Class President

I am sitting alone in the class room, it is still early in the morning. There are only a few kids walking around the school campus. I quietly sit by the window listening to music. It has been a month since we started school and I haven't made any friends. I open the window to let in some fresh air. I look outside as more students starts rushing to get to class. A certain person caught my attention. It was our class president, Suho, class 2 year 3. He always come exactly at 7:30. I may sound like a stalker but every morning I would watch him come to school at the same time everyday. It became a habit of mine to wake early to jut watch him, I even know his scheduled. I went back and sat in my seat. I laid my head down and closed my eyes. I could sense that my desk mate had arrived, I could feel him sitting down.

One thing about my desk mate, his name is Baekhyun and he is such a chatter box. He starts to poke my arm. I lift up my head and glare at him. Baekhyun pretended that he didn't do anything. I got up to go use the bathroom before class starts. I look at myself in the mirror, today I look paler than usual. I was walking back to class and tripped, I scraped my knees. Ugh, this is embarrassing. A hand reached out to me. I looked up to see who it was. This is was my first time, person to person with out class president. He gesture me to take his hand and I did so. He helped me get up and took me to the nurse office.

After applying some ointment and bandages we walked back to class together. It was awkward and quiet. We did not exchange any words at all. I went and sat at my seat as class began.It is now lunch time, I walk alone to get my lunch. After eating alone I went to my little secret hideout where I would sing and dance. With five minutes left I went back to class. I would always look at my feet when I walk because I would trip over my own feet. As I was doing so I bumped into someone. Well it isn't just anyone but Hyuna, the most beautiful girl in our school.I quickly bow and apologize.

As I walk away I could hear her scoff, I am definitely in big trouble. In class while the teacher is lecturing I could already hear whispers circulating about me. I would hear them say that i did not apologize to Hyuna and I did it on purpose. Suddenly my desk mate pass me a paper asking me why did I not apologize. i crumble the paper and threw him. I continue to take notes ignoring all the glares I got. School finally ended I waited for everyone to leave first while I slowly pack my things. At the school gate I see Baekhyun waiting alone, I didn't really care and walked passed him.

"Is your knee okay?" He ask

"It's fine." I reply

"This is the first time you spoke back to me." He smile

"Have a nice day." I bow

I continue walking back home. I decided to stop stop at a coffee shop to some sweets. I waited in line when I got to the cash register it was Suho. I didn't know he works here. He smiles and asked what I want. I quickly order and left back home. My heart is beating faster than usual.The following day I went to school and did my daily routine. I waited for Suho to come to school at exactly 7:30. Right now if 7:20, suddenly Suho pops inside the classroom, ten minutes earlier than other days. Today he is early, I wonder what the occasion is.

"Sooyeon, can you help me carry these to the yearbook room." He ask

"O-oh, S-susure..."I stutter

I carried one box while Suho carried two. I got lost while following him to the room when suddenly the box was lifted away from me, it was Suho. I followed after him into the room. We were both alone in the room. It was my first time coming here so I looked around with my mouth gaped open. He chuckle at my expression, we both look at each other.

"Would you like to join the yearbook club? There are only two person, including me."

"Who is the person?" I ask

"Baekhyun...If you do, come by during lunch time."

We both back to class. I was receiving glares and hurtful comments. Today I forgot to bring my earphones so I had to listen to their whispers. I feel someone plugging an earphone into my ear. I look and it was Baekhyun.

"Why can't I hear anything?" I ask

He ignore my question as he continue to write things down in his notebook. Since it was lunch time, I ate and went to my hideout. I was thinking if I should go to the yearbook room or not. After debating with myself I decide to go. I was searching for the room but I couldn't find it. I stumble upon Baekhyun. Since he was heading to the room he helped me get to the room as I follow behind him.
