Since they had extra time before meeting with the others at Lotte World, Yoojin took the girls to a nearby coffee shop to meet with one of the people who were in charged of the event venue, Kwon Junyeon who is the owner of the biggest convention spaces in all Korea called Genie Jem Convention.

Yoojin : thank you for meeting me here today. im sorry if im late calling you here.
Junyeon : its okay.
Junyeon : i was happy enough that i got a call from Style & Desire Event Company.
Junyeon : i do know how Jaebum and Mark are, we are all good friends for a reason.
Junyeon : is it that time of year again where Mark and Jaebum wants to hold the convention?
Yoojin : yes, ma'am.
Yoojin : Style & Desire Event Company wants to take part of this upcoming event.
Yoojin : is it possible for us to create this event at your convention this year ?
Junyeon : of course its possible.
Junyeon : do you have a preference in date ?
Yoojin : a month, possibly on a Friday. does that fit your schedule ?
[Junyeon opens up her monthly planner and checks]
Junyeon : it looks like we have an opening. i can schedule you it on that day if you like.
Yoojin : that'll be great.
Junyeon : do you need anything else for this event ?
Yoojin : i believe i have everything i need at the moment.
Yoojin : if i do need anything else, i will contact you then.
Junyeon : sure thing.
Yoojin : thank you so much for letting us use your space for the Entertainment Convention.
Junyeon : its not a problem. i should be the one thanking you instead.
Junyeon : what is your name again ?
Yoojin : Kim Yoojin.
Junyeon : and you know me, im Kwon Junyeon.
Yoojin : yes.

Junyeon stood up and bowed to leave out the coffee shop. Yoojin bowed to greet Junyeon goodbye. Then Yoojin drove Minah and Mijoo to the Lotte World Park. As soon as they got to the front entrance, they saw all of the seven guys standing there waiting. They went inside of the park and had a good time all afternoon. As hours went by, it was [7PM] and getting dark. Before leaving, everyone met in the parking lot to talk before going home. At that time, Yoojin got a phone call from the event furniture rent place.

[Yoojin's cellphone rings]
Yoojin (*picks up her phone) : Hello ?
Yoojee : Hello. Im Yoojee from Nice & Special furniture event rent place.
Yoojee : you called us earlier in the week but we didnt pick up.
Yoojin : Yes. im so happy that you call me back.
Yoojee : im still in my workplace right now if you wanted to come over and talk.
Yoojin : that'll be great. i'll be there very soon.
Yoojee : good. i'll see you then.

Yoojin hunged up the phone.

Yoojin (*says to Mark) : i have to meet someone for the event.
Yoojin : can you take Minah and Mijoo home for me ?
Mark : sure. is everything alright ?
Yoojin : everythings alright. i wont be out for long. just have them washed up.
Yoojin : i'll be back to eat dinner in time.
Mark : alright. we'll leave now.

Mark took Minah and Mijoo home. The other guys also drove home to wash up and prepare dinner. Yoojin went to meet Yoojee who who were in charged of setting up the chairs and tables for events. She came to the shop, took a look around, and talked to her about what she needed for the convention event.

Yoojee : Miss Kim.
Yoojee : Since you have looked around the shop, is there something you like ?
Yoojin : i really like the decorations on the third room.
Yoojin : i feel like it would fit the convention theme and color over all.
Yoojee : would you like it as it is or with different designs ?
Yoojin : i like everything in the third room.
Yoojin : Is there a way you can bring it to the convention date in a month on a friday ?
Yoojee : let me check.
[Yoojee went to get her handbook planner and came back]
[Yoojee looks into her planner]
Yoojee : it looks like we have an opening on that weekend.
Yoojin (*smiles & says) : thats great.
Yoojee : so how would you like to do this Miss Kim ?
Yoojin : i would like you to come to the event an hour before to set up.
Yoojee (*asks as writing down in her planner) : and when will that be ?
Yoojin : the event starts at 11:00am to 6:00pm.
Yoojin : we are hosting dinner for everyone at 7:00pm with music event and activities.
Yoojin : the entire event is over at 9:00pm and clean up is after that.
Yoojee : is this a one day event ma'am ?
Yoojin : yes.
Yoojee : and how many event admissions will there be ?
Yoojin : 1000+ people.
Yoojee : would you like a seating arrangement with names presented ?
Yoojin : i would just like people to sit wherever they like, maybe 10 per table.
Yoojee : alright. colors of the decorations stays the same.
Yoojee : we are coming to set up at 9:30am, just to make sure.
Yoojee : there will be 1000+ people attending and the clean up is after 9:00pm.
Yoojee : is there anything else ?
Yoojin : not as of right now.
Yoojee : just call us if you have changed your mind on something.
Yoojin : yes i understand. thank you so much.
Yoojee : thank you. we will see you then.

After doing business with Yoojee, Yoojin went home just in time for dinner.
