Fast forward to the next morning [MONDAY]. Yoojin and Jia woke up early that morning to make breakfast for everyone. Hana was still asleep in the room. When the clock hit [9:30AM], Jia and Yoojin finished with making American style breakfast which included Pancakes, Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Bread/ Toast, Orange Juice, Apple Juice. As they were setting the table, the guys and Hana came downstairs to eat breakfast together. Afterwards, Jia washed the dishes while Yoojin got ready for the court trial. She went to her room to get the documents and got ready for her day. Then everyone headed out of the house to head over to the court room trial for the final session. Mark drove Yoojin, Jia, Hana, and Jaebum in his car. Jinyoung drove Jackson, Youngjae, Bambam, and Yugyeom in his car as they drove off. A while later, they arrived at their destination and went inside. Yoojin lead the way to the desk where they had to check in. After getting checked in, she saw her mother sitting and waiting for her there. Yoojin then introduced her mother to everyone that came with her.

[Yoojin sees her mother and runs towards her to hug]
[Gyu Sun gives Yoojin a hug back]
[The both of them let go to talk to each other]
Jia (*to Gyu Sun) : its nice to see you again Omma.
[Gyu Sun hugs Jia tightly and lets go]
Yoojin (*says to Gyu Sun) : Omma.
[Gyu Sun looks at Yoojin as she hears her name from Yoojin]
Yoojin : this is the people that is living with me whom i work with too.
Gyu Sun (*to the guys) : its nice to meet you all and thank you for taking care of Yoojin.
[The guys smiled at Gyu Sun]
Yoojin (*introduces Gyu Sun to Hana) : this is Hana.
Yoojin : she has been helping out around the house and the girls too.
Hana (*says to Gyu Sun) : its nice to finally meet you.
Gyu Sun (*smiles & says) : im glad to meet you.

At this time, Yong In walked towards Yoojin with Jen and Yoo Jan by his side. He came towards Yoojin in front the others to talk before going inside.

Yong In : Yoojin.
Yoojin : Yong In Oppa.
Yong In : dont worry about Minah and Mijoo. they are already inside.
Yong In : the workers took them in early this morning.
Yong In : if you dont mind, i brought my brother and Jen with me today.
Yoojin : the guys, Jia, Hana, and my mom came too.
[Yong In nods his head once]
Yong In : have you signed the document ?
Yoojin : you'll find out the results once the session ends.
Yong In : well, we better not wait and go inside.
Yoojin : yes.

[11AM] Yoojin, Jia, Hana, Gyu Sun, Mark, Jaebum, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, Bambam, Yugyeom, Yong In, Yoo Jan, Jen all went inside of the court room to take their seats. Yoojin sat in the front on one side while Yoo Jan sat on the other side. Minah and Mijoo remained their places in front facing the audiences next to the judge. When the judge walked into the room, Yoojin walked up and gave the document to her and went back to her place.

Judge (*to everyone in the room) : All raise.
[Audience stands for 3 seconds]
Judge (*to everyone in the room) : please take your seats.
[Judge looks through the document that Yoojin gave to her]
Judge : Before we start.
Judge : i want both Mr. Byun Yong In and Miss Kim Yoojin to swear to tell the truth.
Judge (*to Yong In) : Mr. Byun Yong In, please repeat after me.
Judge (*to Yong In) : I, Byun Yong In, will tell the truth and speak the truth of what i have.
Judge (*to Yong In) : I must declare my honestly to everyone in the room.
[Yong In repeats what the judge says]
Judge (*to Yoojin) : Miss Kim Yoojin, please repeat after me.
Judge (*to Yoojin) : I, Kim Yoojin, will tell the truth and speak the truth of what i have.
Judge (*to Yoojin) : I must declare my honestly to everyone in the room.
[Yoojin repeats what the judge says]
Judge (*to Yong In & Yoojin) : Please raise one hand up and say "I Swear".
[Both Yong In and Yoojin says at the same time "I Swear"]
Judge : alright. we will start now.
Judge : Mr. Byun Yong In had given Miss Kim Yoojin the divorce document and its signed.
Judge : not yet sealed.
Judge : Mr. Byun Yong In.
Judge : please explain why you decide to give back Minah and Mijoo to Yoojin.
Yong In : Your honor. I know how much Minah and Mijoo misses their mother
Yong In : when they were living with me.
Yong In : i thought about this for a really long time and its time for me to give up now.
Yong In : at this moment, i cant take care of them on my own and i cant raise them right.
Yong In : i didnt want the girls to see me as their useless father.
Yong In : so its better to forgive and forget about me.
Judge : Miss Kim Yoojin. why did you decide to sign the document ?
Yoojin : I signed it because i want my kids back and i want that life i had back.
Yoojin : the girls are everything to me and i think about them first before anything.
Yoojin : when you have kids, you understand how it feels to lose your own child.
Yoojin : i want the girls to still acknowledge that they have a birth father.
Yong In : Your honor.
Judge : please speak.
Yong In : i dont want to be in their lives and just move on with mine like it was.
Judge : Alright.
Judge : the documents have been signed and this is what we are going to do.
Judge : First, there wont be any child support fares between the two people.
Judge : Second. once we seal this, there is no looking back.
Judge : its means that neither of you cant look for each other and ask for debts.
Judge : And lastly. we will acknowledge that this will never happen and
Judge : the girls can go back home to Miss Kim Yoojin.
Judge : this meeting is coming to an end.
Judge : Before you two leave, please stay and seal the document.
Judge (*to everyone) : Meeting Adjourn ! (*hams the wooden gavel loudly)

Everyone stood up to leave out of the court room. Minah and Mijoo followed Gyu Sun and the guys outside of the room. Yoojin and Yong In stayed with Judge to seal the document with their thumb prints. Then they headed outside once being finished with everything. Yoojin came towards Minah and Mijoo to talk to them while Yong In came out to stand next to Yoo Jan and Jen. They were looking at Yoojin and the people around them.

[Yoojin kneels down to Minah and Mijoo and says]
Yoojin : I know that Yong In is not your father is anymore but its good know.
Yoojin : so go and say goodbye to him. okay ?
[Mijoo runs towards Yong In to give him a hug]
[Minah follows Mijoo from behind and hugs him one last time]

Afterwards, Minah and Mijoo came back to Yoojin. Yoojin told Mark to take Gyu Sun, Hana, Minah, Jia, and Mijoo home while she talks to Yong In at a park. The other guys went home as well. And she told Mark to come back to pick her up. Yong In and Yoojin sat at the park on the bench to talk.

Yong In : so this is it.
Yoojin : yes. im sorry for signing the papers.
Yong In : im glad you did.
Yoojin : thank you for taking care of the girls for the month.
Yoojin : i had a lot of time to do work at the office and such.
Yong In : you know.
Yong In : without Mark's advice about the girls, i wouldnt be able to take care of them.
Yong In : so i wanted to thank him for that.
[Yoojin slightly smiles without showing her teeth]
Yong In : Yoojin-ah.
Yoojin (*hums) : hmmm ?
Yong In : Mark is a good person, great actually.
Yong In : you should keep him around longer than you expect.
Yoojin : he helped get me to talk to my mom again. he is such a great person.
Yong In : see what i mean ? he'll always be there for you, i just know it.
Yoojin : thanks.
Yong In : can you tell your mom and Jia that im sorry ?
Yong In : because of my mistake, this happened.
Yong In : I messed up Jia and Yoo Jan's relationship. I deserve to leave forever.
Yoojin : i really wanted them to get married like they planned.
Yoojin : and i was hoping that we would be good brother and sister-in-laws to them.
Yoojin : after all, Yoo Jan Oppa was like our family.
Yong In : if thats the case then we should let them get married.

After a while of silence, Yoojin stood up and said something before leaving him.

Yoojin (*stands up & says) : thank you for everything.
Yong In (*stands up & says) : i guess its time for us to leave now.
Yoojin : Oh.
Yong In : go back safely okay ?

Yoojin nods her head and walks away from Yong In. He stood there looking at the lake and sat back down on the bench. Yoo Jan came towards Yong In to sit and talk to him.

Yoo Jan (*sits on the bench next to Yong In & says) : Hey.
Yong In : Oh, hyung.
Yoo Jan : im really proud of you.
Yong In : isnt that the first ?
Yoo Jan : im always proud of you even though i say im not.
Yoo Jan : but what really made you do that earlier ?
Yong In : i wanted to fix my mistake and leave like nothing happened.
Yoo Jan : well, i can say that you did the right thing.
Yong In : and what about you ?
Yoo Jan : what about me ?
Yong In : you and Jia Noona. are you going to marry her ?
Yoo Jan : we're on a slippery slope right now.
Yong In : what do you plan to do ?
Yoo Jan : sooner or later, im going to get her back and marry her. that is, someday.
Yong In : well, im happy to say that she is my sister-in-law.
Yoo Jan : are you alright with Yoojin being your sister-in-law's sister ?
Yong In : why did you ask me that ?
Yoo Jan : because i wanted to know if it was okay.
Yong In : yeah, im fine with that. i plan to make things right with Jen soon.
Yoo Jan : dont tell me, your going to marry her too.
Yong In (*smiles & says) : maybe.
Yoo Jan : i have somewhere to be, im going to go first.
Yoo Jan : be careful when you stay here by yourself.
Yong In (*smiles & says) : bye hyung.

Yoo Jan had already left. While Yoojin came out of the park, she saw Mark standing leaning against his car waiting for her there. She came towards him and looks at him.

[Yoojin comes towards Mark and smiles]
Mark : how was the talk ?
[Yoojin hugs Mark tightly and he hugs her back and lets go]
Mark : what was that for ?
Yoojin : everything. (*smiles)
[Mark looks confused]
Yoojin : lets go home. (*smiles)

Mark and Yoojin went into the car and drove on home.
