Who are you?

~That evening~

”How are you feeling?” Cl asked as TOP got into the car.
”I would feel better if you stopped asking me.” TOP said and looked at her.
”Oh sorry, I'm just a little worried.” She said. ”It's my fault you got into this!”
”No it's not you're fault, i could have chosen to turn my back to you.” TOP smiled, he hated this role, he hated smiling, showing emotions.
”Well let's go then, I have a nice place in mind!” CL smiled and drove out onto the road.

~ten minutes later~

”Wow, this looks expensive.” TOP exclaimed and looked up at the sign.
”Well only the best will do!” CL smiled and took TOP's arm before they walked in.
”This looks so nice.” TOP looked around the restaurant.
”Please follow me.” A waitress said and showed them to a table further into the restaurant where they sat down.

”So, what do you want?” CL asked and looked over the menu towards TOP.
”I'll take the Warm lobster in a summer preparation.” TOP said and looked up at the Waitress.
”I'll take the same.” CL smiled and closed the menu.

Minutes later two plates stood before them.
”This looks delicious!” CL smiled as he started eating.
TOP leaned back on his chair and took a sip of the vine they had ordered.
”So Sang-Woo, what do you like?” TOP looked up at the girl.
”Well.. I like to train and work.. I like art and vine... don't think there is much more.” TOP smiled at her, he knew that the bes lie was a bit of the truth.
”Vine?” CL asked surprised.
”Yeah, it's a hobby i got from my father.” TOP answered smiling sadly.
”Oh.. I have something to confess..” CL said and looked down at her food.
”Yeah.” TOP asked but he had a good idea what it was.
”Well because i work as an attorney i have acces to personal files..” CL started.
”And you read mine?” TOP asked.
”Yeah.. i hope that's not wired..” CL smiled a little.
”No, I mean i could be anyone.” TOP smiled.

”Well i happened to see that you're family was dead.. how did they die?” CL asked carefully.
”Boat accident.. I was just 10..” TOP mumbled.
”I'm sorry.. you must miss them much.” CL said sad.
”Well if i'm honest my parent's wasn't the best, they beat me and my sister a lot..” TOP said with a sigh, the best way to win someones trust is to let them in first.
”Oh I'm sorry..” CL said again.
”But i really miss my sister.” TOP took another sipp of his vine.
”Was she older then you?” CL asked and TOP nodded.
”Yeah, six year's older.”
”Did she look like you?” CL asked.
”No, she inherit our mother's look..” TOP said and picked up a photo. He had just found a photo of a girl and printed it to make his story more reliable.
”She's beautiful! What was her name?” CL smiled at the picture.

This is my first crime-ish story so it can be a little slow in the beginning
