Winter's Cabin
Summary
Janet and Vernon have been best friends since elementary school. Now freshmen in high school, these two besties embark on a love-filled journey, while on break for the Christmas season. Janet, Vernon, and their friends decide to spend their break in a cabin, up in the mountains. As they settle in their cozy cabin, during the holiday season, Janet and Vernon become inseparable. Driving back to the cabin, after a fun day in town, Janet and Vernon are separated from their friends during a freak snow storm. Stuck in a blizzard Janet and Vernon must stick together and find shelter. Roaming around in the woods, they come across a luxurious, candle-lit cabin, which they discover is abandon. They soon discover why the cabin was abandon. While being hunted, by unknown forces, professions of love are declared.

Characters
Darryl Morris
An African American male who starts dating Katelin Ashley, at the start of their freshman year, in high school. He’s a strict believer in the words of Jesus Christ but is not religious affiliated. Leo Wyatt’s best friend. He joins the group the same time Katelin & Leo does.
Hansol Vernon Chwe
A biracial, good looking boy who’s personality attracts people to him. He plays the respectable bad boy role, which entices Janet Dupree. He comes from a broken home; his father remarries into well off family. His family moved from Los Angeles, California to Phoenix, Arizona, for a fresh start. He is definitely a lady’s man with many secrets, which Janet will soon discover. Has a younger sister, named Sofia Choi Hangyeol.
Janet Dupree (You)
A black-mixed girl who’s very outgoing, confident, and fun to be around. Her personality attracts many different people. She’s quick to make friends. She's pansexual & from the moment she meets Hansol Vernon Chwe, sparks fly. After entering high school, she joined the dance club. She’s definitely one of the dancers of the group. Nikita & her become the best of friends in kindergarten. Jeon is her best male friend, aside from Vernon.
Jeon Jungkook (Jungkook or Kookie)
A Korean host student who came from a poor home, in South Korea. He left Korea for reasons unknown to the group (which he later reveals only to Janet). In Korea, his left behind a Mother, Father, & older brother. He’s definitely a dancer in the group. He joined the school dance club with Janet. Janet enjoys his performances & enthusiasm during his performances. They become intimately close. Been in the clique since the very beginning. Hansol Vernon Chwe’s best friend. Jungkook gets the group into listening to K-Pop.
Katelin Ashley
The corky white girl of the group. She’s always brings a positive atmosphere around the gang & good vibes spread. She spews with sweetness but don’t let her short ball of adorableness fool you, she can get very feisty. She’s a lowkey shit-talker, who instigates fights. The group loves her realness. She joined the clique mid-5th grade year. Leo is her childhood friend.
Leo Wyatt
A typical, southern Korean, bad boy. The Crybaby (a Johnny Depp movie) of the group. He joined the clique around the same time Katelin Ashley & Darryl Morris did. He brings out the freaky side of every situation. His motto: “Dirty-Minded People Make Life Better.” He ties the whole group together. He’s not the type to settle down with one chick but with Nikita, things… changed.
Nikita Holender
A Japanese American who becomes Janet’s best friend. Her funny antics are what made Janet and her so close. She’s pansexual and her attractiveness is a magnate for both boys and girls. She grew up in America & has never been out of the country, let alone Japan. Currently dating Leo Wyatt.
Phoebe Jones
A Black-Hispanic mixed girl who joins the clique in the very first day of high school. The group immediately were attracted to her bubbling personality & cool demeanor. Phoebe is the trouble-maker of the group, with her dare-devil like characteristics. She is involved with a plethora of clubs & organization. She’s also the captain of the school basketball team (which isn’t surprising, combining her athletic skills and great personality).
