Why Is Your Love So Cold?

“You kissed him, while you were asleep?!” She repeats surprised. I quickly cover her mouth,
“Shhh! People might hear you!” I scold her.
“Sorry…”
I explain everything that’s happened up to the point when she arrived. When I finish she takes a sharp breath in. “He kissed you today, to prove a point, then you had a weird daydream…? What is happening to you Rian?” She teases.
“I don’t know, it’s weird,” I mumble.
“You’re finally becoming a human being!” She squeals while holding me in her embrace, bobbing up and down.
“Okay that hurt,” I tease. She just smiles and playfully pushes me.
“Is this the room?” She asks, while pointing. I just nod. We walk in, JB and Jackson were the only ones in the room. JB’s face lights up when he sees her, he walks up to her and gives her a hug. “Here, I brought some food you can share with the members,” She holds out a beautifully decorated carrier bag. “Thanks, Gaeun,” He smiles. Aww they look so cute together. Jackson walks over towards me while those two were talking together. “How did the talk with, Mark go?” He asks, quietly.
“Well, er, he tried to prove a point so…he kissed me…”
“What?!” He shouts. JB, and Gaeun turn to look at us.
“Er, sorry, she was telling me a funny story…” He tries to excuse himself. The both shrug their shoulders and continue their conversation.
“Don’t worry he seemed unaffected by it so it mean nothing right?” I continue. He takes a sharp breath in, “He may seem like he was unaffected, but you can never tell with him. Sometimes he shows what he feels, sometimes he doesn’t,” The words of wisdom by Jackson Wang.
“Oh,” Is the only thing I can say, “I’m not going to let this affect me, I’m just going to get on with my career, and let Mark get on with his. Seriously, so much drama in the first week, of being part of JYP Entertainment,”
“Haha, I know how you feel, this probably isn’t even the worst part of drama you’ll go through,” He states. I just pout, “Nooo,” I say in an overdramatic voice.
He just laughs, at my expression. “That’s cute, but not as cute as this,” He makes a cute face.
“Okay, Okay, you win.” I give in. “By the way, I told Gaeun about this, but I think I need to tell my sister, they will be the only ones that know about this, okay? So don’t tell anyone else.” He just nods.
Yeeun walks in the room with Jr, I run over to her and give her a hug, “I’m sorry for the way I acted earlier, please forgive me,” I say on the verge of tears. Her face softens, then a small smile appears on her lips.
“I forgive you,” She gives me another hug,
“Jr, I’m sorry too, I didn’t mean any of those things I said earlier, I just said those things because I don’t like it when people ask me so much questions,” I sincerely apologise.
“It’s fine,” he just smiles.
“Yeeun, I’m going to go, can you come with me before I leave?” I ask. She just nods and follows me out.
“What is it?” She asks, a little concerned.
I take a deep breath in, “I kissed, (whispers) Mark in my sleep yesterday, but I didn’t know. We had an argument about it earlier and I was in denial. I spoke to Jackson about it, and he said that I should believe him. I thought I should have told you but either Mark was there or it was Jr. Anyway, I went to apologise, and he kissed me again to prove a point, then it got awkward, and then it got even more awkward when we got back and you guys started asking questions. I talked to Gaeun about it and now you,” I blurted out at full speed. (I quickly explain about the daydream I had as well.) Yeeun just looks at me with a bewildered expression on her face.
“Wow that explains everything! Do you like him?” She smirks.
“I don’t know, can we talk about this later, when we’re at home?” I say while looking around.
“Okay, I understand. I’ll see you later,” She gives me a hug. I walk back into the practice room and wave goodbye to the others.
