Dance Like No One's Watching

Transfer Students

~No One~
The girl slips through the closing school gates on her skateboard, jumping off and kicking it into her hand. She races into the school and down the almost empty halls. Just a little down the hall was her teacher followed by a group of boys. With one last burst of speed, she bolts forward sliding past the now entering teacher and letting her feet slip out from underneath her, sliding in front of the chalkboard, breathing hard and lying on her back. The teacher puts his hands on his hips and she looks at him grinning, "I made it on time, I'm not late technically!" She clutched her skateboard to her chest. "Aish, just get to your seat kid." The teacher barks and she gets up, not bothering to dust off her clothes. "Gamsahabnida," She bows and drops down into her chair in the back corner by the window. A few of the boys were snickering and some girls were throwing her nasty looks. She discreetly checks to make sure her short hair wig hadn't slid off. That thing was the only barrier between savage bullying. Leaning forward, she stares at the new boys, curious.

We'd finally gotten away from the long speech the principal had prepared for us. Our homeroom teacher, Mr. Jung leads us through hall after hall. He tells us we're almost there and movement in the corner of my eye makes me look. A girl with short hair, with sweatpants underneath her uniform skirt and a varsity jacket thrown over her uniform shirt and tie. She sees us, or more likely the teacher and runs faster than anyone I've ever seen. Mr. Jung is about to walk into the classroom when she slips past him, sliding to the floor on her back. She's holding a skateboard to her chest as she grins at the teacher. "I made it on time, I'm not late technically!" Mr. Jung shakes his head, "Aish, just get to your seat kid." She quickly gets up, thanking him and going to the counter in the corner by the window. Looking her up and down, she had a pretty good figure and face, but the only thing that didn't compliment her was the hair. I return my attention to the teacher and we each introduce ourselves to the class. I look around, realizing this classroom was probably used for science, there were long counters with water systems and chairs around them. "Boys, there's only one place that you can sit, because every other station is full." Mr. Jung motions to the station that the girl was sitting at alone. We nod and sit down around the counter, I ended up sitting on her left and Sunggyu on her right. L leans forward and asks for her name. "I'm Eun Hae, if you need anything, just ask me." She answers and I notice multiple bandages on her. There was one on her cheek, on the bridge of her nose, on her arms, hands and legs. There was even a small bruise at the corner of her lips. "Hey brat! Did you get in a fight again?!" Mr. Jung yells, causing most of the class to turn to her. "Um, no?" She answers with uncertainty. The guys in the station to our right quietly applaud her, while the girls are giving her some pretty ugly faces. "I volunteer to clean the classroom after school!" She announces and Mr. Jung sighs. "Aish, this girl. Okay, study, I'll be back in an hour. Remember I had a CTV set up just in case any of you guys get ideas." He leaves, closing the door and Eun Hae is the first one up. "Counters!" She calls and inches out of the camera's view as the boys in the class roll the stations to the front. We watch Eun Hae climb over things and ends up lying on top of a book shelf next to the CTV. She plugs something into the side of it and jumps down. "It's good, who's going first?"
