Beep..beep..beep..beep..
I open my eyes and I glance at the ceiling. I don't feel the pain as much.
"Oh you're awake?" I hear a voice on the side.
I look over to see the same guy that was with kris.
Yeah, barely haha. Who are you by the way? if you don't mind me asking.
"Oh, no I don't mind. I'm Sehun's & Chanyeol's cousin, Tao. Nice to meet you." He pats my shoulder.
Oh! Well I'm pretty sure you know my name already. But do you know how they are?
"They are doing fine, they are kinda mad but I think they'll get over it." He says in a cheerful voice.
I hope they don't stay mad haha, are you here to watch me?
"Well kinda, they told me to stay by you until you get out. Can I ask you a question?" Tao sits back down on the sofa.
Sure! What's the question?
"Why didn't you tell them who did this to you? Kris was going to tell them but you stopped him, why? Tao asked.
Oh, I don't know. I don't remember. While telling him, I get a flashback to jessica's words.
The door opens at that moment.
It's Kris and the medical doctor.
"Just give her a few hours to rest and she'll be okay. How will you be paying sir? " The medical doctor asked kris.
"Here." He says handing him a credit card.
No! It's fine, I can pay for it. I don't want you to pay anything for me, I tell kris.
But he give's me a mean look and still hands the card to the doctor and the doctor swipes the card on his tablet. The doctor hands it back and walks out of the room, leaving Kris, Tao and I . Kris walks over and sits next to Tao, Kris is wearing a classy black suit.
"Where do I know you from?" Kris asked me.
I don't know, I've never seen you until now.
"Isn't this you?" Kris hands me a photo.
It was a picture of me when I was little and another kid.
Yes, but I don't remember this photo being taken. How did you get this?
"I used to live next door to you until you were taken away because of the tragedy that happened." Kris says in a very serious voice.
I think you have the wrong person, I haven't gone through a tragedy, I live with my dad and my mom left when I was young.
"Kim, your parents were murdered when you were little." Kris looks at me confused.
No.. no they weren't.. I live .. wait what?
