Love At First Sight (Xiuchen fanfic)

"What?!" Chen's uncle nodded sadly. "Why would his brother beat him up?" Chen asked curiously. His uncle sighed deeply with this.

"It's a long story." His uncle told. Chen nodded at this but was angry at Xiumin's brother. He was about to march over towards them but Chen's uncle stopped him. "Don't, please. We can't do anything he owns this place. If we make a mistake we'll lose this place. So please don't do anything this place means so much to me and...your parents." This made Chen stop what he was going to do and just watched Xiumin getting punched and kicked at like a toy. This made Chen's chest and heart pain for some unknown reason.

"Xiumin was disowned." Chen's uncle suddenly told after a while which made Chen quickly turn his head towards his uncle's direction, shocked making his uncle continue . His uncle sighed once again. "When Xiumin was 16 he was disowned by his parents because he was gay, this made his family hate him and started to call him a 'disgusting creature' who shouldn't even be alive and...he was kicked out. He lived with his friend, Baekhyun who helped him a lot but he needed a job. This was when I needed employees for my cafe and he came with a passion of working here although he was unexperienced. I let him work here anyway and I taught him how to brew coffee and such but then one day when he was working here his brother came in and saw him then started to beat him up. I saw this and went to them asking if everything was alright. When suddenly Xiumin's brother said that he will buy this place. I was shocked at this but I had to obey this. And now, Xiumin's brother comes in sometimes to beat up Xiumin and we can't do anything to stop him since he is the real boss." Chen's uncle finished. Chen didn't know what to say.

Soon Baekhyun came in and saw Xiumin getting beaten up. He quickly ran up towards them before protecting Xiumin with his body. Xiumin's brother was angry at this. "What the hell! Don't block the way, Baekhyun. Let me hit that disgusting creature even more." Xiumin's brother told angrily. Baekhyun tried to calm him down.

"Don't you think it's enough for the day? You'll get exhausted if you use all of your energy on him so why don't I give you a nice cappuccino for free so you could relax then you could leave." Baekhyun told to which Xiumin's brother agreed with.

Once Xiumin's brother was gone everyone could sigh in relief. Baekhyun dragged Xiumin to one of the stools so Xiumin's wounds could be attended. But Baekhyun was having a go on him. "Xiumin why don't you defend for yourself! You realize that I won't always be here for you. What would've happened if I wasn't here then what?" Baekhyun started to lecture but Xiumin ignored this.

"Where's Hwa-Young? Is she okay? You can't let her see me like this." Xiumin worried. Baekhyun sighed at this.

"Don't worry she's with Amber, correct? I'll make sure she doesn't come here. I'll go to her, okay? Then um..." Baekhyun looked around to see if anyone could help Xiumin when he laid his eyes on Chen. "Chen! can you help attend Xiumin's wounds? I need to...see someone." Baekhyun told to which Chen replied with a 'whatever' Baekhyun was grateful at this then ran to Hwa-Young to see if she's okay and to see if she saw Xiumin getting beaten up.

Xiumin was now left with Chen who was now attending to Xiumin's wounds which Xiumin smiled to. "Stop smiling." Chen told while treating a wound on Xiumin's knee. "It's annoying." Chen continued. Xiumin quickly stopped smiling then started to blush.

"I am not smiling." Xiumin muttered.

"Yes you are! I can feel it. Now your blushing! Why are you blushing for?" Chen asked. Xiumin turned his head away.

"I am not blushing." Xiumin argued in a quiet voice. Without them two knowing Chen's uncle was looking at the both of them, smiling.

Sorry that I didn't update for a while but finally I updated after 3 months! (sorry about that) My laptop isn't fixed but it will be soon I have to use the computer for now and I hate the computer since half of the keys don't work. Right now though I am using my dad's old computer but I had to fix it first since the mouse wasn't working but it was worth it for you guys ^_^ Anyway thank you for the patience and the 1, 451 views, 9 subscribers, 14 comments and 6 votes! It means a lot! I will update a lot because after all it is the summer holidays and I have already written a couple of chapters after my laptop broke so I hope you participate for those!
