Better To Stay?!

YEON'S POV.


... I didn't pass ...

I don't even know why it hurts so bad ... Maybe because I kept all of my feelings to myself for such a long time. Suffering and letting situations go by without me saying a word so later it can get worse and now ... it has reached the point where it's so overwhelming I can't even think straight.

My heart and my mind doesn't wanna give up yet, but every part in my body screams for help. To stop. To end this pain. It's like I'm dying from the inside.

... That guy ... gave me just enough courage to turn back. Begging for help. He was so convincing that I didn't even think about it ... What was the point? ... I don't know.

To be honest. I don't want to do anything anymore. Not even breathe ...


I thought to myself lying on the bed after another wave of unstoppable crying. It was so bad that it physically hurt. And now I just don't have the power to move ... at all.


A FEW DAYS LATER


I walked in the entrance.

I wasn't even sure if I should come ,but ... I don't wanna bother Jiwoo any longer.
My mental state is changing so fast that lately I can't act like myself. One minute I'm the happiest person and the other I have a break down.


I walked up to the receptionist ... again.

"Annyonghaseyo! Oh!" she remembered me ... "It's you?! Are you applying again?" she asked surprised.

"Anio, I came here to work." I looked down embarrassed.

"You got in?"

"No, I came here to work ... as a cleaner."


Yeah ... I turned back and begged for somewhat a job. Part time cleaner at BigHit. Once a week ... my job is to clean out the toilets, offices, take out trash and the list goes on.

She gave me the uniform and she showed me around a bit. Then she handed me the equipments. So I can start right away.



"Ewww, shit shit shit *crying and screaming sounds* ... I hate toilets! *sights* Why me?" I've never experienced cleaning toilets before ... in a public toilet at least "Okay! Cheer up Yeon!!!" I jumped up "It's not like you're gonna die! And you get paid $6 dollars hourly! ... Aish, is that even enough? ... Oh!" I reached for my phone "Music! I failed to cheer me up. Now it's your turn."


It was already dark outside, but I still wondered around collecting trash.

"Peww, I'm done for the day." Then as I turned around a stuff approached me. I pulled out the earphones quick ... "Are you Shin Ri Yeon?" I nodded ... "I got a few complaints about the practise rooms being dirty, can you please clean a few before you go?"

... Aish ... Just when I was about to head home. But longer shift, more money!
I nodded.

"This place is so empty. I bet there's nobody in the building since I can go into the practise rooms ..." I thought to myself walking in the hallway towards the rooms "... Well in that case ... *presses play button and starts slightly dancing to music*


I already cleaned most of the rooms.

"One more room to go!" I sing shouted opening the last practice room's door ...
!!!!!!!!! ... I slapped my mouth shut with my hands!!!

"YOU?!" The guy shouted ... with all the others turning their gaze at me!!

"Omo!" ... "No way!" ... "What?"

T-them??? This can't be!!

"What is it?" The guy in the corner on his phone turned around to look at me. Our eyes met for a second ... and with that he turned away.

The others just looked confused ...

"What's wrong?" A guy with blonde hair asked them with a worried expression.

Then ... he turned to me ... I knew him very well. I couldn't forget his face ... I couldn't forget either of them ... then he turned to the blonde haired guy.

"That's Yeon. She was the girl at the airport I talked about."

"No way. She was the girl who came up to me when we ordered food." ... him as well???

I was just standing there awkwardly ...



TAE'S POV.



We were all drained out. I was lying on the floor. My body was so tired. We practised for hours and we were just about to go after a five minute rest when we heard someone shouting from outside!

I sat up.

"YOU!?"

Well, that ended up coming out louder than expected.

The girl I tried to cheer up days ago ... just stepped in our practice room ... WITH CLEANING EQUIPMENTS?!


I got shocked. Twice. First when I saw her and then when I found out the others know her as well!

"So ... why are you here?" I already knew the answer ,but I had to break the silence.

"Erm, well ..." She hold out the mop embarrassed "... To clean ... but I guess I better go." she bowed "Sorry ..." she was about to turn around ...

Suddenly Hoseok stood up and walked up to her pulling her in the room.

"You, just stay. We were about to go anyways." he said with his usual J Hope smile ... he don't usually act like that off camera.

"He's right." Jin said taking our stuff

"Yeah, let's go home for today. I'm so tired." ... even Jimin ...

Nobody else said a word ...


Why are they acting so weird? Is it just me thinking that??


I looked at her while getting up from the floor. She looked so pretty this time ... I mean compared to last time I saw her ... ! ... which reminds me. She was here for an audition and now ... she's a cleaner.

The others all walked out silently ... ! ... but I stopped next to her.

"Hey, if you would come around next time, don't be afraid to come in." I smiled at her trying to show my best side ... although I was really exhausted to keep that up.

She nodded still looking embarrassed "... But I wouldn't bother your practice." Her worried eyes met mine and I froze ... She really is pretty.

"You wouldn't. Don't worry." Hoseok stepped closer




We were walking to our dorms. The others had their own conversations ,but I couldn't stop thinking about her. How did she end up being the cleaner? And how do the others know her??

"Hyung? So how did you met her exactly?" I asked Hoseok

"I told you before. I visited Jiwoo and saw how exhausted she was so I thought I could give that girl a lift instead of her ... It was 15 minutes there anyways ...... but why did you shout when she came in?" His question caught me off guard ... although there wasn't anything weird about it

"Oh, right. I didn't tell you ... " Wait. I can't tell about her audition ... "She passed me by the other day when I bought you sweets."

"You mean the two boxes of peppero?" Jimin glared at me for a while then his expression changed back ... " I ran into her at the reception as well. She was so pale that I had to ask if she's alright ... I also saw the application form. I think she applied for the job that day."

Huh? ... Jin who was talking to Jungkook heard our conversation. He turned around for a second, but said nothing.


"Why did the atmosphere change so suddenly?" Namjoon whined "Well, I guess we're all tired so let's just get ramen when we get back."

"Oh, ramen?" Jungkook got excited at the sound of food

"Don't even mention food! My eyes are already twitching again ..."

I jumped on Jin "Are they really? Let me see! ... WOW! We gotta hurry! It's really BAD!"

"AHAHAHA!" we all laughed ... even Yoongi who's been quiet all along.



I guess she has to answer to my questions herself ...

Please note that the guys were extremely tired so that was the reason they got serious in this part :)
