I love you, when you're in blue
Very first sight
5 Hours Later,
"Ravi is abnormal, Hongbin." Jinyul took the juice glass from Hongbin as they were in Ravi's and Hongbin's shared house.
"I thought you didn't want to talk about him." Hongbin playfully grinned, while sitting on the sofa beside her.
"Well yes. But you know, today's incident..." She shrugged her shoulders.
"Why didn't you go to school today, girl?" Hongbin asked with concern.
"Oh come on." She placed the juice back on table and hung her arms over Hongbin's shoulders. "I wanted to spend this day with you." She smiled and what would he ask for more.
He held her cheek and kissed her over lips. Jinyul smiled after he drew back. Hongbin dragged his hand over her hair. "I want you so much."
She didn't reply, but smirked in response. She knew Hongbin was a really bad boy and he could only want one thing from her right now. But she was wiser than him, more clever and sharp. "Lets have lunch somewhere."
"Don' you always avoid me." He clutched her wrist firmly.
"Hongbin... I am not avoiding it but don't rush things."
"Its been half year."
"So?" She shrugged her shoulders.
Hongbin grabbed her arms and gave a very indifferent look.
"Hongbin... you're cell's ringing." Jinyul pointed at his pocket and he noticed the ring tone belonged to his cell phone. It was Ravi.
"Hongbin... did the thesis go well?" Ravi was on the call now.
"You doubt my abilities? By the way, I am busy."
"Hongbin come to the hospital. Cops are here as well. Until the girl wakes up, we're staying here. Come here or else they'll lock us up. I am really tensed."
"Shit! Ok, I am coming, right away." Hongbin hung up.
"Jinyul darling, I have to go."
"Didn't you want me?" She murmured.
He smirked. "I do. But if you want me, let me leave right now."
"But where to?"
"Hospital."
"I'll come too."
"It will be police there. Its better you---"
"Hongbin, I better leave. And next time, you'll drive the car." Jinyul sneered and tred angrily out of the house.
Leaving the taxi, Hongbin reached the hospital and was greeted with cops who did a full investigation about the accident. Then Hongbin went to his scared friend who was biting on his nails.
Hongbin hit his hand harshly. "How will we escape this situation?"
"Until the girl wakes up, and doesn't files complaint against us... we'll be fine." Ravi huffed and saw Hongbin biting on his nails. "Stop it Hongbin."
"What if she does complaint against us?"
"I don't know but it was seriously her fault, I mean she was so frightened she couldn't cross the road." Ravi murmured to dust the burden off his shoulders.
"What time is it now?"
"4:20."
"Ok... did her parents come?" Hongbin inquired.
"They can't contact them... besides she looks foreign to them."
"Oh... did you see her?"
"Nope... I was so worried, I couldn't even focus on her looks. But they say if she is a tourist, we're gonna pay for it harder way. I am really worried. Jaeri haven't even told me her feelings."
"You're worried about your crush at this critical point?" Hongbin hit his head.
Ravi replied with a flick on his forehead. "I am not in the mood to fight with you." Ravi sat on the hospital bench.
"Ravi..." Hongbin sat with him. "We'll be ok... right?"
The doctor came out of the room. "Did any of her relative arrive?"
"Not yet." The cop replied.
"Tell us her condition." Ravi asked with a frown.
"She had minor injuries over her forehead, but her left arm is fractured."
Hongbin ran his fingers through his hair and huffed in the air loudly.
"Shit!" Ravi murmured under his breath.
"Can we see her doc?" The cop asked and the doctor nodded. The next moment, he vanished in the room leaving two anxious boys outside. Now both of them begin biting their nails and wandering in opposite directions in the hospital corridor.
"How long will we spend in the lock up?" Ravi muttered to himself.
"I had so many plans for today!!!" Hongbin punched the wall and another cop dashed towards him.
"This is a hospital alright!"
"Yeah, sorry." Hongbin raised his hands and then placed them in his pockets. Then took them out again and started biting nails.
After 15 minutes of extreme suspense, the cop make out of the room. "You boys..." He notioned to them and they rushed to him like desperate little kittens. "She didn't complaint, but you guys still have to pay challan, for driving recklessly."
"No problem." Ravi happily agreed.
"See you tomorrow then, this time, both of you arrive on time." The cop guided.
"Yes sir, don't you worry about it." Hongbin nodded along with Ravi.
"Next time, drive carefully." All the cops left the hospital.
"Ahhhh!!!! Ravi-ah!"
"Hongbin-ah!"
Both hugged each other tightly while hopping in the air.
"We are finally free." Hongbin yelled.
"Hongbin, we're in hospital. But.. I think we should personally apologize to her."
"Uh! Ok." Hongbin supported his decision this and both the boys entered the room after Doctor's concern. The girl had her eyes closed as she was lying on the hospital bed. Her arm had been casted with plaster and her forehead was bandaged.
"She really looks foreigner." Hongbin whispered.
"And innocent." Ravi muttered, while Hongbin elbowed him.
Hongbin leisurely walked towards the bed. "Hello." He spoke in english.
The injured girl opened her eyes slightly and saw two strangers in the room. As she opened her eyes her pupils that were dilated, contracted and Hongbin looked within her eyes. Her eyes had a bluish grey hue.
"Wh-at's your name?" He further asked.
This time Ravi elbowed his friend. "We are not here to ask her name but apologize." He whispered to Hongbin.
"I am Lim. And I want to apologize." She replied in hangul.
"Oh..." Hongbin muttered. "Why do want to say sorry?"
"In fact we were at fau---"
"Yes you were extremely careless." Hongbin muttered, interrupting Ravi. "But its fine."
"I am really sorry..." She tried to lift her head up but due to sharp tinge of pain, it fell on the pillow.
"Are you insane!!" Ravi scolded and went straight to the bed. "We are the careless ones. Its completely our fault, I couldn't stop the car at right time. But you still didn't file complaint against us."
Hongbin stood still while Ravi left no stone unturned to beg for forgiveness. How could Hongbin not know this rural girl who had been a constant topic of discussion for his beloved girlfriend? Hongbin instantly disliked her. He had always loathed these cute, clueless ones. "Idiot!" He murmured under his breath. He hated how Ravi was treating this girl. It was beyond his endurance.
"I hope you won't mind my friend. He's always offensive." Ravi giggled along with a small smile developing on the girl's lips.
"Whose side do you want to take?" Hongbin frowned at Ravi and clenched his teeth.
"So, should we call your parents?" Ravi asked further.
"Umm.... Please call my friend Hyemi."
"Hyemi? Ok. Do you have her number?" Ravi treated her politely.
"Yes... I crammed it." She smiled widely.
"Ok, then lets call her."
"Why wont you call your parents?" Hongbin snapped.
"I don't have parents. I live with my grand parents." Although query was demanded by Hongbin, she answered looking at Ravi. "They are really old. It would be troublesome for them."
"We are really sorry for all this inconvenience." Ravi made another apology while dialing the number, Lim told him. "My cell's not catching signal. I'll be back within a minute." Ravi tred out of the room.
As soon as Ravi left, tired Hongbin fell on the sofa and sighed out loudly. He bent his back and ran his fingers through his disorganized hair and bit his lower lip. How did it end up like this? Their car just hit the girl Jinyul hated to death these days. Plus she was friends with Hyemi who had been Jinyul's life long enemy. ANd here Hongbin was incapable to stop Ravi from helping her further. Hongbin looked up to critically study Lim but to his disbelief the girl was already shyly smiling at him. Hongbin smirked awkwardly at her. This wasn't new to him. Girls, even ladies, would always stare at him in awe. But he had always recoiled from such a scenario and this Lim girl was no different.
"Is there something wrong?" He asked uninterested.
"Hmm? You asked me?" Lim seemed confused.
"Well you were staring at me so... basically it was you I asked to and besides there are no ghosts here."
"OH.... I am sorry. You look like a painting. Your parents must be so beautiful."
She was so honest and wasn't embarrassed at all at her act. "Well actually they are ugly potatos." Hongbin replied indifferently.
"Are you adopted?" Lim asked with her big bulging out eyes.
"No." Hongbin rolled his eyes.
"It looks like you don't like me. I am sorry that you had to stay here because of me but you both can leave now, or just you." Her smile never faded. And her tone got so much enthusiastic that Hongbin cringed inside. No doubt Jinyul hated her guts.
"Yes. You guessed right." Hongbin smirked and stood up walking towards her.
"Hey guys... I've called Hyemi." Ravi barged in.
"Oh... then we must leave." Hongbin presented his idea abruptly.
"I am leaving and you'll stay here until Hyemi comes. I have to change now. You know I am in the hospital since this morning." Ravi smirked.
"If you're leaving, I'll leave too." Hongbin pouted.
"Why are you so persistent?" Ravi frowned at Hongbin and exhaled out loudly before drowning over the couch.
"Please... Hyemi will be here any time, you both can leave. I'll be fine."
"We are responsible for the accident, Lim." Ravi uttered and she sealed her lIps, with a constant smile on her face. Why was she so happy with all those bandages and plaster? She was certainly out of this world.
"Ravi is abnormal, Hongbin." Jinyul took the juice glass from Hongbin as they were in Ravi's and Hongbin's shared house.

Notes
Readers might hate for writing such a negative role for Hongbin but thats what I call character development, and for Lim... she might irritate you now too... but giver her character time too. Both of them will change drastically.
As for in this scene... only Lim introduced herself but none of the boys so she doesnt know their names yet.
