[FRIDAY] Dani woke up that morning ready to start a new day at work. She wore a black and white style shirt, maroon blazer on the outside, black skinny dress pants, black pointed toe high heels, a long staple chain necklace, with her hair tied up in a ponytail. She woke up really early to pick up the fabric at the store she was holding. She took a taxi to the fabric store which was 15 minutes away from the city. Dani walked into the store and asked for help from the saleswomen.

Saleswomen (*asks) : what can i help you with today ?
Dani : i’m here to pick up some fabrics that i put on hold.
Saleswomen (*asks) : when did you purchase them ?
Dani : just last night.
Saleswomen (*asks) : what is the name you put under for hold ?
Dani : Dani Gerni.
Saleswomen : let me go check in the back. Please have a seat.
Dani : thanks.

The saleswomen went to the back in the storage area to get the fabric while Dani sat in the chair waiting and mapping out which fabric goes to which. After a moment, the saleswomen came out of the back with a pile of fabric designs. Dani saw her and stood up to walk straight to her.

Saleswomen : there were 20 different ones that were on hold.
Dani : yes, that’s right.
Saleswomen : i just need you to sign before you leave.
Dani : sure.

Dani signed the paper that the saleswoman gave to her on the counter and left out the store taking a taxi to the H&H manufacturing factory to talk to Peter who is in charge of the factory. She walked into the factory with the fabric looking for Peter. He was walking around checking up on his employees working.

Dani (*calls out his name while spotting him) : Peter.
Peter (*turns around to see Dani & says in excitement) : Dani, my favorite person.
Peter (*asks) : what brings you into the neighborhood ?
Dani : i need to ask you for a favor.
Peter (*asks) : what is it ?
Dani : i was hoping we can talk in your office.
Peter : alright.

Peter walked Dani to his office and they began to talk from there.

Peter (*asks) : so what did you want to talk about ?
Dani : i need your help with making the clothing for the music video for Joyous Entertainment.
Dani : i had already bought the fabric. All i need from you is your abilities in making it with me.
Peter : you know that Hannah has got me to do so many things already.
Peter : we are extremely busy with the Spring Line and fashion show that’s coming up.
Dani : please Peter. You have to help me.
Peter : i can’t put these aside. We are in the middle of working on the projects.
Dani (*asks) : if you can’t do that for me then can i at least use a small space and equipment ?
Peter : that, i can do for you.
Dani : you’re the best !
Peter : i know.

Dani left back to the fashion company to start working on the clothing designs at her desk area. She put in hours of working on one of the outfits and Max called her on her cellphone when she picked up.....

Dani (*answers her cellphone) : hello ?
Max : hey Dani.
Dani : hey.
Max : i had already booked a room here at the company for you.
Dani : okay thanks.
Max : you’ll be in the small meeting room across from my office from 1pm to 6pm.
Dani : that’s great. I can work here at the company half of my day and be there my other half.
Max : yeah. I wanted you to be in both places in a day to work.
Dani : thank you Max.
Max : you’re welcome.
Max (*asks) : so did you buy everything you needed for the designs ?
Dani : yeah. I picked up the fabrics this early morning and now i’m working on the first outfit.
Max : wow, you are truly amazing.
Dani : well, i try not to be but it’s part of my job Max.
Max : i’ll see you in a few hours. I have a meeting to attend.
Dani : okay. Bye Max.
Max : bye.

Dani hung up her cellphone and went back to work. June looked at Dani suspicious to knowing who she just talked to all happily.

June (*asks) : who was that ?
Dani : Max. he’s someone i’m working with for a project.
June : he seems like he’s concerned about you.
Dani : he’s just checking in to see how i’m doing, that’s all. it’s his job to do that.
June : i’m happy that you get to use your designs for the project.
June : you’re finally getting recognized for your work.
Dani : yeah, i’m happy too. I’ve been waiting for this to happen my entire life.
June : and here it happened.
Dani : i hope your not upset that your designs weren’t displayed for the project.
Dani : they were really good and your talented.
June : thanks but i thought yours was better.
Dani : thanks June.

Dani went back to work for the next few hours.
