Beautiful Equation

Chapter 1

A young man with snowy white hair, stood shirtless in front of four men, each had six golden wings. The young man himself only had two wings and they were as black as night. With his hands bond in front of him the man glared up at the four.

“Ravi you are to be stripped of your wings and sent to Earth.” Said one of the four archangels, Gabriel

Two more angels appeared grabbing ahold of the young man, Ravi, forcing him over a table that was brought out by two more angels. Ravi struggled against the angels with no avail. His hands were forced to the far end of the table.

Ravi looked over to see his best friend, Leo watching. His black hair hanged into his eyes, his white wings pressed against his back.

Two angels started cutting out Ravi’s wings. As Ravi’s blood curling screams filled the room, a small tear fell from Leo. Leo watched as they carried Ravi out to be sent to earth, blood coated his friend’s back.

Leo’s POV

I began to walk out of the court room when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned to see the archangel Raphael.

“Come with me.” He said as he turned to walk into another nearby room.

I followed him in shutting the door behind me.

“Leo, we have your new assignment.” He says handing me a piece of paper with the address and a name. “There is a catch on this one though.” He takes out a new piece of paper and hands it to me. It has the same name and address on it. “That is Ravi’s assignment. Yours twin. Ravi has been put in the same town. Keep him with you. If Ravi succeeds at this assignment, he will be able to come back.”

“And if he doesn’t?” I ask him.

“Then your friend stays on earth.”

I walk out of the door to hurry to my assignment location. But first, find Ravi.

I knock on the door to an apartment in New York. Ravi opened the door. Seeing it was me he left it open before walking back in. I follow him in shutting the door behind me. He sat down on a couch then finally spoke.

“What are you doing down here?” He asks me.

“I got a new assignment.” I tell him. “You should come with me.”

“Will do I have a choice?” He asks me getting off the couch, grabbing his jacket before walking out the door.

“Nope.” I say following him out.

We get to the hospital going straight to the delivery room. Even though Ravi had lost his wings and was sent down here he was still able to be invisible to adults. We walk into the room. Mom screaming out as usual. Dad trying to coach her.

“Ok you’re doing great!” the doctor said. “One more push and she’s out.”

The mom screamed out again and there she was. Gave out a soft cry but other than that silent. This one might actually be easy to handle.

“Ok Mom. This one should be quick. Just push hard.” The doctor says to her.

“Another one?” Ravi asked me. “This is why you brought me here.”

“One more push!” The doctor cried out.

The mom gave one last push and she came out screaming like a banshee. She is not going to be easy.

“Thanks to you, I now have to take care of both of them.” I walk out of the room to go to the nursery window.

“She is still screaming.” Ravi says to me. “You are going to have a lot of fun with her.”

“I thought you would have left by now.” I said to him.

“And miss the show! I don’t think so.” He says laughing.

“A least the other one is quiet.” I look down at her and see she is staring straight at me.
