If Dreams Could Tell

Baekhee's POV

I lift my head up from V's shoulder's and tilted my head to the side. That's strange. I couldn't remember anything that happened in my dreams.

Then it hit me.

I didn't dream of anything last night. That hasn't happened in a long time. But at least now I get to sleep in peace without seeing him. I looked at my reflection on the TV. Is that really what I want though?

"What are you thinking about?"

I whipped my head around to see Suga leaning on the door frame.

"Nothing." I murmured.

Suga sighed. "You can't lie to me." He said. "Do you..want to talk about it?"

I was surprised. Suga wasn't usually the one to talk to your problems to.

I looked down.

"Well?" He tapped his foot impatiently.

"I don't know. I don't know if there's a reason to tell you." I said.

"Why?" He raised an brow.

"None of you ever told me about you guys secrets. And I feel like I shouldn't be the only one telling my "secret" and..." I ranted on.

Suga ran his hand through his hair. "Listen. It's not that we don't want to tell you. We're just not ready."

"That's the same thing as not wanting to tell me." I said.

He rolled his eyes. "Whatever." He went over and sat down next to me.

"Now, speak."

"It's nothing much. I just didn't have the dream last night." I said.

"That's all?" He gaped.

I nodded.

"You'll probably dream about it tonight or something." Suga said.


No One's POV

"I know! But.." You trailed off.

He looked at you. "Do you miss him?"

"I don't know. Maybe?" You said.

"You're weird." He snorted. "You already miss him?"

"Thanks a lot."

"Yep." Suga said and stood up. "I wonder why I didn't sleep in my room." He muttered.


No One's POV

The others started to wake up a few minutes later.

"Who's in the bathroom?" J-hope asked.

"V is." Rap Monster said. "Do you need to go?"

"Oh. Nevermind then." He walked away.

'Thats weird.' You thought. J-hope would always barge into the bathroom no matter if anyone's in it. But of course he would only do it if he knows who's in there. Not like he would barge in on purpose if you were in the bathroom. He once stated that it would be faster if he did that. You watched as he sat down next to you.

"Are you okay?" You asked.

He smiled, but you could tell it was fake. "Of course. Why wouldn't I be?"

You leaned in closer to his face making sure that he was actually okay. He turned bright red.

"Are you sure you're okay? Do you have a fever?" You touched his forehead.

"Y-yeah! I am." He moved away.

"I'm done. You can go in now." V walked out. J-hope didn't say anything and walked towards the bathroom. You could feel the tension as they walked past each other.

V plopped down beside you. "What did he talk about?" He asked.

"Nothing. He was acting weird though." You said.

V stared at the door where J-hope was in and back at you and sighed. 'Do I like Baekhee?' He thought again.



Baekhee's POV

"Ugh! I'm so bored." Jungkook whined. I was currently doing homework with Jungkook who couldn't stop constantly whining.

"I'm glad Mrs. Tuan didn't give us paperwork." He said. Seeing that I didn't respond to him, he groaned.

"Can you help me?" Jungkook asked pouting.

I looked at him and signed. "Fine."

"So first you divide this, and then you simplify this, then you multiply this, and then you-Jungkook are you listening?" I looked at his zoned out face.

"H-huh? No, I mean yes!" He quickly said.

"Then how do you solve this problem?" I pointed to the one I just explained.

"Uh you multiply this, and then you make sure you don't simplify this, and then you divide this." He grinned proudly.

I shook my head. "Do whatever you think is correct."

"So it was wrong?" He frowned slightly.

You sighed again, "Listen carefully this time."


V's POV

I didn't do anything wrong. Why is J-hope Hyung mad at me? I hope it isn't because of last night.

Maybe he was jealous that Baekhee was so close to me, but J-hope Hyung isn't that sensitive and I don't want to break this friendship.

Just then, J-hope Hyung walked over.

"I need to talk to you."

J-hope's POV

I spotted V sitting on the couch with an upset face.

"I need to talk to you." I said.

"Oh sure Hyung." He said.

"Can we talk somewhere else more private?" I asked eyeing Rap Monster and Suga sitting on the couch beside him.

V nodded and followed me to the balcony. "What is it, Hyung?"

"Look, I might have been too serious last night. I was to greedy, too selfish. But V, you know I didn't mean it." I said. He didn't say anything. "I'm sorry." I said.

V shook his head. "No it's okay. I was getting too close with Baekhee anyways."

"Be honest V. Do you like her?" I asked.

"Honestly, I don't know." V said and looked inside to where Baekhee and Jungkook were doing homework.

"I have a feeling. That you will eventually, and we would both fight over her. I don't want that to happen. Best friends both falling in love with the same person? That's ridiculous." I said.

V smiled. "Don't worry Hyung. I will make sure that won't happen."

I smiled back feeling uneasy but I brushed it off.

I opened my arms wide. "Friends again? Let's keep this between us."

He grinned. "Yeah."


Baekhee's POV

"Woah! What happened to them?" Jungkook pointed to V and J-hope who were hugging.

Jungkook opened the door to the balcony. "Hey g-" I pulled him back.

"Don't get into their buisness." I scolded.

He pouted.

Jimin ran down the stairs, "Let's hold a barbecue party!"
