The Next Move

It is between me and (Y/N).

We have a long love relationship together.
It is since the primary school when I was in the same class with her. I’ve tried a many ways to get her at that time.

She is the type of girl who choose something very carefully and of course she will be more careful to choose a guy as her partner forever.
She said if she has choose a guy, then she has the truly believe in him and trust him whatever happens.

That’s why she is a hard-type girl.
It has been 15 years as in my count.
I’m not feel bored with her and I hope she feels the same way.
We are having happy time together when we go out for dating. We do whatever like the other couple do when they are together.
We kiss, we hug and we do whatever together.

But….

We never sleep together.
Because I think it is not suitable for us and I feel it is proper to do it after our marriage.
It will be more interesting, I guess.


Days goes by…

This beautiful morning, I take her out from her house. I want to bring her to a cinema. There was a new movie has been released. I wait her in front of her house.
She is walking to me right now. My heart is beating when I see her. She wears a purple long dress below the knee today. She looks beautiful like always.
“Waeyo?? Is my uniform not proper for today dating? If yes, I’m going upstairs and want to change it into jeans. Will it be alright?” she looks at me while showing face that she needs an answer.
“Huh! Hmm… anniyo~ you just look extra beautiful today. Just wear this, okay?”
“Okay. But then, can you please …“ she points at one of her hand. I’m holding her hand. Eh? I don’t notice that. What a sudden response that I’ve made.
“Eh. Mianhae~ I’m too excited maybe. So, can we start our day now?? Come on, let’s go.” I hide my blushed face. It is too shame.

We take our seat at the cinema right by the time we arrived here after bought popcorn and cokes. I have booked the ticket online yesterday because I don’t want to get into the crowd. If I don’t have luck, maybe I can get the tickets at that time.
She looks excited today. I cannot handle myself today as I always want to see her face. She smiles differently today, I think. Or maybe, I’m too overreacting today.
Maybe. It is because I want to do something big today. I’ll confess to her and make another move.

I hope it will happen as I planned.

“Kai-ah. Stop staring at me, please. I’m feeling awkward. You’re not like you used to be.” She push my face so that I can’t stare at her.
“(Y/N)-ah~ just let me do whatever I want please. I feel like I’m in love with you so badly today. I can’t stop staring at you” I remove her hand.
“We meet like everyday. But you look different today.” She sighed.
“Please??”
“Whatever”
She give me the green light. Then, I take her right hand and hold it. She looks afraid. Then she just goes with it.

We watch the movie until it has near to an end.

“(Y/N), I have something to do outside there. Please wait for me here. Ok?!” I go out of the room and wants to get ready on what has been I planned.
She nodded understand.
When the movie end, all people went out from the room. i look her looking for me. She looks worried.

And.

The scene begin.

“Hello, miss. What are doing here? The movie has ended. You have to go out now.” A guy come near to her.
She looks surprised.
“Dae?? Oh, dae. Can I sit here for a few minutes? I have to wait for my boyfriend here. I’m afraid if he’ll look for me here. Can I?” she asks for the permission.
“Hmmm…” he looks at his watch.
“Please??” she ask for sympathy.
“Ok. Okay. But make sure it takes 5 minutes, okay?”
“Dae.”
She looks for me… She looks very worried as I see her action.


And.. another guy come.

“Miss… I have something to you. Someone pass it to me and wants me to pass it to you.” The guy give the small box and a letter. I have prepare for her that gift.
She takes it.
She reads the letter first.

……


‘Dear, (Y/N).
How do you feel right now? I’m sorry for making you waiting for me there. Are you fine with that?
I’m doing this because I want to make the next step. I actually don’t know when is the right time to do this. And I’m doing it today.
I guess we need this step as we have been together for a long time.
I guess you also think the same way.
Maybe, you don’t want to tell me because I know what type of girl you are.
Thank you for always be there for me.
Thank you for being patience with me all the time.
Thank you for loving me.
Thank you for I’m having great time with you all this while.
Thank you my love.
You are my world, my sunshine, my precious and my everything.
So, I’m going to purpose you now.
Will you marry me and become my partner forever?

I can tell she is crying from behind. She fold the letter and immediately look behind.
She accepts me. I’m so glad even though I know that I’ve made her waiting for this for a long time.
She hug me tightly.
“Why are you doing this? It’s a little bit shamed because I cry.” She said.
“I just want to make it special for us”
She continues crying on my shoulder. I can feel how’s she feels.
“I’m sorry, (Y/N). I’m making you waiting for me for a long time. I’m going to marry you now. Will you accept me?” I released her hug and push her head up.
I wipe her tears.
“Yah!! Kai-ah. You, pabo. How can I not accept you.. Yes, I will marry you.”
I feel so much happy at that moment and kiss her forehead.
I move to her cheeks, nose and then our lips meet.
I’m so happy when she return it.

At that moment, only god knows how we feel.
