The One I Love
Rejected
The bell finally rang. Haeun stood up and looked at her schedule.
Math, room 201.
She sighed.
Where the heck is room 201?
She was debating whether to go left or right. She looked at which classroom she was just in.
Room 504...fifth floor?
She started walking towards the steps. Suho walked towards her and stopped in front of her. Haeun gave Suho an irritated looked.
“Would you like me to show you to your next class?” he asked.
“Nope, I think I can get there myself,” Haeun said.
He held out his hand.
“Here, let me see your schedule. We probably have the same classes together,” he said.
“No,” she said coldly.
“It’s impossible,” Kris said, “she can’t be that smart.”
“Don’t get her hopes up Kris,” Luhan smirked. “Who knows, she might have one more class with us if she even has 10% of our brains.”
Kris chuckled.
Suho and Haeun rolled their eyes.
I want to kill them soooo bad right now.
“Well? Can I take a look at your schedule?” Suho asked again.
EXO were just staring at Suho trying to talk to Haeun. Tao walked up to them.
“Hi!” he waved at Haeun. “I’m Tao,” he smiled.
“And I don’t care,” Haeun said.
She pushed her way through them.
Such annoying idiots! Gosh, they always get in the way.
EXO giggled at Tao. Tao pouted and crossed his arms.
“That noona’s not very nice,” Tao said.
D.O. smiled and patted Tao’s head.
“It’s okay, Panda,” D.O. smiled.
EXO shook their heads at Tao and began walking to their next class. Since Suho’s mom was the President of the school, she made it to be that EXO were in every class together. It’s because they were the smartest ones in the school. They took all of the elite classes. It was impossible to take all of the classes that EXO were taking and get straight A’s, unlike them.
Haeun found her classroom and saw a few girls and guys already sitting in class. She found an empty spot and sat down. She rested her chin on her hands and looked forward. She could hear footsteps of at least twelve people coming towards the classroom.
Dammit. Why do I have to be in the same class as them again, she rolled her eyes.
EXO walked into the classroom and ignored Haeun.
I guess she does have 10% of our brains, Luhan smirked.
He sat down next to her. Haeun shot him a death glare.
“Why the hell are you sitting there?” she said coldly.
“Then would you like me to move and let the lovely Byun Baekhyun sit here?” Luhan said.
Haeun looked at Baekhyun who was standing next to Luhan with a big smile on his face. Haeun rolled her eyes and took in a deep breath and looked at Luhan.
“Don’t you dare move,” she said in a deathly tone, “or your friend will be dead the next you see him.”
“Okay,” Luhan smiled.
His smiled shocked all of the EXO wolves. They were already surprised to see Luhan talking so much today, and now he was smiling. All because of this one girl. Baekhyun smiled seeing his hyung like this.
“It’s okay hyung, I’ll sit beside her,” Baekhyun walked to her side. Haeun shot him a death glare. “O-or over here,” he smiled awkwardly, scared of her. He sat down two desks away from her. Kris sat on the other side of Luhan. Xiumin sat with him. Suho sat behind Haeun with Chanyeol next to him. D.O. sat on the other side of Haeun with Tao beside him. D.O. looked at Haeun and slightly bowed.
“Annyeong, I’m Do Kyung-Soo, but you can call me D.O.,” he smiled politely.
He was shy, but he built up a bunch of courage to talk to her, since it seemed like she was going to become part of EXO’s daily life. Haeun looked at him.
He’s not like the others. I guess I should at least be nice to one of them.
“Hi,” she said coldly and looked away.
D.O. felt rejected and slowly looked away. Haeun mentally rolled her eyes.
How the hell is that being nice, Lee Haeun! she yelled at herself.
Tao patted D.O.’s back.
“It’s okay, at least she said hi to you. She didn’t even say hi to any of us yet,” Tao said.
D.O. smiled brightly and looked at Tao.
“Thanks, Tao.”
