[MONDAY]

The next morning came. [7AM]. Jennie and Irene were still sleeping. Annie woke up early because she couldn’t sleep. So she got up and gotten ready for her day. Laura already had her eyes open and awake by the time Annie was up. So Laura got up and gotten ready too.

Annie wore a burgundy long sleeve sweater, light blue skinny jeans, burgundy low top converse, a red watch, and her red purse. Laura wore a long sleeve knitted sweater, Christmas printed warm leggings, red scarf, red purse, and brown boots.

After the both of them got ready, they walked out of the room towards the elevator. Annie has forgotten her wallet in the room so she told Laura to head down first and they'll meet in a little bit.

Annie went back to the room to get her wallet and headed down the hallway towards the elevator. The guy who were walking beside of Annie fainted and she helped him as much as she could. She kneeled down and checked his pulse but there was no response from the guy. So Annie pulled out her cellphone to call for an ambulance. After 10 minutes, an ambulance and paramedic crew came to the floor to pick up the guy who fainted. Annie followed him out to the ambulance van and saw him leave to the hospital. Then Annie walked to the coffee shop to find Laura who was waiting for her there. Annie took a seat in front of Laura and they ordered some coffee. As waiting for their coffee to come out, they talked....

Laura (*asks Annie) : what took you so long ?
Annie : a guy collapsed when i was walking to the elevators earlier.
Annie : i tried to save him but nothing worked so i called an ambulance.
Laura (*asks) : is that person going to be okay ?
Annie : with the rescue of an ambulance, he should be fine.
Laura : thats good.
Laura (*asks) : so what are we going to do today ?
Annie : i was thinking that we should have a relaxing day of shopping and such with everyone.
Annie : maybe split up and hang out together.
Laura : sounds like fun.
Laura : and what your going to do is tell Mark how you feel about him.
Annie (*asks) : today ???
Laura : at least try today.
Annie : i tried yesterday.
Laura (*asks) : and what happened ?
Annie : i was interrupted by Jennie.
Laura : she has to not get involved with this.
Annie : she knows about everything. She told me that Mark will never accept me.
Laura : but he did.
Annie : i mean accept me as his girlfriend.
Laura : because you guys are only best friends.
Annie : right.
Laura : well, you can't listen to Jennie. she has no words against you.
Annie : but she's right about everything.
Laura : well dont let her.
Laura : you have to try and tell Mark again. tell him before its too late.
Annie : i know and i just need to find the right time.
Annie : a time where Jennie isnt there or anyone is there.
Laura : Annie, you can’t wait for the right time ever single time.
Laura : as days goes by, your going to forget about it.
Annie : i wont forget about it.
Laura : promise me that you will tell him before we leave to Asia, at least.
Annie : i will.
Laura (*asks) : you promise ?
Annie (*smiles & says) : yes.
Laura : i need to hear you say it.
Annie : i promise.
Annie : these past couple of years, i’ve been wondering about something Laura.
Laura : Oh god.
Annie (*asks) : what ?
Laura : every time you say that you wonder, it always has to do with us.
Laura (*asks) : so what are you wondering ?
Annie : i wondered what it would be like if Mark didn’t leave to Korea.
Laura : then he would’ve stayed and you would tell him your secret already.
Laura : it makes a huge difference, you know that.
Annie : of course i know that. sometimes, i just wonder ‘what if’.
Laura : stop wondering and make it a reality.
Annie : alright, we better get back and wake up everyone.

Annie and Laura walked towards the main reception area. Annie wanted to go visit the guy she admitted to the hospital earlier and she told Laura....

Annie : i’ll meet you up there.
Laura (*asks) : where are you going ?
Annie : im going to see if that guy at the hospital is okay.
Laura : alright. just hurry back.
Annie : i’ll be back in no time.
Laura : alright.

Annie waited until Laura was in the elevator and walked out to take a taxi to the hospital. As soon as she got to the hospital, she ran in the front desk and asked…

Annie : i wanted to visit a patient.
Worker (*asks) : what’s their name ?
Annie : i wish i knew. he just got admitted here.
Annie : i was the person who called for an ambulance earlier.
Worker : he’s in the first room to your right.
Annie : thank you so much.

Annie walked towards the room and went inside. The guy was awake and the nurse gave him some medications using the shots. After a while, the nurse walked out of the room and Annie came closer talking to the guy.

Annie : Hello there.
Nathan (*says in a weak voice) : Hi.
Nathan (*asks) : who are you ?
Annie : my name is Annie Lee. you fainted in the hotel earlier.
Annie : i was the person who called for ambulance for you.
Nathan (*smiles & says) : thank you so much.
Annie (*asks) : are you feeling better ?
Nathan : i hope so.

Annie takes a look at his patient file on the file holder of his bed where his feet was and saw his condition. He looked at her curious to see if she knew anything of being a Doctor.

Nathan (*asks) : are you a Doctor too ?
Annie (*smiles & says) : i’m in my last year of my Doctorate degree so i’m becoming a Doctor.
Nathan (*smiles & asks) : will i be okay ?
Annie : you had food poisoning, that’s why you fainted.
Annie (*asks) : did you eat anything that you were allergic to ?
Nathan : i’m allergic to peanuts.
Annie : that explains why. there were peanuts in your coffee.
Nathan (*asks) : there was ?
Annie : yes, there was.
Annie : you must have had chestnut praline coffee.
Nathan : my friend ordered that for me. i didn’t know what to get.
Annie : your friend should’ve known you better.
Annie : for now, you should stay away from any types of nuts as much as possible.
Nathan : thank you Doctor. (*smiles)
Annie (*smiles & says) : i’m not a Doctor, yet.
Nathan : close enough.
Nathan : i don’t know how to thank you.
Annie : you don’t need to. it’s my job to save lives.
Nathan (*asks) : how about i take you out to dinner ? it’s the least i can do for you.
Annie : a cup of coffee is fine.
Nathan : coffee it is.
Annie : i should get going, my friends are waiting for me back at the hotel.
Nathan : alright. i’ll see you around.
Annie : take care.
