Meeting Again.
While Dani was fixing the wedding dress, she needed a little more fabric for the dress because a part of it fell off and needed to be fixed. So Dani excused herself for a while to go to the back to get some fabric. When she was kneeling down back face the door getting the fabric, a male voice asks Dani from behind…
Max (*asks) : excuse me ? are you the designer ? can you help me fix my tuxedo ?
Max : i think something is wrong.
Dani recognizes the voice that its Max, stands up straight, and turns around slowly facing him. Once Max saw Dani, he was in shock that she’s back in New York City.
Dani (*says calmly) : yes, i'm the designer.
Max (*asks) : Dani ?
Dani : Max.
Max (*asks) : your back in New York City ?
Dani : yes.
Max (*asks) : when did you come back ?
Dani : two days ago.
Max : Oh and you're here.
Dani : that's right.
Max (*asks) : i mean, how did you know Lorianne ?
Dani : we talked over the phone. She was the one who found me.
Max : and now you're her designer.
Dani : that's right.
Dani : i better get back to Lorianne’s wedding dress.
Max : once you're finished, can you fix my tuxedo ?
Dani : sure Max.
Max : thanks Dani. it's good to see you again.
Dani : it's good to see you again too.
Dani walked out from the back and stopped half way. She turned around and looked at Max’s back. She knew that Max was going to marry Lorianne and she was happy for him. She was heartbroken that he had already found someone else within the 5 years that she was gone. Then Dani continued to walk back to the front where Lorianne was and continued on working.
Lorianne (*asks) : did you get what you needed from the back ?
Dani (*says as kneeling down working) : yeah.
Dani : i just met your fiancee, Max.
Lorianne : i see that you two met, that's good.
Dani : he seems nice and passionate of marrying you.
Lorianne : yeah.
Lorianne : We’ve know each other for 3 years but i feel like we known each other forever.
Lorianne (*asks) : you get what i mean ?
Dani : i know exactly what you mean.
Lorianne : Max is such a great person. He cares a lot for me.
Dani (*asks) : how did you two meet ?
Lorianne : we met a Joann’s Coffee Shop one morning.
Lorianne : i was having best friend trouble and he was heartbroken that his girlfriend left him.
Dani (*asks) : he had a girlfriend ?
Lorianne : yeah. She actually went to Paris and never contacted him since then.
Lorianne : so he moved on and we started talking for days.
Lorianne : then we began to date each other.
Dani (*asks) : how did he propose to you ?
Lorianne : we went on vacation to LA.
Lorianne : Walked on the Huntington Beach and a nice fancy dinner.
Lorianne : that's when he proposed to me. It was so romantic.
Dani : that is romantic.
Lorianne : my best friend thinks the same thing.
Dani (*asks as working) : best friend ?
Lorianne : yeah. His name is Freddie. He’s a police officer and detective.
Lorianne : we grew up together and became best friends ever since.
Dani (*asks) : and he has no feelings for you ?
Lorianne : not that i know of.
Dani (*asks) : he's okay with you getting married to Max ?
Lorianne : yeah. It's so funny cause Freddie did an entire background check on Max.
Lorianne : and Freddie was okay with it.
Dani (*asks) : will i ever get to meet Freddie ?
Lorianne : he’s going to be at the wedding.
Dani : that's good then.
Lorianne : anyways, i'm so glad your in town Dani.
Dani : yeah, me too. My sister is getting remarried this weekend on Saturday.
Lorianne (*asks) : oh really ??
Dani : yeah. The ceremony starts in the evening.
Lorianne : mines in the morning. I hope you can make it.
Dani : of course i will but i have to leave early because i have to help set up.
Lorianne : that's okay. I'm just glad you could make it half way.
Dani (*smiles & says) : i haven't gone to weddings in a long time.
Lorianne (*asks) : and you like them ?
Dani : i do actually.
Lorianne : you should really design wedding dresses for a living.
Lorianne : your really good at it.
Dani : i was thinking of doing that for a moment but i wasn't sure.
Lorianne : anything is possible if just believe in yourself.
Lorianne : I’ll definitely tell all of my friends about you.
Dani (*smiles & says) : thanks.
