Blanket Kick

So, everything went great. The restaurant was doing well, it became more and more famous, also more busy. Seokjin and Kelly are always arguing which makes me crazy 'cause I always have to yell at them.

I even became friends with Se na which I could never imagine. BTS just released their music video and are having a vacation right now for 3 months. So I got more time to spend with Jungkook, hehe.

''Can you shut up?'' a girl annoyingly said. I think you guys all know. It's my best friend, Kelly. We both laughed at each other. ''I can't wait to spend my vacation with Jungkook!''

''We can go to the beach.. looking at the stars together.. kyaa~~'' I kicked my blankets out of excitement.

''Shut up!'' I heard two voices. I got up and looked at Kelly and Seokjin sitting next to each other looking at me with a judging face.

''Aish.. you guys.'' I lay down again. Seokjin and Kelly gave each other a high five and then left. ''What are you doing here?'' someone else came in.

I turned my head and saw Jungkook laying down next to me. He put his arms around me as I rest my head on his chest. I smiled. ''Can we just stay like this for awhile?''

He kissed my forehead. ''As you want, princess.''

''Please don't call me like that, I can't get used to it.''

''Then what should I call you? Idiot? Elephant?''

I rolled my eyes as he laughed. ''Anyway, did you plan something for tomorrow?'' I smiled.

''Ah, I forgot. I have to shoot a drama tomorrow. I will be late home.''

''Eh? But I thought you had vacation?''

''Tomorrow is my last day, why? Is there something important tomorrow?''

''.. A-Ani.. I just wanted to spend some time with you..'' I looked away.

''MWOH!? He doesn't know!?'' Kelly and Se na yelled.

''Ya! SSHT. Don't yell!'' I quickly looked around and saw Hoseok standing there.

''Ah, Hoseok, you were there?'' I uneasily laughed.

''What's wrong? Who doesn't know? Are you talking about me?'' Hoseok came to sit with us.

''Ani.. Jungkook doesn't even know Seolbi's birthday is tomorrow!'' Kelly said.

''Kelly!''

''You can't be like this Seolbi! You and Jungkook are dating, he is your boyfriend now. He should know it's your birthday!'' she angrily said as Se na agreed with her.

I sighed. ''I know, I know..'' I mumbled.

''He must be really tired because of his busy schedule.'' Hoseok said.

''Ya, that doesn't matter! He could write it down somewhere.'' Se na said.

''Don't worry Seolbi, we will celebrate your birthday!'' Hoseok smiled at me.

''But.. what if Jungkook actually doesn't like you?'' Kelly worriedly looked at me.

I laughed. ''T-That's nonsense.''

''Well, check it.'' Se na gave me a small book.

''What's that?'' Hoseok asked.

''How to know if a guy likes you, you can test it with this book. They will tell you how to know! A friend of mine gave me this.'' Se na said.

''Well.. I don't need it, it's obvious Jungkook likes me, it's not like I will use this book because I'm SO unconfident.'' I laughed.

''So why did you want to hang out suddenly?'' Jungkook asked.

''Oh? I was just bored.'' I laughed. I quickly looked at my book.

Ask a guy if he wants to hang out for awhile. If he accepts it, there is a chance he likes you.

I smiled. Check. Well, it wasn't such a surpris--

''Why don't you just ask Taehyung? I'm actually kinda busy, I still have to learn my script.''
Jungkook let go of my hand.

''E-eh?'' I looked at him in disbelief.

''But I promise I will hang out with you whenever I have time!'' he smiled at me and left.

''I made some cookies!'' I smiled and opened the door of Jungkooks room.

Cook something really bad and let him taste it, if he says it's good and continue eating it, there is a chance he likes you.

''Why did you suddenly make cookies?'' Jungkook laughed.

''Ah.. 'cause.. Hoseok wanted to eat some cookies, so I thought maybe you wanted some..'' I smiled and rubbed my neck.

Jungkook took a cookie and tasted it. ''How does it taste?'' I curiously asked.

His eyes widened. ''What did you put in this? It tastes like vinegar.'' he quickly drank some water.

I stared at him. ''You don't like it?''

''Of course not, it's gross. You're usually good at cooking though.'' he continued learning his script.

AISH. THIS GUY. When I walked out of his room Jimin walked towards me. ''Ooh~~ cookies.'' he put the whole cookie in his mouth. ''Mm, they taste good!'' he smiled and left.

''Jungkook, are you still learning?'' I opened the door.

He looked at me. ''Yeah, why?''

''Uh.. could you help me with something?''

If you ask a guy if he can help you and he says yes, there is a chance he likes you.

''Ah, why don't you ask Seokjin? He just said he was bored.''

I stared at him. ''But I want you to help me.''

''Seolbi-ah, I'm really busy right now.. how about you help me with the script first? Then I can help you.''

''Really?'' I said and sat down next to him.

''Okay, you just have to read this part and I'm going to do this part.''

''Allright.''

When I opened my eyes I saw I was sitting alone in Jungkooks room. Argh.. I helped Jungkook to learn his script till night and then I fell asleep and now he already left for his drama. I should've woke up earlier, AISH.

I walked downstairs and saw the restaurant was full with balloons. My eyes widened. ''What.. happened?''

''Unni!'' Kelly smiled. ''Happy birthday!''

''Happy birthday!'' they all said.

Everyone was here, BTS members, ah, ani.. my brothers-in-laws, Se na, Kelly, father-in-law and mother-in-law. The only only who was missing.. was Jungkook. Andweh! (No) You can't ruin your birthday like that Seolbi.

''Make a wish!'' Namjoon hold the cake in front of me.

I closed my eyes. Please let me see Jungkook today, even if it's just for awhile.. I beg you. I opened my eyes and blew the candles out. Everyone sang happy birthday to me and we danced a little. Even Jungkooks father can dance well, kekeke.

After dinner I took my jacket. I opened the door and almost got a heart attack when I saw Kelly standing there. ''Where are you going?'' Kelly asked. I sighed. ''Ya, you almost gave me a heart attack.''

''No no no, don't avoid the question. Where are you going.'' Seokjin appeared behind Kelly's back. ''You guys do a lot of things together these days, geez. Anyways, I'm going to my mothers funeral.''

''Oh? Do we have to go with you?'' Kelly asked.

''Honestly.. I want to spend some time alone with her.''

''Ah, it's okay. I will come with you next time!'' Kelly smiled. ''Me too!'' Seokjin said. ''Ya! Only I can go with her! I'm her best friend!''

''So what? I'm her brother-in-law!'' Seokjin said.

''See you later guys.'' I smiled and left while they continued bickering.

I sat down and bowed. ''It's been a long time, right?'' I said. ''Ah, I bought you flowers, I don't know if you like flowers.. but.. I really like flowers.'' I put the flowers in front of her photo and saw two rings next to her photo.

I took the paper under those rings and read it.

I took my promise, we would get married right?

I smiled and thought about abunims story. I put the paper under the rings again.

''What's this? You're married? Oi, you're still popular mom.'' I laughed.

''.. A lot of things happened, I wish you could spend it with me. Just.. everything. But sitting here feels like you're beside me.'' I stared at the photo where my mom was smiling.

''You look exactly like me.. I wish I could meet you.'' I started to get tears.

''Aish, i'm getting all emotional here. Maybe I should've called Kelly to come with me.'' I laughed.
Suddenly someone called me. ''Oh, it's Kelly. What a coincidence.''

''Yobos--''

''SEOLBI! Yoongi arranged a little concert for you. BTS is going to sing for you! we will also come, quickly go there I send you a message where it is, pali pali! (hurry, hurry)''

''Eh? Really? Araso, I'm coming.'' I said. She quickly hung up.

I was walking through the streets and stopped for awhile waiting till the stoplight turned green. I looked around. It's exactly the same place as I went to BTS concert.

I finally got in the concert. Wah.. there's really no one here except for me. Doesn't it need a lot of time and money to arrange such a big building?

And why is it so dark in here? Suddenly a spotlight shined on someone with his back towards me. Is that.. He turned around.

''Jungkook!? What're you doing here?'' I said.

He smiled at me and put his finger on his lips. The music started. It was Blanket Kick. I smiled.
At the end of the song he walked towards me. ''Happy birthday.'' he whispered. I smiled untill a blanket suddenly fell over my face.

''Ya! Jungkook!'' I yelled and kicked the blanket away. Instead of Jungkook, Hoseok was standing there with a sign.

''I'm going to throw a Blanket Kick while sleeping.'' I read.

''You're really pretty, pretty, pretty.'' Jimin came with his sign.

''Even when I try to hide my true feelings, I can't.'' Yoongi's sign said.

''I only see you, only you.'' Seokjin yelled.

''Look at my eyes.'' Namjoon's sign said. Namjoon pointed at Jungkook. I turned my head and saw Jungkook standing in front of me.

''Lee Seolbi.'' Jungkook said. I looked at him while he knelt down.

''Do you want to marry me?''
