The next morning came [TUESDAY]. Yoojin came to work early so that she could finish editing the files. When the seven guys came to work, everything was busy. Jinyoung called Yoojin into Mark's office where Jaebum was too. She was so scared of going into the room.

Yoojin : if this is about the files I've been editing, i'm sorry.
Yoojin : i’ll speed up the edit and hand them back to you.
Jaebum (*smiles & says) : it's not about that Yoojin.
Yoojin : oh ? then what is this about ?
Jaebum : we wanted to give you your punishment for what happened the other day.
Yoojin : what is it ?
Jaebum : Our house burned down last night and we've been staying in a hotel.
Mark : we need a place to stay until we find a place to live.
Mark : we need you to take us in your house in the mean time.
Mark : its just for a few months or so.
Yoojin : isn't that what hotels are for ?
Jaebum : hotels cost too much if we stay for a few months.
Yoojin : your rich and you have the money. it shouldn't be a problem for you all.
Mark : you need to do your punishment and this is it.
Mark : whether you like it or not, you have to take us.
Yoojin : we're moving out of the apartment by next week.
Jaebum : next week shouldn't be a problem for us then.
Yoojin : do i have to ?
Mark : its part of your punishment. you do it or your fired from your job.
Yoojin : yes, i understand. i'll give you the address once i get the keys for the house.
Mark : text it to us, alright ?
Yoojin : Yes sir.

After talking with her bosses, Yoojin went back to work. At [5PM], Yoojin and Jia clocked out from work. Yoojin called her neighbor to pick up Mijoo from school and let her stay at their house in the mean time. They went to see the house that was on the market about 5 miles away from the company. They walked around the neighborhood and came across a medium size house with beautiful landscaping at the front. At the front of the house, there was a sign that said “for sale”. Yoojin and Jia walked up to the front door and rang the doorbell. The owner came to the door to open it.

[Yoojin rings the door bell at the front]
[Owner opens the door]
Owner : hello there. (*smiles)
Yoojin : me and my sister here saw were in the neighborhood looking at houses.
Yoojin : and we saw that your house was on sale. we wanted to take a look at it.
Owner (*smiles & says) : sure, come on in.

The owner welcomed Yoojin and Jia inside of the house to talk in the living room.

Owner : you were right on time, i was about to leave after checking in with the house.
Jia : lucky for us. (*smiles)
Yoojin : the house is so beautiful. why are you putting it up for the market ?
Owner : i used to live here when i was younger with my parents.
Owner : after they died from a plane crash 5 years ago, i moved out and lived on my own.
Jia : how long has this house been on the market ?
Owner : for 4 years now. people come in and out just to look at it.
Owner : nobody has really bought it yet.
Yoojin : why is that ?
Owner : because it wasnt fit for them.
Owner : what do you two do for a living ? your jobs.
Jia : im Jia, the older sister and i work in the same department as my sister at a company.
Yoojin : im Yoojin and we work as Editors in an event company.
Owner : so you two will be living together if you buy this house ?
Yoojin : it will just be me and my two daughters.
Jia : i moved into my fiance's apartment. im getting married to him next year.
Owner : congradulations. (*smiles)
Jia : thank you.
Owner : do you have any questions regarding the house ?
Yoojin : how many rooms are there ?
Owner : there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs.
Owner : there's also a big kitchen, storage space, and a spaceous living room.
Owner : a backyard with grass and plants are being planted for years.
Owner : there is also a medium size pool in the backyard.
[Yoojin and Jia looks around while sitting there]
Owner : your wondering how much this house cost right ?
Jia : yes.
Owner : it was originally $10,000 USD dollars but i reduced it to $3,000 USD dollars.
Yoojin : for all of this ?
Owner : yes. i will give you the furniture as well and you can replace them if you want.
Jia : is there a down payment ?
Owner : no. you pay fully all at one time.
Owner : there wont be any other payments involved afterwards.
Yoojin : its sounds like a good deal. is it okay if we look around the house ?
Owner : sure, help yourself.

Yoojin and Jia looked around the house, up and downstairs. They went into room to room to see everything. Then Yoojin and Jia made a decision together to buy the house up front with the owner. The owner gave Yoojin the paper work and signed everything. Jia co-signed the documents for Yoojin. Then the owner handed Yoojin the keys to the house. It was all Yoojin's from that day on. Yoojin was happy to get a house that she always wished she wanted.
