First Dinner Together.
[7PM] Max and Dani were already in the shop and ordered their food. While waiting for their food to arrive, they talked about the music video project.
Max (*asks) : so what do you suggest we do first ?
Dani : i have a few things on my mind.
Max (*asks) : what is it ?
Dani : One. you have to schedule dates and put them in time slots to meet with your artists.
Dani : i want to get to know the artists before creating the outfits for them.
Dani : then i can show them the catalog book so i would get an idea.
Max (*asks) : and what is this catalog book like ?
Dani : it’s a huge thick book of outfit ideas.
Dani : it has everything from accessories to shirts, pants, and shoes.
Dani : it’s a massive book of ideas.
Max : okay. (*asks) what’s next ?
Dani : i would need to get the measurements next from everyone.
Dani : i want it to fit their size perfectly.
Max (*asks) : anything else ?
Dani : we need a photographer for the photo teasers for the music video.
Dani : it’s for when you put online.
Dani : if you can’t find a photographer, i have one in mind from our company.
Max : i’ll look for one and i’ll tell you when i can’t get one.
Dani : okay.
Max (*asks) : when do you think we should film the music video ?
Dani : when everything is done and everyone can meet on the same day.
Dani : you know the drill Max. you don’t need me to tell you.
Max (*asks) : what else is needed from you ?
Dani : that’s about it.
Max : Yenny Kim is debuting soon with her full length album.
Dani (*asks) : how soon ?
Max : in a month.
Dani (*asks) : and is she going to take part in the company music video ?
Max : no. she’s working on debuting.
Dani : okay.
Max : so Hannah offered to design Yenny Kim’s clothing for her debut.
Dani (*asks) : is anything done yet ? like the measurements and outfit style that she wants ?
Max : measurements have been taken from Yenny. the style, i don’t know so much.
Dani : you don’t have much time until her debut. designing an outfit takes at least a month.
Dani : and Yenny Kim is debuting in that month. it’s not enough time.
Max : okay. i’ll talk to Hannah about this and we’ll work on it together.
Dani : Okay. just tell me if it doesn’t work out with Hannah and i’ll try to fix it.
Cece came out with Dani and Max’s order. Cece put the plates onto the table and they started to eat.
After 20 minutes of eating dinner, Dani and Max were finished. Max excused himself to the restroom. Dani took this time to pay for their meals. Cece came over to the table with the bill and talked to Dani.
Dani : i’m sorry i didn’t come to lunch today. i was so busy with work at the company.
Dani : it’s the busiest time of the year.
Cece (*smiles & says) : it’s okay Dani. we’re thankful that you’re here now.
Dani : the food was delicious Cece. say thanks to the chef for me.
Cece : i will. i realized that you brought a friend.
Dani : yeah. i started working with him. we have conjoined projects to do.
Cece : he’s good looking and looks rich.
Dani : if you say so.
Dani pays the bill, gives it to Cece, and says…
Dani : here’s the bill and you can keep the change.
Cece (*accepts the bill & says) : you’re so generous.
Dani : it’s for missing lunch today.
Cece : if you say so Dani. thanks.
Dani : take it away before my man friend comes back.
Cece : okay. i’ll wrap up your dessert for you.
Dani : thank you very much.
Cece : i’ll be back.
Cece walked away with the bill leaving Dani sitting there alone. A phone call came to Dani and she picks up her cellphone.
Dani (*answers her cellphone) : hello ?
Dyanna (*asks) : Dani. where are you ? aren’t you coming home for dinner ?
Dani : i’m eating dinner with Max. i’m going to be home in 15 minutes.
Dyanna : please come home soon. i have to get to work and you have to babysit Lia.
Dani : i know. i’ll be home right now, just wait for me.
Dani hung up the phone and Max came out of the restroom back to the table. He notices that something was wrong with Dani and so he asks…
Max (*asks) : is everything okay ?
Dani : it’s just my sister. i have to get home by 8 to babysit Lia so that Dyanna can go to work.
Max : okay. we should get going then.
Cece came back with the packed desserts. She gave it to Dani and Dani took it.
Max (*asks Cece) : can we get the bill ?
Cece : your meals have already been paid for.
Max looked at Dani confusingly and asked her…
Max (*asks Dani) : did you pay for the meals ?
Dani (*guilty says) : yeah.
Dani : we better get going. Lia is waiting at home.
Cece (*asks Dani) : how is Lia doing ?
Dani : she’s good. she began going to babysitter school.
Cece : that’s great. she is so cute, i miss her.
Max : we better go.
Dani (*says to Cece) : thanks Cece for everything.
Cece : no problem.
Max (*says to Cece) : thanks.
Max and Dani left the coffee shop. Cece waved goodbye to them and continued on cleaning the tables.
