Love Me or Love Me Not

Mark chuckled and looked down at the girl who had her head in his chest sleeping soundly. He thought back to the wedding and smirked. During the you may now kiss the bride part of the wedding he may have kissed her more hotly then she expected because she blushed red as a tomato, and smacked his chest while shyly looking at all the guest cheer them on. They were now taking their honeymoon on Jeju Island with a room that gave them a view of the beautiful beach. Hana opened her eyes, and she smiled at her husband. She still couldn’t believe she was married. She spent so long thinking that she could never fall in love again, but Mark changed her thoughts on love.
“Hey sleepy head. Did you sleep well?” he asked.
“Yup I slept like a baby. I was so comfortable, and warm.” She smiled.
“Well good. Now where’s my morning kiss?” Mark pouted.
Hana tried to kiss his cheek, but Mark moved his head and she landed on his lips.
“Hey you did that on purpose!”
“Why? Does the kiss from the wedding still too much for you?” he chuckled.
Hana blushed from the memory and decided to change the subject. “What do you want for breakfast? We can go out to get pancakes.”
Mark chuckled at her changing the subject. “Pancakes sound good. Come on let’s wash up.”
Mark gave her the bathroom first, then afterwards he washed up then they made their way to go get breakfast.
(Now at Breakfast Place)
“So when were done eating what do you want to do?” he asked.
“Hmm….Let’s go to the beach!”
“Okay well after breakfast we’ll go grab our stuff for the beach then.” He smiled.
Mark couldn’t believe how much he fell in love with her. She just made him so happy and smile all the time.
Once they got home they packed up their stuff for the beach. Mark frowned when he saw her pack a bikini.
“Umm… Hana you wanna bring one of my t-shirts to wear at the beach?”
“Huh? Why? I have a bikini.”
“I just don’t want you to get too cold that’s all.” Mark looked away from her face so she couldn’t see his face expression.
Hana cocked her head to the side confused. “Mark you okay? What’s wrong?”
“No-Nothing I just want to make sure you won’t be too cold.” Mark stammered.
“Oh Okay I’ll be fine if I’m cold I’ll just wrap myself in a towel, and I have you to hold me too right? Hana smiled.
“Of course only I can hold you and make you warm.” He walked up to her and back hugged her holding her really tight.
Hana giggled, and held his hands that were around her waist. “Come on let’s go to the beach!”
Mark grinned grabbing their stuff to put into the car, and he secretly put one of his t-shirts in the bag just in case he felt she might need it.
They arrived at the beach and Mark kept scowling at all the guys checking out his wife. She was his only his!
“Mark did you hear me? I said this spot was good to set up our stuff.”
“Huh? O-Oh yea Sorry my mind was somewhere else.’’
“Are you sure you’re okay?”
“Listen Hana are you sure you don’t want my t-shirt?”
“Mark okay tell me what is bothering you. Just tell me because it seems like something is on your mind.”
“Well it’s just that umm…all the guys here keep looking at you and it’s annoying and I’m trying so hard not to poke out all their eyes.” Mark looked away after telling her what was wrong.
Hana grinned. “Mark you don’t have to be jealous. I only love you, and no one else.”
“Hey I’m not jealous I just think it’s rude to stare at someone’s wife that’s all.”
Hana sighed. “Okay if it will make you feel better I’ll put on the t-shirt.”
Mark grinned. “Thanks babe. I appreciate it.” Mark kissed her cheek and went to grab the t-shirt from his bag. When he looked up he noticed someone glaring at him. He couldn’t help, but wonder what their problem was. He walked up to Hana and told her to raise her arms while he put the shirt on for her.
“Okay so do you wanna go swimming now?” Hana asked.
“Yeah babe let’s go!” Mark grabbed her hand and they ran while giggling to the water. “Hana look over there!”
“Huh? Why?” Right when she looked water splashed her in the face.
“Ya! You did that on purpose!” Hana splashed him back. Then suddenly he started walking closer.
“Mark what are you doing?” She started trying to back away from him.
Mark started chasing her in the water, and she ran screaming and laughing. He finally grabbed her and kissed her lips. She always gets butterflies whenever his sweet pink lips connect with hers. After playing in the water for a while Hana decided to get something to drink. When she got to the bar on the beach she froze. She saw someone she thought she would never have to see. She ran away before he could see her.
“Mark I think we should go.”
“What what’s wrong?”
“I’ll explain when we get to our room.”
After they finished packing up their stuff, and having a quiet awkward car ride they finally made it to their room.
Hana paced back and forth nervous about telling mark what she saw.
“Hana you’re making me worried what’s wrong?” Mark asked.
“Mark I don’t how to say this, but I saw him.”
Mark cocked his head to the side and frowned. “Saw who?”
“My ex-boyfriend Daehyun. I don’t what he’s doing here, but I saw him at the bar and ran before he could see me. You don’t think he is following me do you? Could it be an accident that he is here too?”
“Well now that you mention it I did see some guy glaring at me when I went to grab my t-shirt.”
“Oh god Mark I’m so sorry I hope this won’t ruin the trip. I’m so sorry.”
Mark felt bad his wife looked near tears, and he hated to see her sad or worried. Mark walked over to her and wiped the tears on her face. “Hey, hey don’t be sorry. This won’t ruin the trip because no matter what you’re still married to me and you’re my wife, and nothing can change that. So no more crying okay?”
Hana smiled and thanked her lucky stars that she had such a caring, sweet husband. “Okay.”
Mark held his wife in his arms, and decided that he was determined to protect her because she was his and only his forever.
