Chapter 40: Time Apart
Previously on My Life with Kookie-
"I... have a tour in Japan and America, I wont be able to see you for I have no idea how long." I finally said. Tears filled his eyes.
"Oppa, don't cry please.." I comforted him kissing him passionately on the lips."
~Lily's POV~
I woke up at 5:30 in the morning so I could leave without seeing Kookie crying and begging he wanted me to stay. The sunshine from the curtain woke me up making me cry for a bit. I glanced over my shoulder and looked at Kookie. "Oppa.." I moved his hair out of the way knowing he wouldn't wake up. "I will miss you, I can't bear leaving you but I must even if I hate it. I can't do anything, Just know your in my heart everyday and I will always love you no matter how far we are apart." I said kissing his forehead and packed up my luggage. I wrote a note saying that I was leaving and coming back whenever the tour ended. I signed it, took a picture of me and Kookie before I left but he was sleeping so I was basically kissing his sleeping cheek and taking a selfie on his phone. He can remember me through this. A tear dropped of my face, while I closed the door slowly heading to the airport where everyone was waiting.
-Time skip-
It's been 3 months without seeing him... I miss him. The concerts and fan signing and everything is making me tired. I wish I could just go home and see him. I can't see him because I barely get sleep and it's a different timezone. "Oppppaaaa!! Are you awake?" -1:01 A.M.
-10 minutes go by-
"Jagiyaaa! I miss youuu :c <3 <3." -1:11 A.M
"Nado, Oppa hopefully we will see each other soon. Video call?" -1:12 A.M
"Sure. Hold on." - 1:12 A.M
-Calling Lily-
"Guys Guys!! Come here it's calling." Everyone gathered around me but hid so they would surprise Lily.

"Oppppa~!!!!"
"Surprise!!!" Everyone said getting in the video.
"Hey guysss. How are you?" She yawned and waved.
"What time is it over there?" Jin asked.
"1:15 A.M." She replied.
"Yahh! Get some sleep!" Namjoon shouted.
"Ahh, quiet. My members are sleeping!" She whispered.
"Get some sleep Lily-ah." Jimin said.
"Guys, let me talk to her alone!!!" I said out of jealousy. They smirked and left us alone. "I miss you Oppa! Saraghae <3" She made a heart.
"Nado saraghaeyo." I replied making a heart back.
We had a conversation for about an hour until I told her to get some sleep and she fell asleep and I ended the call. 'It was good seeing her. I just really miss her so much. Why can't she just come back?' I thought picturing her in my mind.
-1/2 a year passes by-
YAY!!! I CAN SEE OPPA TODAY!! I jumped in excitement. We boarded the 14 hour flight back to Korea.
