Jae Mi wasn't in class again and that got me really worried. She wouldn't skip a class, even if this was our last year. If anyone had bullied her today, they would definitely be yelled at, I can guarantee that. "Excuse me teacher," I call and he looks at me. "I'm going to go check is Jae Mi is alright. She went to the infirmary, me and Tao will see if she's okay to come back to class." He nods and I leave, Tao following me. We searched the whole school but couldn't find her anywhere. "Have you checked the roof?" Tao asks and I shake my head. "But why would someone afraid of falling sit on the roof?" I ask him and he shrugs as we run up the stairs. Tao opens the door and I call "Jae Mi ah! Are you here? Jae Mi ah!" I look around and hear a soft "Here," Behind us and we quickly go around, finding her on the other side of the fence, hands clenching railing so tight that they'd started to bleed. I can see her shaking, her eyes are closed and she moves her left foot a little, causing something to clink together. I look down and realize that someone had handcuffed her to the fence. "Tao, go get a blowtorch, or a saw, anything to get those cuffs off of her." I command and he runs off. I go to stand in front of her grabbing her hands. "Jae Mi ah, look at me." She shakes her head, her body still shaking from the fear of falling. "Jae Mi ah, look at me." I repeat, a little softer and her eyes slowly open. "Don't look at anything else, but me." I say and she slowly nods, her hands gripping the fence a little harder. "Have you heard our song Baby Don't Cry yet?" I ask her, trying to get her mind off of the imminent danger underneath her. She shakes her head and I smile. "Here, I'll sing the chorus for you."

As I finish the chorus, I could tell that Jae Mi had calmed down more, even though she was still shaking. Tao appears next to me and started to saw through the cuff links. I feel Jae Mi's hands tighten underneath my hands and I grab her wrists, telling her that when the cuffs are cut, she won't fall. She slowly let's go of the fence and grips my wrists, staining my skin with her blood. As soon as the cuffs are broken, I help her climb over the fence and she collapses at my feet, still shaking. This made me extremely angry that someone would do this to her, making her go through this much torture. I look down at Jae Mi and realized that she wasn't crying, just shaking and shivering. But why wasn't she crying? The Jae Mi I know would cry openly, what happened to that? I shake my head and bend down, picking her up like a princess. She's extremely light, and she's still shaking as I bring her to the infirmary. I'm about to leave to go hunt out the culprit when she grabs my hand. "J-just sit here for a while, okay?"

Is this dramatic enough? I think it's pretty sweet that Luhan is starting to like her.
