd behavior. Normally he would be talking nonstop with the other members.

“H-hyung, Chanyeol just texted me he left with Kai, but he's with us right now. Did something happen to him? What if he got hurt?” I stared at Baekhyun as he talked without meeting my eyes. I glanced at Kai who was talking happily with D.O. He must really be worried by Chanyeol, because he usually never talks in formal language with me.

I scratched my head. “What if I go check on them?” Baekhyun looked at me gratefully and grinned.

“Thanks hyung.”

I told the other members that I was going to head back into the dorm to check on the two. They all nodded their heads, as Tao tagged along with me because he forgot his phone inside.

“Sehun! Chanyeol! Hurry up!” I yelled as I opened the door to Chanyeol and Baekhyun’s room. Tao immediately screamed at the sight in front of us.

There in the middle of the room was Chanyeol and Sehun. Chanyeol and Sehun both had their hands and legs tied. Their mouths were gagged and bruises and cuts covered their faces and arms.

A dark figure moved quickly, and without realizing, a blade pierced my stomach. I let out a gasp, Chanyeol and Sehun's eyes widened at my wound. Tao stumbled back as he was hit in the stomach by a fist.

I tried to turn my body around to catch the glimpse of the person’s face, but my legs buckled as I fell on my knees. Blood dripped on the floor. My vision blurred, threatening to turn black.

Red… The last thing I saw was a lock of blood red hair that escaped under her hood as she ran past us.

I later on realized how stupid I was. These seemingly unrelated events were really all connected. All because of the “letter”.

Back then I had no clue that the ones I cared about most, would be torn apart by her.

By a demon.
