Couple hours later it was [8:30pm], the convention event was over and Yoojin left the venue back to her office. She put away the papers in her office and then headed out to the restaurant that Jia told her to go to. She stood outside of the restaurant building waiting for Jia to come. Yoo Jan were already waiting inside of the restaurant. Then Jia came walking up to Yoojin and they talked a bit before heading inside.

[Jia walks up to Yoojin and starts talking to Yoojin]
Jia (*asks Yoojin) : Yoojin-ah.
Yoojin : you're here.
Jia : Oh. lets go inside. (*walks inside)
Yoojin (*pulls Jia's arm & says) : Unnie.
Jia (*stops & asks) : whats wrong ?
Yoojin : have you ever met Yoo Jan’s brother before ? hows he like ?
Jia : i haven't met him before, its the first time.
Yoojin : what is his name ?
Jia : Byun Yong In.
Yoojin (*shocks & says) : oh my god.
Jia : what ?
Yoojin : it’s the guy that got me pregnant.
Jia : you mean with Minah and Mijoo ?
[Yoojin nods her head terrified]
Jia : thats impossible. it can't be him.
Jia : there are a million of Byun Yong In in this world Yoojin-ah.
Yoojin : it could be him Unnie. Im scared now.
Jia : i'm going to give him a piece of my mind when i see him, you got that ?
Yoojin : Unnie. we cant. it might ruin your relationship with Yoo Jan Oppa.
Yoojin : i have met him at the convention this morning with Mark being there too.
Jia : and what did he do to you ?
Yoojin : Mark doesn’t who he is or what relationship me and him had.
Yoojin : i was so terrified when i met him again.
Jia : well don't let him get to you Yoojin.
Jia : if it really is him, we are going to end this once and for all. lets go in, yeah ?

Yoojin nods her head and the two walked into the restaurant together looking for Yoo Jan. They came over to the table where he was sitting at, greeted each other, and took a seat. Jia and Yoojin sat together their backs against the front while Yoo Jan sat his back to the window. They started to talk about Yoo Jan’s younger brother Yong In.

Yoo Jan : Im glad you two could make it.
Yoo Jan (*says to Yoojin) : im sorry i let you know so late earlier.
Yoojin : its okay. i didnt have anything else to do so why not.
Jia (*says to Yoo Jan) : we must be early.
Yoo Jan : Yong In will be here soon. he just got off of work late.
[Yoojin & Jia nods their head]

Yoo Jan looked up and sees Yong In walking at the front looking for his brother. Yoo Jan and Yong In made eye contact with each other and Yoo Jan signaled for him to come over to the table. Jia and Yoojin looked at each other and scared to turn around to look at Yong In. The closer Yong In got to the table, Yoojin and Jia got more nervous if it really was Yoojin’s ex-boyfriend from high school.

Yong In (*politely bows & greets) : Hello.
[Yoojin & Jia looks up at Yong In in shock]
Yoo Jan (*says to Yong In) : i'm glad you could make it brother.
Yong In : i wasnt too late, right ?
Yoo Jan : No. we were about to order. you came just in time.
Yoo Jan (*signals Yong In to sit next to him) : come, sit down.
[Yong In comes to sit next to Yoo Jan, in front of Yoojin]
Yoo Jan (*introduces Jia to Yong In) : this is my fiancee, Kim Jia.
Yoo Jan : we have been together since college.
Yong In (*to Jia) : its nice to meet you Noona.
Jia (*smiles & says) : you can just call me Jia.
Yong In (*to Jia) : Jia it is then. (*smiles)
Yoo Jan (*introduces Yoojin to Yong In) : and this is Kim Yoojin, Jia’s younger sister.
Yoojin (*to Yong In) : Hello.
Yong In (*sounds interested) : Ahh… Yoojin.
Yoo Jan (*asks Yong In) : do you two know each other ?
Yong In : we have known each other since high school.
Yong In (*asks Yoojin) : we go way back, don't we Yoojin ?
Yoojin (*sighs & says) : we sure do.
Jia : Yong In was the reason why me and Yoojin got kicked out when we were younger.
Jia (*asks Yong In) : isnt that right ?
Yong In : i wouldnt say it like that.
Yoo Jan (*puts the pieces together & asks Yong In) : perhaps, did you get Yoojin pregnant ?
[Yoojin couldn't take it anymore and stands up]
Yoojin : im sorry. i cant do this here and i can't do this now.
Yoojin : i don't want anything to happen between the four of us.
Yoojin : especially to Yoo Jan Oppa and Jia Unnie.
Yoojin : lets do this another time. im sorry.
[Yoojin bows politely and runs out the restaurant]
Jia (*says to Yoo Jan) : Sorry Oppa. I don’t think we should have dinner tonight.
Jia : i’ll see you later at home.

Jia grabbed her things and ran after Yoojin to see if she was alright. Yoojin ran all the way out the parking lot where her car was. She stood there in front of her car trying to think about everything. She put her hands on her forehead and tries to calm down. Jia came towards Yoojin to see if she was alright.

[Jia runs outside and sees Yoojin in front of her car]
Jia (*walks towards Yoojin & says) : Yoojin-ah.
Yoojin (*looks at Jia & says) : Oh Unnie.
Jia : Are you alright ?
Yoojin (*nods her head & says) : i'm fine.
Jia : are you sure ?
Yoojin : i don't know.
Jia : if it's hard for you to see Yong In like this then i’ll call off the wedding, for your sake.
Yoojin : no. dont do that.
Yoojin : i thought every image of him was gone but it all came back once i saw him again.
Yoojin : i thought running into him at the convention was the last of it but it wasnt.
Yoojin : he walked out on me, on all of us.
Yoojin : what broke my heart the most was that he wasn't even there
Yoojin : when i gave birth to Minah.
Jia : he’ll come around and apologize to you.
Yoojin : no he won't. i know how he’s like. he won't stop until he gets what he wants.
Yoojin : with that, he’ll take custody for Minah and Mijoo.
Yoojin : and from then on, i wont be able to do anything.
Yoojin : he's going to take life into his own hands and i know thats for sure.
Yoojin : then i won't have anything left.
Jia : you will have me Yoojin. we have each other.
Yoojin : i can't do this now. just worry about the wedding okay ?
Jia : Yoojin-ah.
Yoojin : promise me that.
Jia : okay, i promise.
Yoojin : don't let the reason your wedding is at halt is because of me. okay ?
Jia : okay.
Yoojin : i'm going home.

Yoojin went into her car and drove home leaving Jia there. Then Jia made her way home with her car too. Yoo Jan and Yong In were heading outside to talk before leaving.

Yong In : Hyung.
Yoo Jan (*says as shaking his head) : don't say anything.
Yong In : i can explain.
Yoo Jan : you don't need to. i perfectly understand now.
Yong In : what do you understand ? tell me.
Yoo Jan : you know. i thought you were done doing all of this.
Yoo Jan : being bad and not going to school.
Yoo Jan : i thought that was all over after you got a job at JYPE.
Yong In : it is over now. Yoojin was in the past.
Yoo Jan : i've known Jia and Yoojin half of my half life.
Yoo Jan : that's more than i've seen you in my lifetime.
Yoo Jan : Yoojin wouldn't do something like this.
Yoo Jan : do you even know why shes so stressed out these past couple of years ?
Yoo Jan : is because of you Yong In-ah. raising kids are hard enough.
Yoo Jan : why didnt you ever tell me about this ?
Yong In : why would i bring up the past for ?
Yoo Jan : Tell me. why did you walk out on Yoojin when she gave birth to Minah ? huh ?
Yong In : i couldn't take care of a baby at that age. i knew what i wanted in life.
Yong In : and i knew where it lead me to. why would i stick around ?
Yoo Jan : i'm assuming that you're going to stick around this time to get custody for her kids ?
Yong In : i have a chance and i'm going to get them back no matter what.
Yong In : i owe it to them.
Yoo Jan : you know nothing about them nor do they know you exist Yong In-ah.
Yoo Jan : you dont even know how to be a parent because you were never one.
Yong In : then what do you suggest me to Mr. Nice and Successful guy ?
Yoo Jan : what you need to do is apologize to Yoojin and her mother.
Yoo Jan : tell her mother why you left Yoojin at such a young age.
Yong In : Never.
Yoo Jan : until you find out what you did wrong, you're no longer my brother
Yoo Jan : or best man at my wedding.
Yoo Jan : you're the same 18 year old, the one in high school that i know.
Yong In : Hyung ! who are you going to believe ?
Yong In : your brother that you grew up with or some person your going to marry in a year ?
Yoo Jan : Jia isn't some person, she’s my future wife and your sister-in-law.
Yoo Jan : and don't even think about messing with Yoojin’s life.
Yoo Jan : i will kill you with my own hands if you do something to her and her family.

Yoo Jan was so upset and left in his car to go home. Yong In was so upset and continued on with his night going back to his apartment. Yoojin had just came home driving up the driveway. She turned off the car engine and sat there thinking for a bit before heading inside of the house. Then she walked through the front door into the kitchen. She placed her purse on the counter and went to the faucet to get a cup of water. Yoojin chugged it down her throat and sat on the chair at the table. Hana came back into the kitchen from the back door after taking out the trash.

[Hana comes into the kitchen and sees Yoojin]
Hana : your back Yoojin.
Yoojin (*looks at Hana & says) : Oh.
Hana : didnt the event end an hour ago ?
Yoojin : Oh. i went to meet Jia and Yoo Jan over dinner to meet Yoo Jan's brother.
Hana : how did it go ?
[Minah was about to come downstairs but stopped]
[Minah heard Hana and Yoojin talk in the kitchen from upstairs]
[Then Mark was about to walk downstairs when he saw Minah]
[Minah stops Mark from going downstairs]
[The both of them stays upstairs to listen to the conversation]
Yoojin (*stays silent)
Hana (*looks at Yoojin worried & asks) : did something happen ? your back early.
Yoojin : it turns out that Yoo Jan's younger brother is Byun Yong In.
Hana (*confused & asks) : who ? i still don’t understand.
Yoojin : Byun Yong In was my ex-boyfriend in high school.
Yoojin : he was the person who got me pregnant.
Hana : Minah ?
Yoojin : Oh.
Hana : Mijoo ?
Yoojin : Oh.
[Minah and Mark in shocked after listening]
Hana : does Yong In know about Minah and Mijoo ?
Yoojin : im guessing he knows by now from Yoo Jan.
Yoojin : i want Jia to be happy with Yoo Jan as much as possible.
Yoojin : at the same time, i cant because Yong In is the father of my children.
Yoojin : what should i do ?
Hana : what do you want to do ?
Yoojin : isn't that why i'm asking you for advice ?
Hana : i can't tell you what to do with your life.
Hana : its something you need to find out on your own Yoojin-ah.
Hana : no matter how hard you think about it, just pick the right decision.
Yoojin : how do i do that ?
Hana : do something that will make everyone happy.
Hana : thats your one goal at the moment, this moment. thats all i can say to you Yoojin.
[2 Minute silence]
Yoojin : where’s Minah and Mijoo ?
Hana : Minah is probably washing up right now and Mijoo is reading.
[Minah and Mark hurries to go back into their rooms after listening on the conversation]
Yoojin : i'll go see them in a bit and go to bed. its been a long day.
Hana : you didn't eat much. would you like something to eat ?
Yoojin : no its okay. i can eat tomorrow morning before i go to work.
Hana : Okay.
Yoojin : goodnight.
Hana : goodnight.
